Staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean. Location was pretty good. a bit far from center but well connected. 15 minutes by bus to the center.
the neighborhood feels safe.
I reserved a single room and paid around 100 euros per night.
I wasn't expecting luxury but the room was the size of a closet. furthermore it was on the ground floor and close to the road. whenever a truck drove by I could feel the bed vibrating.
But the worst part was a beeping sound from the hall which started every 40 minutes or so and lasted over a minute. I didn't sleep at all.
I told this to the guy at the reception. apparently they were aware of it and were trying to fix it without success. He moved me to a room on the 3rd floor which was fine. still small for the price but that's Salzburg. The first room was a shame and I would have written a much worse review if I had stayed there 3 nights.
don't stay on the ground floor that's my advice.

It was located directly in front of the trolley bus to the old town. The check-in staff were efficient and helpful

Great hotel with amazing artwork throughout. Loved the Marilyn Monroe bathroom door in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. 2.5km walk from the Old Town that we enjoyed on a daily basis. There are also bus stops right outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Salzburg.

Zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage . Busse fahren direkt vor dem Hotel an/ ab. . Der Kunstgeschmack ist wir immer „ Geschmackssache“. Ein Frühstücksraum und ein Bar Bereich wo man noch etwas trinken kann . Für schöne Tage gibt’s digs nen großen Innenhof kann man toll draußen sitzen. Wir hatten leider Regen. Super gelöst alles auf engem Raum . Parkplätze direkt am Haus - auch perfekt .
Ich war sehr zufrieden, jedoch würde mir eine richtige Toilettentüre besser als eine Glastüre gefallen ( Privatsphäre) und als einzige Sitzmöglichkeit lieber einen Stuhl statt einem Sitzhocker. Aber das sind ja nur Kleinigkeiten …

Das Edlinger ist in einer angenehmen Umgebung, leicht mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof (Linie 1, Haltestelle quasi vor der Haustüre oder Linie 2, auch nicht weit entfernt) zu erreichen und schnell in der Altstadt.
Das Personal beim Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung in den Gängen und am Zimmer hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Wo hat man schon Freddie Mercury als Fensterverdunkelung und Marilyn Monroe auf der WC Türe? Alles war sauber und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt hier nichts anzuführen, alles war top. Frühstück hatte ich keines.

Bei der Duschkabine ist das Wasser ausgetreten, wenn man die Tür zu hatte. Wenn man sie nach innen kippte nicht, das sollte vielleicht dazu gesagt werden.

Ich war positiv überrascht, das Zimmer sauber, die Ausstattung für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Sogar Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Bushaltestelle direkt bei Hotel.
Vielleicht nur eine kurze Anmerkung......Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen.
Das Frühstück um fast 20€ nicht gerade günstig.

ein tolles kleines Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz und voll mit aussergewöhnlicher Kunst. Auch die Zimmer sind ungewöhnlich gestaltet und machen viel Spaß, auch wenn man nur eine Nacht dort verbringt, beim nächsten Mal in Salzburg steigen wir wieder dort ab

Personalul a fost amabil. Hotelul este poziționat la 5 - 7 minute de mers cu busul 1 de centru (pe care il poți lua din fața hotelului. De asemenea poți lua același bus de la gară spre hotel). Interioarele sunt interesante "art nouveau". Foarte curat.
Nu aveau frigider in cameră și nici unele accesorii, cum ar fi papucii
(la baie având o pardoseală cauciucată ce ar fi necesitat purtarea unor papuci, mai ales după duș).

arredamento in generale molto particolare che già di per se ti faceva sentire in vacanza per il suo stile fuori dal comune. Fermata dell'autobus di fronte con cui in 10 min si poteva raggiungere il centro molto facilmente.

Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Leider waren bei uns sehr viele fremde Haare auf jeglichen Gegenständen (Handtücher, Pölster sowie im Bad verteilt) und es schien, als wäre im Klo nicht aufgewischt worden (getrocknete Flecken am Boden).

Die neuen Betreiber übertreiben beim Preis maßlos. Der Preis entspricht in keiner Weise dem Angebot. Das Frühstücksangebot eher spartanisch. Nichts Besonderes. Ob ich so schnell wie früher wieder hier übernachte: nein. Ich gehe lieber woanders hin.

Convenient spot for a short stay. The #1 bus goes from right outside and will take you straight to the centre of town. Walking to the centre is also do-able.
The room has everything you'll need and is very quiet.
Check out Café Pierre a bit of a walk down the road while you're there.

Tho a bit further than expected, the BONUS was that the Hotel is EXCELLENTLY located. Right opposite the Bus stop. The staff is extremely helpful, ALL of them. I Remember Vipin, Anjela & Joy. Understanding and extremely kind. The rooms small, but very very clean. Ideal for backpackers. If you have luggage, please inform the Hotel in advance, they could give you a bigger room. The Artwork? BRILLIANT!!
One thing missing is that there was no kettle in the room, should you need to make a tea or coffee for you. OF COURSE, on asking they did give us one. The rooms are rather small.

The Property was neat and clean. It was easy to locate and the best part was it was just a min walk from bus station which could connect you to the city center easily. All the people at reception were helpful and easily approcable. They made us feel comfortable and helped with all things.
If i am visiting salzburg i will be booking this one again.
Thanks for making us feel like home.
