Located in a small and well kept subdivision next to a beautiful park, this beautifully appointed Kissimmee Florida vacation home is the perfect place to relax with your family while you enjoy all of the attractions the area has to offer. This home is furnished to provide a comfortable and peaceful home away from home. Every effort has been made to offer guests a most enjoyable vacation.
Our vacation home is just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World, championship golf courses, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.
This well furnished 3 bedroom house rental Kissimmee is suitable for up to five guests .Amenities include high quality living room furniture and mattresses. We are two sisters who strive to make sure our guests have the most pleasant experience possible in our homes.
Our over-sized pool was custom built and has southwest exposure for maximum fun in the sun. Optional Pool heat is available for a nominal charge. The screened in lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor living and relaxing with a table, umbrella, four chairs and two lounge chairs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests. Additional seating for six in the dining area of the living room.
The sunlit primary bedroom overlooks the pool. A large walk-in closet, en suite bath with soaking garden tub and dressing area make this room a special retreat. A plush queen mattress, full dresser, and two nightstands provide plenty of storage.

For families traveling with young children, there is crib with linens, stroller, and high chair.

Our fantastic swimming pool can be heated for a nominal charge. The screen enclosed lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The screened lanai and pool area provides privacy and freedom from insects. This relaxing area is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs for relaxation.
Pool Heat option at $25 per day.
In addition to your private pool, there is also a community pool and cabana for your use as well..
This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase additional items for their use during their stay.

The home was clean and lovely! We brought our twin 1 year olds for their birthday. The pool was relaxing and disney was only 15-20 min drive each day. We hope to be able to stay here again next year

We were very pleased with our resent stay. We picked this property because of the wonderful reviews and the reviews are correct. The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Our 2 children (ages 15 and 12) especially LOVED the pool 😃. Not sure if it was the time of year, but it was a very quiet neighborhood, which we also loved! Patricia was fantastic and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful week!

Great place. Easy parking on big drive in quiet road. Pretty much 20 minutes from all major attractions. House is modern with pretty much everything you could want. You will be perfectly happy renting this villa.
I only mention 3 points which are all fairly minor to be fair:
- bed mattresses are super soft. A bit too much for me personally.
- for a villa that can accommodate up to 5 there are only 2 sunbeds
- pre-arrival the rules list felt a little over bearing. It was a bit more 'do this, don't do this', rather than ' we hope you have a lovely holiday'.
Again, all minor points and would still highly recommend.

This is a great house in a very convenient location! It has everything you need. The pool is perfect to sit back and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything! My daughter and I stayed with another mom/daughter pair from her dance team when we came for Nationals. The closet space is unbeatable!! I could have hung 50 costumes in the master bedroom closet. The house could use a good dusting but aside from that it’s fantastic! The mattresses are on the softer side, so if you prefer a firm mattress you may not be as comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The layout of the home and the pool was better than expected! It had everything we needed. I needed help with the TV and the host responded so quickly. The pictures are very accurate and show exactly what you will find. We loved the flooring. Easy location for us since we are very familiar with 192. Having Krispy Kreme just about a mile away was a highlight for my father. We found the home very comfortable and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Great communication and very detailed information was provided. We were well prepared to kick back and relax. Thank you for a great week.

My family and I travelled to Florida for my daughters dance Nationals at Disney Springs. We rented this house instead of staying at the hotel where the competition was and we are so happy that we did! This house is beautiful!! The pictures look great, but it’s even nicer in person. It’s quite spacious, the master bedroom is huge with a large walk in closet that I’m jealous of. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for our stay. I think the best part was of course, the pool. We opted to not have it heated since it was July and very hot outside. The water was perfect and we spent hours with the kids out there. The location of the house is perfect with anything you could need very close by. Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, all a very short drive away. I would say the only frustrating thing which has nothing to do with the house, would be the VERY long street lights. A 10 minute drive would take 30 because of traffic and the long lights. So just give yourself extra time if you need to be somewhere. Overall, I would very highly recommend this house to anyone and we will most definitely rent again if we are ever back in this area.

Very clean and comfortable property located close to activities and shopping. Our boys (8 & 12) loved the pool. Patricia was very responsive. We usually spend our spring break on the gulf coast but wanted to visit Universal this year, so we aren’t likely to return to Orlando anytime soon but would definitely stay here again if we did.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. The house had everything we needed while we were there. It was cold during the first half of the trip so it took a few days for to pool heat to kick in but it was amazing once it was warm. Hosts were very accommodating in regards to the pool as well. Overall amazing home for a small family. This was our second time booking with Patricia and we would gladly do so again I’m the future.

We had a lovely 10 night stay at Helen's Disney Dream home this fall. Myself and my husband traveled from Newfoundland Canada with our 2 year old & 4 month old. It was a beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. Home was very clean & spacious and the pool was AMAZING - we were in it every day. Location was perfect as well, less than 10 minutes to Disney, close to shopping outlets, other parks, etc. Patricia was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our family needs. (Bringing extra gear for the baby so we wouldn't have to travel with it - much appreciated) We will definitely stay again!

My lady and I decided to give our little girl her 1st Disney Trip just before school started and to give ourselves a bit of a break from the everyday work/family duties we continuously have day in and day out! With little to no help from anyone, just our daughters grandmother & godmother(who we appreciate dearly for those moments). This is exactly what was needed and it will forever e one of our daughters best memories (@5yrs old), this is just the beginning.

This villa was perfect for our two week Disney stay visiting from England. Villa is modern and spacious even better than it looks in the listing. Kids loved the pool. It had everything we needed and was a short 15 minute drive to Disney parks. We had no need to contact the owner while we were there we had everything we needed and everything worked. Well stocked kitchen, great to have the washer and drier. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return. Thank you to the owner for having us. Highly recommended.

Why would you stay anywhere else??
This house is amazing. It is decently close to the parks. There is a Walmart that does grocery pickup nearby so you can get all of those things you need for your stay. The property manager was great and easy to get in touch with, always offering useful information. The private pool is a game changer. Just the right size and a great way to relax after a lot of walking in the parks. Beds were all super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Patricia provided me and my family (who are disabled Veteran and Wife with crutches and a cane) with the perfect Villa. It has just one step to go in and out of the house with a swimming pool that my little girl used daily. It was her 11th Birthday and she said it was the best birthday she ever had!! It's super close to the Disney parks and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks to Patricia and her family as trips like this would not be possible for us without accommodations like her beautiful home.

From the moment we opened the door, we were impressed. This home is beautiful… zen like… soothing with its decor/cleanliness. Quality, comfortable furnishings indoor and outside by the well maintained pool. The kitchen is organized with all the necessities to prepare meals with space to store foods in pantry area. The kitchen table was beautifully set. We ate at the dining table as I did not have the heart to move the colorful table settings. The extra large walk-in master bedroom closet could hold a bed! It was wonderful for storing everything we brought into the home. We used all 3 bedrooms; all were comfortable with extra blankets in the closets. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. We look forward to returning. Thank you.

The house is located very close to the Disney parks and driving was quick and easy. So many choices all around the house for restaurants after the parks and shopping too. The house was exactly as described with lots of amenities to use. The pool was great for a quick dip and my 8 year old loved it! Owner was so easy to contact and great communication all along the way.

Christmas Family Vacation
We booked and stayed for a little over a week. We had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Everything you could of possibly needed was in the house. Very close to all the Disney parks, and lots of restaurants and stores near by. We will for sure stay here again!
