Stay was alright nothing fancy about it.

Accessibility to the shopping mall

The king bed was very old and firm. I’ve asked to be moved to another room but Apparently all rooms have firm beds so they offered to put a bed topper. The bed topper they placed was very old so it did not make any difference

We are not happy and charges too much in our stay. Specially if you don’t monitor your card. Unfortunately

It was close to shopping mall very convenient.

First at check in we have to go in the desk. We didn’t realise that at first the staff over charge us for our stay and not giving the deposit charges in there right time it is almost more than 5-7 days. We are not happy for this matter. I have message them but not taking any notice with this matter. The deposit charges is more than 15,000 We have supposed to be pay only in check in around 11,000 plus deposit charges for only 6,000 and return the money however in our check out I have to pay another 14,000 more than. We are not happy with this and we were not going to stay in crowne plaza hotel because they charges too much and not following there own policy in check in.

This hotel is one of my go to when I’m around Manila and always excited for the breakfast.

Great location as it is in the middle of north and south part of metro. I always enjoy their breakfast as they have good options and lots of Filipino food available. So there is an access to the shopping mall which is very convenient. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

I always have issue with air conditioning, I have stayed in this hotel several times and that’s always the problem. I had to call them around 3am I could not sleep because of the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Guests should also be able to open windows for ventilation as I get paranoid being just inside a room with no airflow and air purifiers. I wish they also renovate their pool and gym I don’t find it inviting at all.

If you order food in grab they asking corkage . Firsttime to incounter hotel asking corkage even your food only for 4pax only very dissappointed..my food only amount 2 k pesos only and they asking corkage amount 1k ..

Superb Breakfast Buffet and the hospitable restaurant crew, assist us very well. I like their different menu's and their food was so delicious. Just keep up the good work guys!

We have a good stay despite some issues starting with the door key card, toilet flush not working properly and power fai

The proximity to the mall downstairs. Buying foods, shopping and watching movies is so convenient. Distance to the train station and other shopping area is very good.

First day after check in, the door key card not working. The toilet flush is faulty and you have to press for 1 minute to flush the toilet. There was a power failure and even the power went back after 15 minutes, we have to used the stairs from 14th floor to ground floor because the lift not working.

Was fair but below the expectations of a 5 star hotel

Though I was given a “upgrade” but upgraded suite Room was too low and too near to traffic. Kept hearing ambulance siren the night through. May be better with a good sound insulating thicker curtain

We are very disappointed in this hotel what they ahow in their Booking.com profile were all fake.

They only inform us that the room we availed was not available when we arrived at the hotel. They transfer our room twice There are many cockcroaches Facilities are dirty Kitchen equipement can't be used.

You can't sleep there any longer than 8am, due to construction work going on at the next floor. Half of the power sockets are not working. Bath taps are terribly leaking

Bed is okay. Location is in the down town and connecting to big shopping mall.

Room is under construction, smells of painting, Traffic surrounding the hotel is very terrible. Food selections are nothing special. I have problem one day in the morning that hot water did not flow.

Breakfast was awesome. Many selecitons. The room and the bathroom were very good and comfortable.

I had trouble getting the invoice and seeking reimbursement from my company. The hotel didn't provide the invoice, and the booking service also mentioned that they don't provide invoices.

Decent, but not worthy of the Crowne name.

The bed was comfortable.

The value for money was not there, when I think of Crowne Plaza, I had high hopes for the money that was paid, from the lobby to the room to the elevators even, nothing seem to be a wow factor. Very basic hotel.

Bravo Crown Plaza!

Bravo to the staff for being genuinely warm and quick to assist. Special mention goes to the pleasant lady who checked us in, the person who facilitated our laundry request and the staff of 7 Corners for being attentive. The people are the hotel's best assets. The room was amazing - very clean and big. We were given Rm. 1011 that had a good city view and the pool below. The room had a ceiling to floor window.

Amazing second experience

Almost everything I liked. The room was bigger than I expected, as well as the bathroom. I even liked the phone in the bathroom haha staff was amazingly friendly and helpful towards the quest. I recommend this hotel, especially the King Premier Room. The rooms are also noise proof even when there were other guests with children in the room next door (or it was the children of their visitors). 10 minutes walk to SM Megamall. I did not try to pool, so I won't say anything about that.

Just a suggestion: place better and more visible signs pointing to the correct hallways to the mall. The sign of the 4th floor is hidden behind a corner wall. The sign that is visible does not state the direction of the mall entrance. And on the third floor we also couldn't find it.

Breakfast was great. The location was excellent and central. Staff went over and beyond.

The facilities are old past it’s prime. It dampened the ambience to see mismatched decor, old carpets and banged up walls.

The staffs are helpful, accomodating and friendly

The elevator always broken down and dusty inside the room. Place needs some renovation bit old. Needs to have table and also laundry service was too expensive for each piece or item.
