-Room was rundown -Bath was actually disgusting for the paid price *Hair from predecessor on the wall *No accessible plugs next to bed - can’t be that difficult *Bathroom grooves stained -Plugs in lobby not working -Plug covers stuck/broken and pose a possible accident threat

Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

My husband and I stayed in Tower Wing Deluxe King room for 4 nights, with a spectacular pool view. The room is very spacious, the bed size was extremely large, could fit 4 adults or family of 4. Also the room was very put together and had all we needed. The hotel has a large and cozy lobby, very easy to check in and check out, the staff is pleasant and very helpful. I really liked the pool area, it has a play ground for kids, a tropical garden and a chilling zone for adults. The hotel provides free WI FI in all areas, so it is very convenient for business travelers or individuals who wishes to stay in touch with their family and friends. Great Location!!! Just 5 mins walking distance from SM Mega Mall.

most of the staffs were polite and honest. they gave you the respect you deserved. one male staff at the lobby returned the money I dropped on the floor. too bad I didn’t catch his name to give him something. property is cleaned and very secured.

i’d do it again but probably if i only have extra or a special occasion but i’d rather go with Holiday inn galleria unfr

the staff’s hands on accomodation

the heat. but i loved the concierge/manager who made sure that my mom will still have a happy birthday. i failed to thank her when we left i no longer saw her. i was just hoping that the rest of the staff realizes that the people visiting the resto needs to have the best service possible together with the food. false information such as restaurant hours is a high priority.

amazing hotel… with 6 star facilities the king plus bed was out of the world

everything in the hotel is expensive 😀😀 from airport transfer to cost of beer. but it is expected in 5+ star facility. over all our stay was amazing and super comfortable

it does not look , feel and experience as 5 star hotel service and amenities. the hotel is overrated for its price.

I don’t think that it’s worth the price that you pay for a 5* hotel. the hotel is overrated. if you are planning to book, you would get same comfort and facilities in other hotels for lesser money. the only advantage is that it’s closer to malls. that’s it. the bed linen, toilet, room amenities and everything else are outdated and old. toilet is not clean. nothing fantastic in the breakfast too. it’s rather a lousy bfast to be honest.

linens are old, toilet cleanliness and interior, room cleanliness- smells musty- must be from the carpet, breakfast ordinary- nothing great for the price that the hotel charge.
