Fantasztikus, bátran javaslom minden hasonló színvonalú szálloda iránt érdeklődőnek.

Nem először jártunk Thaiföld különböző hasonló színvonalú szállodáiban, de itt a reggeli egészen kimagaslóan jó minőségű és választékos volt. Külön köszönet illeti az étterem személyzetét, amiért különös gonddal kezelték feleségem gluténérzékenységét, a második naptól kezdve már szólni sem kellett azért, hogy gluténmentes ételeket kapjon. Maga a hotel gyönyörű, az elhelyezett fotók a valóságot tükrözik. A takarítás minden nap alapos, nincsenek rovarok, semmi olyan, ami zavaró lehetne. A minden szobához járó terasz pedig egészen fantasztikus. Jól használható és igényes a fitnessterem is, bár vélhetően ez kevesebbeket érdekel. A szálloda előtti tengerpart szép, de tudni kell, hogy a homok egy kicsit szemcsésebb, mint az elvárható, a tenger pedig gyorsan mélyül. Ezt leszámítva azonban szuper, és elegendő mennyiségű napágy áll rendelkezésre, természetesen térítés nélkül.

Voltaképpen nincs olyan, ami nem tetszett, bár azt el kell fogadni, hogy ez Thaiföld. Sokan panaszkodnak más szállodák esetében amiatt, hogy a szoba egy kicsit dohos. Igen, lehetséges. Nehéz ezzel mit kezdeniük a helyieknek, hiszen a páratartalom egész évben magas, egy óceánparti ingatlanban pedig ez nem zárható ki. A Hansarban ezt - a légkondin kívül - páraelszívóval is próbálják megoldani. Azt mondhatom, hogy ez egyáltalán nem zavaró. Ha valamire lehet egyetlen rossz szót mondani, az a légkondi, amely lehetne halkabb is.

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel doen alles wat je vraagt

Naar je kamer heel wat trappen lopen keer op keer omdat er geen lift beschikbaar is arme personeel hebben werkelijk veel gesjouw op de trappen meg de baggage.

Good location but need urgently to be renovated

Very good breakfast

This is not a 5* hotel! Everything looks old and over dated. Very humid rooms. Bedding does not smell fresh. Worn wooden terrace, umbrellas, pool bar , all not really fresh anymore. Very noisy and loud airconditioning, impossibly to change speed. No elevator. It seems that they have many price discount offers and due to this the quality of visitors goes down. It’s a family hotel, most guests are with children. If you like to relax and to spend a quit day at the pool than you can forget it. Location is very close to the shopping street of Fishermen area. For those who like it this can be great. However in a quit area. No noise from the shopping street. The restaurant is very expensive for average quality. We paid 275.- euro per night which much to expensive for what we got. Only one small sinck in a large bedroom.

The hotel is literally at the beach. The infinity pool was great. The room was superb. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The restaurants near the hotel at the beach are fine with a great view, but there are even better places for food and drinks.

Location, Location, Location

Location is key to the value of this property. We loved the balconies for all rooms and the sea side view is beyond beautiful.

The price is high so you must book in advance.

Excellent! Brilliant value for money

Wow! What an incredible room, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room with a huge bathtub! The room was breathtaking with a huge terrace too! When I arrived I was a little out of sorts, I was due to work and my room didn’t have an adequate working space or wifi, the manager pulled out all the stops, arranged for me to have a desk and office chair in the room and improved my wifi speed so that I could take work video calls. The breakfast is delightful, the pool, the beach and the location of this hotel is perfect!

Nothing! But I was travelling solo, I’m not sure how comfortable I would be with the openness of the room with anyone other than a partner, there is very little privacy in the room …

Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again if in Samui!

stayed for 5 days and was fantastic. Staff were great, especially the girls at breakfast and the guys around then pool. They were super helpful and always smiling. Bed was VERY comfy and our senior room was modern & spacious. Location perfect for Fisherman’s Village. Only reason it’s not 10/10 is our room smelled sometimes due to drains.

Sometimes, particularly on a night the room was a bit smelly from the drains.

We had a great stay and can recommend it.

Great service , pool, location, excellent restaurant, dining on the beach. No problem that there is no elevator as there is always helpful staff around when needed. Spacious room and balcony with a view. Beach in front was clean and ample activities offered.

Despite many previous reviews and my personal remark at the front desk the rooms initially smelled mouldy/ musty. The moist stayed fe also in the pillows on the bed. My medication box (Each day of my stay) became one lump. The answer came back with a look that it was the first time they got this remar: “possible reason wood panels”. The room that my son and daughter in law occupied was same. The beds need renovation. Understand that COVID could have jeopardized improvement plans. Great potential to improve.

The location, the wonderful staff, the many and varied restaurants within a stroll of the Hansar and the exciting food and stall market that happens 3 times a week and of course the local people who are truly happy and friendly to everyone
