Beautiful! Amazing room and location. The restaurant was great too.
My only complaint is the pillows on the bed were too hard!

Location is perfect, the gardens were amazing, our room was fantastic and extremely comfortable.
The only small let down for me was the breakfast, not a lot of variety.

beautiful authentic Thai designed room, in the most convenient location on a gorgeous beach. Staff are so nice and helpful and the breakfast was rich. I highly recommend.
the gym could be a bit updated.

the location is absolutely awesome
I have stayed at the Muang Samui atleast 8-9 times earlier but this trip was very disappointing, terrible service after Covid I guess .there was shortage of staff, staff not trained at all , coffee machine in the room didn’t even have a lid , house keeping was wiping the toilets with the bath towels , health faucet and shower didn’t work at all and were spraying everywhere, staff were extremely lazy ( Salt & Palm-2 staff) . if you asked for ice to the room , it would probably take 1/2 hour because no staff . maintence of the overall resort has come down drastically. my room s wooden floor was completely damaged with termites, I was staying in the suite and no one cleaned the garden area and jacuzzi every day. I would definitely not recommend and go back especially when it’s a 5 star resort and you are on a holiday in a beautiful place like Samui .

Very near the main walking belt of Chaweng and the staff were gems - all very polite and helpful :)
Facilities were dated, for eg TVs were still on old channels, would be good if they provide TVs with internet and apps like Netflix or YouTube

The staff were all very nice and good service , they try to do their best under the circumstances . The location is good .
Breakfast could be a lot better , coffee horrible , latte coffee only half a cup and not that hot , internet hit and miss or not working , could hardly get internet in the room and very slow slow slow...horrible .
The beach is a mess , my wife and I did a beach cleanup everyday , probably pulled 10-15 glass bottles buried in the sand , plastic bottles , plastic rope , bags etc all over . The whole Chewang beach is a disaster , garbage all over etc ,
Three years ago when we were here the beach was beautiful and clean , now a total mess , so sad to see .

Beautiful place, very green.
the staff was amazing, they helped us with anything we asked.
The swimming pool is really nice and big.
Breakfast was prepared by ordering it so to avoid unsafe buffets during covid time, really appreciated
The gym did not work.

Big spacious app with very nice bathroom and terrace!
Clean and very soft sheets. Complimentary Water/coffee/tea. Breakfast at the beach and great variety. Peaceful and beautiful. Cocktail Happy hour 12-13h.
If windy at this part of the island, free shuttle to Royal Muang hotel where there is no wind, beach is great and enjoyable as well.
