Super recomendable

El hotel está ubicado en la mejor cala (en mi opinion) por ende la ubicación es perfecta. Tiene conexiones a pocas cuadras con los autobuses que incluso en temporada baja te llevan al otro extremo (ejemplo mahon). Lo mejor del hotel es el desayuno, muy variado, fresco y con varias opciones! Y su personal super servicial. La habitación es espaciosa y fresca con aire acondicionado. La piscina limpia y con toallas

Para mejorar (siendo muy detallista) las almohadas son muy malas (muy bajas y pequeñas) y la limpieza fue un poco irregular. Había días q estaba impecable y otros q solo cambiaban la bolsa de basura. Pero en general muy recomendable!

Boa localização, mas fraco em qualidade.

A casa é super agradável, espaçosa, com uma óptima varanda e vista agradável. O pequeno almoço é razoável, mas não é incrível. Óptima localização, super central e à distância a pé da praia galdana!

Não gostei do serviço de recepção, achei muito pouco competentes e não resolvem os problemas imediatos! Não sei porque que falam na questão do telefone para a recepção, se sabem que este não funciona de todo. A kitchenete da casa, tem um sistema electrico muito fraco, demora se muito tempo a cozinhar e há poucos utensílios para cozinhar, o que torna a experiência chata, porque tem de se esperar muito tempo e estar constantemente a lavar utensílios, porque há 1 panela e 1 frigideira para fazer tudo! O pequeno almoço tem pouca qualidade. A fruta não valia nada, estava toda rancosa, os produtos todos em si, todos muito rancosos!

Un sejour extra. Nous avons pu faire presque toutes les activités sur l'ile grace a l'hotel

Petit guide de cette ville et hotel: La ville est chouette et dispose de tout le necessaire pour profiter d'un sejour de 5j+ sur l'ile. Elle est au centre de beaucoup d'activités à faire dans le sud, nottament la visite des criques et plages souvent tres frequentées. Vous serez les premiers sur la plage. Bien sur, vous aurez à galerer pour d'autres visites comme Mahon ou autres, mais le desagrement est moindre pour les criques du sud. Fini les problemes pour chercher à se garer ou trouver un moyen d'acceder aux criques, grace aux bateaux acessibles depuis Cala Galdana! Pour l'hotel: Le petit déjeuner était tout les jours à peu pareil, mais avec suffisament de choix pour essayer de nouveaux produits. Et les horaires de service qui debutent tot pour pouvoir commencer sa journée le matin. Personnel très arrangeant avec nos demandes du genre « oeuf aux plats ». Nous manquions d'un parasol pour la plage et le personnel nous en a preté un pour tout notre séjour. Le directeur de l'hotel présent depuis 7 ans, m'a aidé à garer ma voiture.. un vrai valet service! Ménage impeccable au quotidien. Enfin, les clients de l'hotel étaient aussi d'un bon standing, ne se ruent pas le matin sur les transats de la piscine en y posant une serviette comme j'ai souvent vu ailleurs.

L'hotel se situe au sommet de la colline de Cala Galdana et pour la grimper il faut bien 10 bonnes minutes en pente forte. Suggestion: Service de navette avec voiturette electrique? Ça manquait un peu d'accessoires de cuisine: Une bouilloire pour chauffer l'eau et un bac a glaçons auraient été les bienvenus.

Breakfast was great, public areas lovely and good staff, particularly Rafa at the bar.

Nothing much really but would of been good to of had more sun umbrellas at the pool and the bathrooms need updating.

Very good hotel but needs to do better

The staff was lovely, the view was spectacular, the room was very comfortable. The pool was very nice and so was the breakfast and dinner!

Very steep stairs, my wife has mobility issues and they still gave us very high floors, Be prepared to climb a lot. Also, the breakfast organization was very poor. One tip: Invest in some catering wheel cars and more staff to help assist the guests. Also, just assigned the first empty table to people instead of picking the perfect spot for everyone. We were waiting for almost 20 minutes just to get a table...

Great value for money in good location...

We booked this for a day stay as we had a late flight and it was a welcome life saver... it was also very near to the famous walking trail, so we spent the day doing that, came back had a shower and went to the airport! Nice little room with balcony... had parking too which can be a nightmare in that town.

Perfect fun for young families, with pool, town, beach and nature all easily accessible

Located at the top of Cala Galdana, this smallish resort had plenty for the kids while also being close enough to walk to the town beach or along to the next Cala along the coast. The 2 bed apartment was fine for 2 adults and 2 children, with nice views of and easy access to the pool. Kids mini disco was a huge hit, and the buffet breakfast was good if quite busy. There is noise into the evening if near the pool / bar area but not an issue for us. Staff were great.

Very little - except that pool towels ran out early on a couple of days, and some noise to around 11pm.

Very good

Excellent breakfast- great selection of food!! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is in a quiet area in Cala Galdana, about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Good location and sized rooms, housekeeping needs improving

Great location and the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. The room was a good size and most importantly has an aircon. Staff were friendly.

The housekeeping needs improving. We asked 3 times for our bedding to be changed (it was not done on day 4, which is their policy). Usually we had to ask for towels as not enough were left for us, after cleaning. The room was not cleaned sufficiently each day. On one occasion we asked for hand soap, our housekeeping had taken the body wash they had given us to use, and were told that there isn't any.

Beautiful place to stay and great value for money

We loved our stay here, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge. Facilities in the hotel were lovely and staff always very friendly and helpful. Saw lots of comments about the hill up to the hotel from the beach but we did not find this an issue at all, around 10 minutes to the beach front. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice of food

Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave umbrellas for beach during your stay which is very useful in Menorca.

Photos are like very well edited version of reality. Room was smelling damp, beds are with wheel that you can’t even lay down properly, room was not very clean. It is more like an old apart room than a decent hotel. We didn’t suffer from the place of hotel but if you don’t prefer car you need to climb a high heel to reach it.

Everything good except the robbery

Excellent breakfast; good location; pool animation very good

Someone entered my room and STOLE a piece of make up (despite having put the “do not disturb” signal). I have report this to the hotel that told me that would check with the cleaning team and after that would contact me, no one has contacted me so far. At the reception there were also some staff that dont speak english properly, which created another issue when dealing with the transfer back to the airport and gave us the wrong pick up time.

Nice Stay a Short Walk From Cala Galdana

Cute place 10 minutes walking from Cala Galdana. Common areas and breakfast room are renewed and really nice. The bedrooms have good areas and facilities. Easy to park and near nice restaurants and a supermarket.

Beds could be better. Having comforters instead of blankets would be a great improvement.

Great location for those walking the Cami de Cavalls

Door missing off of the bedroom which meant it one person was sleeping the other couldn’t watch tv in the other room. No gin or vodka available in the bar. Breakfast meant to be from 8am but weren’t allowed in until nearly 8.30 as they hadn’t finished setting up. Not informed that there were hot food options until we had served ourself from the buffet. Told that they had just reopened but they weren’t fully prepared for guests.

REally lovely hotel set up the top of the hill but easy walk to all the town offers.

All inclusive breakfast buffet was terrific. Room was large and very comfortable with quiet separate bedroom.

The location, breakfast, the room and the staff! All perfect!

The apartment we were in has some improvements to be done, like the shower always moved its position according to the water pressure. But nothing that could impact our stay.

Incredible view, amazing pool, nice staff.

Pool was superb, maybe my favourite ever. I loved the "hamacas" as well.

Cleaners would wake us up by knocking on the door. We should have probably put a note on the door so that's on us. It was noisy in the mornings when cleaning as well but we do understand their job, obviously.
