Grande Palermo is a stunning North End vacation home designed to fit the needs of all vacationers. Vaulted ceilings accentuate the spacious living areas, and floor-to-ceiling doors and large patios complete the ambience. Panoramic views of Matanzas Pass are located out of every window of this multi-level home. The first level includes direct access to the pool and offers table tennis, fridge, pub table, and couch with a TV. Perfect spot for teenagers that are wanting their own space.
Take the gorgeous travertine tile staircase to the second level and be amazed at the openness of the main level, furnished with contemporary style. The striking fully equipped kitchen with expansive granite counter tops provides a vast cooking and dining area with ample seating, guests can sit at the bar and keep the chef company! There is no lack of seating between the dining table that seats 10 and the living room with a large sectional plus additional chairs. Sliding glass doors lead to a screened deck overlooking the pool area. Located off the living area is a king bedroom with adjacent guest bathroom.
The third level is where you will catch most of the gorgeous views while enjoying this one-of-a-kind vacation home. There are two king primary bedrooms on this floor with attached bathrooms and access to a screened in patio. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
