The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. 2 minutes to the uncrowded beach. The saltwater pool was so refreshing.

It was a wonderful family trip. Meeting up with family from out of state. The, HOME, which it truly felt like was just what you wanted when you were away from home but with your whole family. It had everything you wanted and everything you needed. It was one of our best vacations. Thank you to the family who hosted us. Love from Boston and Oklahoma 💕💕

The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious for our family. There were lots of beach and pool toys, no need to brig your own. We had a wonderful stay and Jackie was very kind and helpful!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group. Everything in the description was spot on, and Jackie, our host, was excellent. Every detail was covered to make this an awesome beach vacation. The house comes well stocked from kitchen supplies to beach gear and everything in between.
We did not realize the magnitude of destruction that hurricane Ian left on Fort Myers Beach, however, the community has rallied and is making a comeback. The beach is quiet, much emptier than we expected, however, it really was like our own private beach. There are quite a few restaurants nearby to choose from (Pinchers and Fresh Catch were our favorites), and the Publix is within walking distance of the house, making it very easy to grab food or any supplies you may need. Our group ranged from 17 to 70 and everyone had a great time. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the projector screen was also very fun to watch at night. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into making sure their guests have the best time possible. And if you happen to have rainy weather, there is a great space on the first floor for games and indoor activities.
I would highly recommend this property, as it was very clean and well kept and very easy access to the beach. Thank you, JR and Jackie for making our stay fantastic. We look forward to visiting FMB in the future!

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodations! Our families (6 adults and 2 kids) traveled from Ohio and Florida to stay for a week and everything about our visit was great. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool with the large projector TV. We will definitely return!

We had family travel from Eastern Florida, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Nevada and California, to spend Christmas together. What a great house to accommodate 14 people. The house was clean and fully stocked. It had a 3 story elevator, but if you really want to get a good workout, take the stairs! The access to the beach was right across the street. Beautiful beach! The house is fully stocked with all beach things you would need for a fun day. My favorite part was the pool/hot tub and large projector screen t.v. Jackie was wonderful to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Great place to book. Highly recommend it.

Jackie was a great host! The home is beautiful and spacious, and had everything and more! Plenty of beach chairs for everyone, watching football games on the pool TV was terrific as well as the World Series!

The house was a great layout with terrific views of the gulf. Beach access is right across the street. We were cooking meals for a large group and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed watch the baseball playoff games on the large screen in the back yard. The owner Jackie was very easy to work with and communicative.

Went on a moms weekend away from kids and husbands and we all spoke the whole time about how perfect the house was! Pool was perfect! Open kitchen and layout. All bedrooms were big and comfortable with a bathroom no one felt like they were left with a bad spot!

We booked this for our summer family trip. It is a beautiful property and the owners have thought of all the details so you don’t really have to bring much other than your clothes. The pool was amazing and the beach was right across the street with excellent water views. Lots of activities to do nearby too such as private boat tours, jet skis, parasailing, and a trip to Everglades. The elevator was a lifesaver on check in and check out day. I would highly recommend and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. I had made my reservation back in May of 2022 before hurricane Ian hit. The owners JR and Jackie kept in touch with us to give updates on the property and repairs and had it finished by our check in date of May 13th.The house and pool were fantastic. Lots of room for all of us to have our own space and still spend lots of family time together. It is right across the road from the beach for the beach people and the pool and spa were just perfect for the rest of us. This was the perfect vacation home and we made so many memories. Can't wait to come back!

The house and proximity to the beach was perfect for our family. The downtown area was a short drive. All pool and beach items you could possibly want are at the house. There are 2 pack n play beds for little bitty guests. The owners are great communicators. Cannot wait to return.

This was planned as a Family vacation. I am 75 and wanted to take my three sons and their families on a great Florida get away. This house was perfect! Close to the beach with the private pool. We had all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc one needs. You could not ask for a better supplied kitchen. We did most of our breakfast and lunches at the house and went to some wonderful restaurants for our evening meals. The screened in porches were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and breakfast. We plan on doing this again next year.

Amazing Home -they thought of everything!
This property does not disappoint!!! Everything the owners listed was true to their word. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Pool and beach supplies were plentiful, from beach chairs, wagons and coolers to pool floats, baby floats and toys. Directions to beach was spot on. Laundry room is a mothers dream. This rental provided so much space to eat, play or lounge. I would highly recommend this property.

The Janssen's were extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. The house was gorgeous with fantastic amenities and tons of extras. Of the five bedrooms, each was well equipped, roomy, and comfortable.

This is a great house in a great location. Beach is easy to get to, not crowded, and perfect powder sand. The pool was really nice for the kids to go in after spending the mornings on the beach. The house is even better than the pictures show. I would book this place again.

Excellent vacation home! Absolutely everything you need but your clothes! We have stayed at a lot of homes and never had one that had everything you need!! Highly recommend!!
