poor service for a hotel that i have stayed in many times.

Asked three times for things to be sorted. three people in room but two cups. again asked 3 times only one tea bag agin took three times for this to be sorted.

Völlig selbstverständlich ein Zimmer gegeben was überhaupt nicht reserviert war und dann musste man betteln um ein etwas ähnlicheres zu bekommen

I highly recommend visiting. 👍🎉

The location is very good because you could access many travel places. In the room, there are many utilities such as forks,spoons,plates,a microwave and many more useful things. But the thing that impresses me so much is the dedicated staffs called Indu and Hoque who are receptionists and M.Raya who is part of the security team. When I lost my wallet, they were quick to react, had deep empathy and tried their absolute best to help me and they succeeded.

It is perfectly located, close to main attractions and walking distance from Waterloo as well as West Minister stations.

Nothing really. We had a lovely stay. We took breakfast with stay and certainly enjoyed breakfast too but would have loved slight variation in menu as anyone staying more than a day would enjoy some variety, just to add something more to the stay.

Location and size of room! View was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't expect the size of the room

Some areas of room could be cleaned better. Hairs on towels which were black so know they weren't ours as all 3 of us are blonde. Could've done with some sort of tea towel to dry the dishes and a sample size washing up liquid would've been helpful

Convenient but not so great!

The location

I have stayed at this hotel a few times due to its location nr to St Thomas’s Hospital. This visit was not so great, my room had a heavy smell of cigarette/cigar smoke, housekeeping a bit hit and miss (bins not emptied, towels not replaced, bed not made properly). Shame - it just all felt a bit ‘tired’ which for the nightly cost shouldn’t be a thing.

מיקום, חדר מרווח יחסית ושמישות המתקנים גבוהה. הצוות מאד שרותי ומנסה לסייע. בריכה עם סאונה יבשה ורטובה.

חדר הרחצה לא נוקה כמו שצריך ולא היה שמפו במקלחת וסבון ידיים בכיור בחדר הרחצה.

מלון מומלץ

המלון מפואר, הצוות מסייע בכל שאלה, הצוות עזר לי מאוד כשניגנב לי הטלפון הנייד, השמירה בכניסה למלון משרה תחושת בטחון ורוגע.כשהגענו למלון איפשרו לנו להיכנס לחדר לפני זמן הצ'אק אין הנהוג. יש זמינות 24/7 של הצוות.

לא שואבים את החדר גם כשיש ליכלוך. בצאק אין נאמר לי לחכות בחדר למזוודות, חיכיתי 2 שעות בחדר עד שהמזוודות הגיעו . מסתבר שהיו בחדר לא נכון.

Fabulous hotel in a great location

Perfect place to stay to explore London with a family

The location is amazing! So close to the big attractions and public transport. Great space for families too.

Schöne Sommerferien in London

Die Lage war top. Man kann im Fall der Fälle von überall zu Fuß zurück kehren. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Bett und das Kopfkissen waren bequem. Das Zimmerservice war schnell und das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns im Hotel sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

It's a busy okey place

It's near the attractions but the rooms are so small and the showers compared to American hotels

The rooms. Too small and the beds are low and the shower tiny. On our first night I wanted to turn on the bathroom light and pulled some red string which was a fire alarm and went straight to their emergency. They were able to tell me what to do to dismiss it and where the light switch was

Gorgeous stay in great location

Everything about this hotel was a pleasure. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, great bed. They don’t need to be reminded about the small stuff, they just get it right. It’s an absolute pleasure to stay.

zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

hele mooie locatie, near the Eye en the Big Ben. heerlijke ruime kamer met 2 tv's waar je gewoon netflix kunt streamen. ontbijt is voor nederlandse begrippen wel wat eenvoudig ( als je niet elke dag scrambled eggs en worstjes wil eten) Er is veel personeel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam na een lange dag de tourist uithangen wacht je een prachtig zwembad voor je ontspanning.

De vriendelijkheid, de locatie en de kamergenoten.

Er ontbraken lakens en handdoeken bij aankomst. Kinderen moesten op de slaapbank, maar hiervoor waren geen lakens. Het stond ook niet klaar. We hadden handdoeken voor 2 personen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der Westminsterbridge und die nächste U-Bahnstation ist schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr großes Hotel, sehr trubelig und wohl eher dafür da Touristen durchzuwinken.

Die Rezeptionisten waren etwas unfreundlich, das Badezimmer hat null Möglichkeiten Handtücher zu trocknen, deshalb muss man jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommen. Man wird zwar gefragt, ob man aus Umweltgründen nicht jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung wünscht, aber es bleibt einem fast nichts anderes übrig.

Super Lage und ein tolles Hotel für Familien

Die Lage war super. Im Bad gab es eine Dusche und Badewanne. Die Lotion und Badezusätze haben extrem gut gerochen. Frühstück oder Abendessen mit Ausblick auf BigBen war genial.

Das Reinigungspersonal ist nicht so gründlich wie ich es für den Preis und die Sterne vermutet hätte. Mülleimer wurden nicht immer geleert, Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht, es gab nach einem Abend nicht mehr die Anzahl an Handtücher wie am Anfang. Das Frühstück kann man weglassen und einfach sich was aufs Zimmer bestellen und das ist es wirklich nicht gewesen. Wir waren als Pärchen da und dachten das hier vlt nicht so viele Familien sein werden. Falsch gedacht ist ein fast reines Familienhotel bei dem es auch laut zu geht. Pool haben wir einmal am Anfang verwendet danach nicht mehr, da dort die Kinder geschrien und reingesprungen sind ohne Ende

long corridors to rooms. if lay out plans similar to the ones in the rooms are located at all lifts areas at all floors would help reaching rooms in short cuts. If shower area a bit bigger, which could have been during design and construction, would be more convenient.....It's too late anyway.

Lovely hotel for a weekend break

Location fantastic, large room with great view. Great staff who worked very hard. Loved the bar for pre-dinner drinks. A lovely hotel for a weekend break in London.

Bedroom was clean & tidy however no towels. Tea & coffee station in the room had no teabags. Bathroom did not have enough toiletries. All small errors that were just overlooked by housekeeping. These were rectified after calling Reception but not a great start. Breakfast restaurant was chaotic. Not enough staff. Lots of dirty tables. Breakfast was self serve & overpriced.

War zum 2. Mal dort und komme wieder.

Beste Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt. Bus, Underground und Schiff in der Nähe. Westminster und London Eye vor der Haustür. Das Hotel hat ein Schwimmbad zum Entspannen.

Awful rude staff who take money once they get your details

The views

The property took a £50 holding deposit of me the night I booked in the next day when I checked out they took £235 out of my bank for no reason there was no damages and no orders on room after I contacted they admitted it was them they would refund it but would be back right away then 2 hours later I called they said upto 4 hours I then went back into the property as it never went in to be told it would be 3/5 days the staff are rude lied to me and taken money without me knowing and only said they would refund once I approached them over it so don’t no how many people they have done that to and have not relised
