Ottima posizione

In un bel palazzo d’ epoca. Con quadri colorati e arredi allegri. Piccola ed essenziale la stanza ma completa di tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo . Compreso bollitore che apprezzo sempre.

Sono fissata con la doccia: pulirei bene i bordi per togliere il nero che si forma. Curerei i dettagli: maniglia bagno svitata e asse del wc rotto. Nulla di che’ ma avrebbero reso tutto perfetto .

Great place to stay in the centre of Toulouse - we’d stay there again!

Fabulous location in lovely part of town with very convenient and secure car park. Staff all very helpful and friendly and breakfast very good.

The room was a bit on the small side but comfortable with air conditioning - bathroom a bit of a squeeze but all very clean and tidy.

Good value for money in an excellent location.

My second room over looked the square and was quite noisy, late into the night. Also the church bells chimed every hour up until midnight. The room was super and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was limited and only a continental. There were also some broken tiles in the bathroom.

Initial room on first floor was quite small, however it was very clean and the bedding was good. On the second morning I woke up and there were large numbers of ants in the room. Coming from the bathroom door frame. Fortunately I was moved.

good apart from the car park

we were not informed at check-in, of how to get our car out of the garage in the morning and reception wasn’t manned at 08:00. we ended up knocking on guests rooms to see if they i Knew. we nearly missed our flight.

We had a lovely stay at this friendly little hotel. We loved our light and airy room overlooking the St Sernin Basilica, with a balcony and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the hubbub below. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and helped to make us feel warmly welcomed.

Perhaps the paintwork is a little tired in the corridors and on the stairways. But it’s not important as to how much we enjoyed our stay.

Room was good but elevator issue made it difficult. Travelers should be advised prior to check in.

Quiet and clean, adequate for restful stay.

No elevator for use in getting luggage to registration. We had 2 heavy suitcases that made if difficult especially the morning we left - no help with luggage so had to fight the stairs alone.

Stay was OK because we knew what to expect having been before

Breakfast outside. Location good because it's close to our niece's place.

Have to carry bags up stairs to reach reception. Elevator from there but very inconvenient as we get older

Lovely, breathtaking location close to everything!

Superb service by the hotel staff, they were all extremely helpful and provided us with the best information. Likewise the surroundings were amazing, next to the Cathedral and around the corner of all amenities, restaurants, cafes, etc. Very beautiful area in a student centre!

The room very small and not possible to sleep with the window open because of the street. The entrance was dirty and nobody to clean up the room during our stay.
