Appartement joli mais pas à la haute de mes attentes

la déco est très joli, la literie confortable et la salle de bain bien réalisée

- aucun rangements pour ranger ses affaires de valises. J'ai dû garder mes vêtements dans la valise toute la semaine. Un placard serait un minimum pour un appartement à ce prix la. La petite commode est occupé par les coussins et une couette. -la vue sur la serpiere et l'aspirateur dans la pièce principale et la chambre sont à éviter, il faut un placard pour les ranger et cacher. -le gros du ménage était correctement fait (évier, toilette, douche) mais le reste était très sale (plaintes de tout l'appartement plein de poussiere, radiateur de la salle de bain, entre les planches du parquets). Il y a besoin d'un gros ménage de profondeur à faire. -preciser dans votre annonce les 5 étages sans ascenseur.

The location was very good. The management was responsive to any issues and friendly.

The manager’s responsiveness was terrific and he was very helpful answering any questions.

The washing machine needs to be cleaned or replaced. One of my white shirts was ruined when washed with only other whites. Also, the manager is aware there was a minor roof leak into the living room after heavy rain, and I assume that will be immediately addressed.

Perfect solo apartment

Excellent location, clean apartment. Perfect for my travel. Parking and access to the location were described perfectly.

Nothing much. Except the apartment was on the 5th floor with no lift.

Easy to check in (self check in), appartment was clean and lots of space!

Only thing I think could be improved would be a soft light in the living room in the evening (like a lamp). I found the main lights too bright to watch TV, so a soft lamp would have made it perfect 😊

Great little flat in superb central location. Equipped with all the essentials.

Superb central location, a breeze to get to by public transport from the airport and easy to follow instructions by hosts to access the property. The flat equipped with all the essentials. Five flights of stairs and no lift - if this is no problem for you we can happily recommend this place!

top floor , 5/6 floors , no lift , very small but very clean and modern .

Tucked away gem in a great location

A clean, simple, effective apartment, well situated for public transport links and tourist attractions. Although on a fairly busy road it felt safe and tucked away, there was little to no disturbance at all. Bed was comfy and big, though maybe could have had another pillow or two. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery and had everything needed, we didn't cook in it but could have if we wanted. Having the washing machine was brilliant as meant we could get a few wears of some outfits with a wash in between- saved on packing space!

Be prepared to climb stairs! Being on the 5th floor is a blessing for the peace and quiet away from the road, but a curse climbing the stairs- hard work after a hot day. Also my partner is 6ft 4 so some of the ceilings were slightly low for him, but as long as he stayed at the back of the apartment he was fine :)

A spacious, modern apartment in the best area of Toulouse.

Wonderfully designed apartment in an amazing location, lots of space and very clean. I needed a place to work and stay while I was travelling and this was the perfect place. All the utilities were amazing as well! I would definitely return.

It's a shame that the air conditioning doesn't reach the top floor because it can get quite hot. However, a powerful fan is provided so this is only a minor quibble. Don't let it stop you from booking.

Cute small place in the heart of the city.

A perfect location to explore Toulouse-Centre on foot, the apartment is cute and functional, extraordinary finish and cleanliness. The landlord very sympathetic and keen to make the stay a success.
