The breakfast is fantastic, and that was the main reason we chose to stay there the second time. The breakfast timing is also exceptionally adjusted to those having an early plane or working on European schedule, to which we were really grateful.

the location was great we were able to walk everywhere. for dinner the hotel had a shuttle to various restaurants which was really nice
everything was fine

Breakfast was wonderful on the patio with terrace. It was buffet style and had everything we enjoyed. Mimosas were a surprise. Could have been more variety of eggs. Just scrambled most days. The restaurant had the best empanadas which we had several times. And we tried them all over the city. The concierge helped us get tickets to Iguazu and also arrange for several rides for us doing our stay. Staff was excellent.
Have umbrellas available for guests that did not have them for the few rainy days. I have seen that in other hotels and it is welcomed.

Thought the breakfast brunch was very good and also early and efficient.
The staff was very helpful. They would call us a taxi when we wanted to go somewhere safely. I think they all spoke some English and made an effort to try to help answer questions.
The lunch outdoor dining was not as good of a menu as the brunch.
Also there were not many restaurants or stores surrounding the hotel that a person felt good walking to. We only walked the block surrounding the hotel.

The lobby and restaurants were very nice, well appointed and the staff are excellent.
our room was dated, needs an upgrade to bring it up to the standards in the rest of the hotel.

the location is somehow near the Main Street, the staff helpful
the property is old and overpriced, the rooms are not well maintained and lifts are really slow. Defiantly not coming back

Our room never got cleaned on the day before we left. I know we got up late that morning, but the hotel was not busy and we feel that was the only disappointment. Otherwise we would have given 10 out of 10
only the room not being cleaned every day

the staff was very friendly and the location is central.

- good breakfast
- nice and responsible staff
- nice reception area hall
- room is ok, but bathroom was toooo old and outdated
- no amenities available: no sleepers, no shower gel, no toothpaste/brush, no shaving stuff. For such high level 5* hotel this was shocking for me

Very accommodating staff. Most spoke passable English. Very quiet location, considering it's in middle of B.A. Two restaurants offer excellent food and service, albeit a bit expensive. Large, comfortable, well appointed rooms.
The flipside of its quiet location is that you have to walk some, or take a taxi, to other restaurants and bars. There is a scarcity of accessible electrical outlets, so bring a power block/strip along with your transformer.

Staff friendly.
Hotel is distinctly rundown. Needs refurbishing.

The food at all locations of the hotel was excellent and priced fairly. I loved the empanadas. We were able to leave our luggage locked in a special room while we waited for our room and went on tours and waited for the airport. They arranged tours and taxi rides for us.
The location was good for historical tourist sites. Unfortunately the shopping I wanted to do was not within walking distance. It required a taxi. That wasn't the fault of the hotel.
