Overall the hotel is very good, excellent location for the town.

Room was excellent also was the bed and breakfast was good

The whole front of the hotel is covered in scaffolding.

My stay was unfortunately not good but my partner was a little better

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night & the room was very corporate not conducive for a couple for a couple for a 3 night stay ..Unfortunately I was ill hence the 1 night stay .

Would have preferred more hangers for clothes & drawers

Cheeky little getaway

Breakfast was one of the nicest I've had at a hotel. Really good location. Comfy duvets, not too heavy

Parking was £12 a night. A bit steep considering the cost of the rooms.

Great stay.

Wide ranging buffet breakfast. Excellent staffing in restaurant and throughout the hotel. Comfortable room with great views. Very pleasant stay and I fully intend to return.

Met all expectations

Location great, nice easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. loved having the underground car park which was so handy. Room was very comfortable, we were in a quiet area and we both slept well. Good choice at breakfast.

The only negatives - the shower which was really weak and the pillows too hard.

Excellent all round

The receptionist made us very welcome, her name was Lyndsay. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. We were given a parking spot right outside (disabled). One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we are well travelled!

A estadia teria sido excelente não fosse pela última noite.

Boa localização, excelente café da manhã, equipe prestativa e boas instalações.

Dava para ouvir os hospedes conversando no quarto vizinho. Na última noite foi intolerável, pois ficaram conversando até de madrugada, bem no dia em que eu tinha que acordar bem cedo para viajar.

Short stay but had everything we needed.

The bar staff were very friendly and it was great to be able to get a bar snack until quite late - as we went to the evening session of the Turkish Baths.

The staff were really helpful, the accommodation was really clean and the location was great

Sadly nearly every hotel has jumped onto charging you for parking. I think all hotels miss a trick with their bars, the are over priced and very stiff, in town our 2 drinks were £12-15, in the Hotel it’s £23. No music on and it’s a waste of a good bar.

Pleasant night's stay

The reception staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and well cooked buffet style. Good location to walk into the town.

Very much a corporate feel to the hotel and some areas were not being used (presume temporary) but have to walk through them to get to breakfast area

Breakfast was very good car park good but awkward and too expensive especially when out all day £8 fairer to residents. Location spot on.

The view was nice and the room was nice and spacious.

No matter how impressive the accommodation. The staff can let it all down. I would never knowingly book here again. Poor show! Happy to discuss.

we visit Harrogate, several times a year Having used three other hotels we will use Crown Plaza

Fantastic facilities. Bedroom had everything we required and the chocolate biscuits on arrival were much appreciated Breakfasts were well organised and finished plates and cutlery were promptly removed from table. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. my husband forgot his shaving kit - no problem just ask at reception. The plug in the wash hand basin jammed and we couldnt drain the sink - no problem, maintenance attended with 30 minutes. We will definitely be back
