Comfortable stay

Good location for a stopover for journys southward. Nice restaurant and friendly staff.

Fantastic

I left early in the morning so missed breakfast but the night before I had an absolutely excellent meal in the restaurant and I could not have had better .Really friendly staff and good service .I have stayed at this hotel chain before but I can honestly say this is one of the best .I will be booking again in September.

A very uncomfortable stay.

Nothing on this occasion sadly.

The bedsheets were full of hairs. The restaurant was closed because it was a Sunday. The website pictures are very deceiving as they do not reflect the actual property.

Could do so much better

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was good, food nice and reasonable value.

Rooms were tired with insufficient room to put your case, pillows (to sleep on) were small and inadequate, tea and coffee making not quite thought through, outside was in need of renovation, TV didn't work well.

Basic but functional hotel room. Good value for the price and an ideal stop over on the way to South

Breakfast buffet was good Dinner service was limited but good Free parking on site Close to motorway so a good stopover

Limited staff at breakfast so asking for help and checking out took time as no one was around

Will return only when it has had a refurb

We like Camponile and used them for many years.

Sadly this Camponile has not had it's refurbishment and is very tired, needs doing.

Perfect place to stay to explore Rouen.

It was a quiet and easily accessible location for us to explore Rouen. The evening meal was excellent.

Good

Rooms on the ground floor meant we could park directly outside which was very convenient. Easy check in/out and plenty of room for 2 of us and our cat. Everywhere was clean and comfortable.

Felt cheated

Location

Cheated out of money. All taxes and charges were paid for at time of booking. Clearly stated on booking. Staff insisted on extra 15 euro for parking and extra taxes at reception. Unclear and no prior knowledge of where carpark is located far away from enterance. Rude staff

A happy oasis - once I found it's In an industrial zone off the beaten track. Idyllic once I arrived

Service of the staff was exemplary. From the welcome to the final send-off, the personal attention, interest and provision were all Excellent!!

Room 9: has an ancient cracked wash basin: can't be fully hygienic ?
