Absolutely! The standout aspects for me were the building itself and the room’s design. Plus, the breakfast was superb!
Can't think of something.

The place is great. Our room was clean, comfortable , cozy and had a great view of the mountains
Is is a little far from the train station and uphill, so it was a tedious walk from the station

This hotel was amazing. As a family of 5 we had two rooms. The rooms are small but very modern and the kids’ room had a deck and an amazing view. The common areas are very comfortable, modern and relaxing as is the outdoor area. We were there in summer so it was lovely to go and sit outside and have a drink. We only stayed one night but so happy that we visited. You can do a lot on 24 hours. Breakfast was included and was lovely. There also a sauna and steam room, which was also worth a visit. Only a short stroll to Main Street.
Nothing - it was all perfect.

Everything!
Mmmmhh I don’t know, everything is so nice!

I really liked how the staff was so accommodating and flexible, getting breakfest ready a couple minutes earlier so that I could catch the 7:00 train & letting me use the shower right after my hike/checkout.
And the fresh croissant and hot cacao drink after the cold hike were just heavenly - Thank you Xana #bestReceptionist/Manager ever!
Great energy all around - super relaxed and chill vibe.

Very fancy design. We love chilling out at the balcony and there was a direct view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was so so good too with a wide variety.
The shower/toilet door is very weird… it’s very hard to open the door once you shut it. Till now we haven’t figured it out. There’s a short, uphill walk to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The property was further from the main activities in Zermatt than I had anticipated and only had limited view of the Matterhorn. The rooms were also well designed from an aesthetic perspective but not all that functional, particularly for people over 40

Spa was amazing, staff were friendly, run by group of friends who are lovely and sweet

Beautifully designed room with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn.
Lovely breakfast in a stylish public area.

I stayed in the dorm. The individual facilities were quite nice. The actual POD bed and showers were both well above average for a standard dorm facility.
The dorms rooms exist in the basement of the hotel with a tiny window being the only natural light in. In the dorms there is absolutely no room to spread out outside of the actual POD bed. There is no personal luggage storage or room to move around or spread out in the room without being on top of someone else or on top of their stuff. It was the same in the bathroom. The dorm room door transitioned directly into the bathroom, which causes quite a bit of noise to transfer.

The design of the whole property and the modern rooms. Roberto was also an amazing host. He made a difference.
Options available for breakfast and food options for lunch and dinner. These needs to be improved.

Friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms.
10/10 experience. No issues at all.

The Matterhorn view from the balcony is amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good.
Penthouse is spacious, clean and comfortable. Love our stay here.
The hike up from the train station to the hotel which is on a slope.

Loved the entrance, breakfast, and staff service.
The room was a little too small for a family of 4.

Cozy design. Room is clean with adequate space for us. Superb breakfast, love it! Walking distance to Zermatt viewpoint, the view is simply stunning especially at night!

The stuff is exceptional. I've never seen such good stuff anywhere. The place is very new. It was my first time staying in the dormitory room and it was really good. Clean and comfortable.
No complains at all.

I had booked the penthouse for 6 adults (3 bedroom)
The view is amazing and we enjoyed the matterhorn mountain view all day long.
We can sit in all day and watch the sunrise/sunset against the backdrop of matterhorn.
The room is clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable for all.
The staff is friendly and helpful when resolving issues encountered in the room.
Location wise its a short walk (~8 mins) from the train station.
Breakfast is great and we hope to return again in the future when visiting zermatt.

The room was exactly how it described. Can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Really like the design and details of the hotel. Will definitely come back again!

I love the design, simple and modern but still feels like a cosy chalet! Really easy walk to the ski lifts, and very accommodating with storing luggage before/after checking in/out.
Nothing I disliked!! but I would have loved if they had a bit more to offer at the spa.

no tv
no phone

The view from room 5 awesomeeeeee!! The location is 10+ minutes from the station, with heavy luggage going up and downhill, which is not kidding.
Price vs. the breakfast is just mehhhh. So so so limited choice compared to cheaper rate hotel that we stay in day 1.

Stayed in room with double-bed - I think it was called mountain-view room or something. Within walking distance from Zermatt train station (which means it is close to where you can take the mountain train to get to Gornergrat). Relatively new establishment with modern designs of rooms and communal areas. In-house restaurant has menu that changes daily - Italian. Dined here once: good food, nothing too ostentatious.
No kettle / coffee making facilities or mini fridge in the room - had to go down to common area to get coffee (which you had to pay for after breakfast time). If you are not into having tea/coffee, this probably doesn't matter.

The amenities were nice. The restaurant is delicious and has a different menu each night. Beds were comfortable. The hotel has a ski room and a boot room with heaters. It has a spa room with sauna and steam room for guests to use. The bunk room we stayed in was very nice and from what I understand, much nicer than what you find in a typical hostel. There was also a lockable box, a heavy curtain, a light, and plug on each bunk. The location is excellent. While there is no shuttle to the hotel, it is not a bad walk so long as you have an easy rolling suitcase. It is no more than a 10 minute walk to most things in the town. The hotel is located on a small hill but not so far up that it makes getting to the hotel a chore. In Zermatt it is pretty typical to have to walk a little to your hotel or apartment. There is a ski rental shop at the base of the hill and the Sunnega lift is just down the street from that.
I have never stayed in a hostel style room before staying here so I was not sure what to expect. I noticed some very simple things which would have elevated our stay in the bunk room, such as labeled cubbies and hooks with bed numbers for shower supplies and towels. Since there is a spa, bathrobes on request would have also been a good idea but even without these things we had a pleasant experience.
