Great location, lovely views, super friendly staff. Restaurant is downstairs and our meals were excellent. Room and bathroom have all the necessary amenities. Heater above the bed was interesting. Staff also helped organize a last minute tour and offered oxygen to my partner who needed it, 5 mins helped a lot.
Sound proofing so do.

nice hotel, well located close to the lake. nice outdoor terrace, friendly staff
The room was very small for the price paid.

Nice rooms, good view, great restaurant.

Nice view of the lake and friendly staff.
The rooms are very dingy and in need of update. The sheets and towels were old. The toilet doesn’t take toilet paper so we need to throw paper in a little trash can which was dirty and stinky. The beds are very uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was about 4x as much as local tourist restaurants and my family of 5 was not able to eat what we ordered because it was so disgusting. The lobby and bar are nice with a view of the lake. Otherwise the hotel was a complete disappointment.
2.0 / 5.0
Balcony over lake was nice, but small -- only one chair. This was our primary reason for choosing this hotel. All similar options in the area (GHL, Sonesta) did not have private outdoor space viewing the lake.
Bartender was great - tasty and unique pisco sours
Comfy beds, good housekeeping services
Fireplaces for dinner and at bar were cozy (and needed, the main areas of the hotel were freezing)
Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating
Inconsistent hot water- over the three day stay, we had at least two cold showers and two lukewarm ones. This was my #1 complaint.
Tiny rooms, very small TV in room
We had requested two cabs on our day of departure (members of our group were leaving at different times), NEITHER were pre-ordered as requested, leaving to a rush/stress upon departure
ATM machine in the lobby ate my credit card (although the staff at the hotel rushed in a taxi to catch us upon departure to return it to me when they were finally able to retrieve it, which was greatly appreciated)
Room service app did not work
View from hotel/room was nice, but not much else in the area

Breakfast only average, water temperature for taking a shower was only medium warm.
10% hidden costs as service charge only visible when going into the policy details feels like fraught

Beautiful private boardwalk onto the lake with a floating reed platform at the end of it. I would recommend you to stay here just to walk on it!
Expensive restaurant with bad food. The bar upstairs in the lobby serves better food.

The restaurant staff were very nice
The location is a little bit away from everything but might be nicer in warmer months when you will enjoy being outside in the quieter setting

very helpful staff who helped us with an early check in and multiple taxis. restaurant was also very impressive and the best place we ate in Puno - and we usually hate eating at the hotel!
needs a bit of ambience maybe - get some music on across the hotel so it doesn’t feel so remote :) otherwise lovely!

Great stay in Puno, excellent hotel, clean, well maintained with very friendly staff and nice views of the lake . The breakfast menu was good and there was also a fire place . Food in restaurant has reasonably prices and good quality. We'll stay again.
