La gentillesse et réactivité du personnel
L'emplacement
Les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre offertes
Hôtel un peu vétuste et mal isolé du froid
Placards en bois vieillots et salle de bain qui mériterait une réforme
L'expresso non inclus dans le petit déjeuner

Next to the lake with good views. Size of rooms was also good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.
Just a bit far from central but it’s not a problem as there are taxis available at cheap rate. No tea/coffee option in the room or outside except for the breakfast.

I don't quite understand how this hotel got 4 stars. 3 stars with deductions would be more correct. All the equipment is very outdated and dusty. The only thing that suggests 4 stars are the totally exaggerated prices of the laundry and the coffees in the hotel's own bar (the equivalent of 5/6 euros for an espresso). As others have written, the hotel staff seems a bit disgruntled.

The view from the room was amazing, and the service was fantastic

Room had a view to the lake and lovely property. The grounds are beautiful and have llamas running around at certain times. Bed was comfortable. Hotel provided oxygen, which was necessary for us. Staff was fantastic and attentive. Provided us with treats. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast served every morning was good. Had dinner in the hotel and the food was tasty, but the spectacular view from the dining room made it even better.
Nothing, everything was good.

a bit more pricey but a good value for money. very nice and also warm room! from our room we had a nice view on to the lake :) breakfast had a lot of choices.
the view is nice but it is a bit outside of Puno, 10 min with the tuctuc.

Hotel was in a great location overlooking the lake and the rooms were very spacious. the gardens were lovely and we enjoyed relaxing; watching the 2 resident alpacas and garden guinea pigs.
The hotel needed a little bit of a facelift, some of the interior parts looked a little dated.

Beautiful view and spacious rooms.
Nothing; everything was fine.

Beautiful view of Puno Bay. restaurant was good; breakfast was varied; beds comfortable and room and bath very spacious. Although hotel is away from downtown, like a 10 min. ride, taxis are available or can be arranged at at low cost. reception desk is very efficient.
Nothing; everything was perfect.

Clean and spacious room, and a good restaurant in a city where there is none.
We had dinner at the restaurant twice. First one was fine, but on the second day the food was clearly still frozen. I returned the main course, but I’m pretty sure they still charged me for it.

being on the lake.
the hotel was almost empty. nonetheless the reception gave us a room very far from the reception, isolated, on the 1st floor. besides, there was no elevator. breakfast could have been better given it is a 4 star hotel.

Room view. Garden. Dinner menu.
Very outdated decoration. Lack of attention to detail. Staff seemed unhappy.

View from the room was very nice, overlooking Titicaca Lake.
Room was small. Despite the fact that in the web page it says that transport from Juliaca Airport to the hotel in Puno (1 hour by road) has an extra charge, but they can arrange it, when the request was sent, they responded that it would have no extra cost. To our surprise, they did not honor their message, this was our greeting for our first day. Activities in Puno start early. Second day, get up early in the morning, with a temperature of - 3ºC, and there is no running hot water. Just imagine a very cold shower. For both inconveniences, the management offered apologies, and for the hot shower, my wife was able to take one in an adjacent room. Service is SLOW, but that is common factor in Perú. For the third day of our stay, breakfast starts at 0500 AM, but the restaurant opened at 0506 AM, not that bad, but there was NO COFFEE, nor the accustomed bread offering, nor butter & jam. Coffee came in at 0520, bread at 0525, but our transport was to pick us up at 0530. Summing it up, every single day there was a disappointment and an inconvenience.

Amazing view on the lake, our room has a direct view on it and that made a lot of difference. The room was big and comfortable. You can see alpacas and guinea pigs in the hotel garden.
The restaurant is good, both for breakfast and other meals.
Staff was very nice and always ready to help.
The hotel is old, both in terms of furnishings and facilities. We had to request a new hair dryer because the one provided was old and broken.
Shower wasn't working well, we had to request a fix. They were quick and nice though. The problem was immediately solved.

Great view and helpful staff. Amazing pisco sour!
Rooms are warm, that is important in such a cold climate.
Food is ok and can be better

Because of an emergency we had to leave in the evening and did not spend the night. Facilities were great though, nice rooms and fantastic staff.
They need a better chef. Food in the restaurant could use alot of improvement.

staff was amazing, attentive and doing the outmost
It was cold, they would light the fireplace (2) in the lobby until May! There was heating in the room but not in the bathroom. When we arrived it took forever to heat up. They kept leaving the front doors open which made corridors and down to the dinning room. Okay outside during the day and under the sun.
