In Avoriaz, located in the Les Crozats residence on the 3rd floor, in a quiet area near the center, 4-room apartment for 9 people, renovated in 2017, large south-west facing balcony, beautiful view of the slopes and the resort.

Me and 5 others stayed in this luxury flat for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. All facilities are too a high standard and any problems we had were solved efficiently by the host. Fantastic balcony views with sunset with sight of the slopes! Can't recommend this place enough!

Apartment has been very nicely fitted. Living area in particular is very nice. Location is good. To get back to the apartment after skiing I would recommend skiing down to the public lift near shooters bar and Sherpa. Then skiing down to the apartment from the top of the lift. You can ski out from the apartment if you turn right.

3 generations stayed here for 1 week of skiing and walking in the portes du soleil. Plenty of space in the flat for all people. TeLly we’ll stocked kitchen. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms and a great location for skiing out in the morning and getting the lift back at night. There are 2 public access points close by which allow access to the Main Street within a couple of minutes. We will definitely book again.

Property it’s self very clean loads of crockery etc, good location and well decorated. Check in time a little earlier would be nice it was (17.00) How ever absolutely brilliant.

This lovely apartment is very true to the description and photos provided by the owner. It is compact and cosy for a family of 6 adults (3 couples). While it has facilities for 9 we felt that more than 6 adults would be a bit cramped. The apartment has a nice, well stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals or heating preprepared food (eg from Huski an Alps catering company), handy laundry facilities, two nice bathrooms and a lovely balcony. All windows have lovely views over the village and slopes. The bedrooms are typical small ski resort size but with very comfortable beds. The ski boot storage is in the apartment (we considered this a big bonus) and the skis/ snow boards are stored in a large storage room at road level. It is definitely a ski out property and almost totally ski in- just have to take your skis off to use an elevator to get up to the street of the apartment, then ski in. The village has 3 good supermarkets, a boulangerie and many decent restaurants, all near to the apartment. (But far enough to not get too much noise from the bars) We had two total beginners with us who managed the ski in/out and found suitable slopes. All in all we found this to be the perfect apartment for us and great value for money.

Modern, well appointed apartment with fantastic views in a good central location. Good bathrooms. Double rather than king size beds. The third bedroom has no window so gets a bit warm and stuffy. Although there a few things left in the kitchen, a few more basic provisions (eg toilet roll) would have been appreciated. End of stay cleaning service - for an extra charge - was optional.

Sehr schön renovierte und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in idealer Lage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir waren 7 Personen inklusive drei Kinder, was sehr gut gepasst hat - auch durch die zwei Badezimmer.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un appartement de très haute qualité, aussi bien au niveau de sa situation dans la station que des prestations proposées dans celui-ci. Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de rentrer dans un appartement extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Par ailleurs, nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de cet appartement (pas de bruit dans les couloirs ou les appartements voisins notamment). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci à monsieur Brun pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

appartement très agréable et cosy. Il offre suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. La vue est enchanteresse. L'emplacement est parfait et vous êtes très proche des pistes ou du supermarché/restaurant. Vous pouvez vous rendre au parking très facilement en calèche. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et immédiatement là si vous avez une question ou avez besoin d'aide - tout simplement génial et fortement recommandé

Appartement très bien équipé, très jolie, lits très confortable, assez d'espace pour 7 personnes, même 9, mais les 2 supplémentaire dorment dans le living alors. On espère de revenir l'année prochaine!

Lejligheden er ret lækker og ikke slidt. Men man skal kende hinanden godt, for man bor tæt. Værelset med køjesenge var meget varmt. Lejligheden er ski out, men ikke ski in.

Nous avons été ravis par l’appartement. Super emplacement avec une très belle vue et un balcon assez grand pour en profiter. On s’y est senti comme chez nous dès l’arrivée. Il paraît plus grand que sur les photos et le plan. Très bien équipé et une superbe litterie (lits comme canapé lit). N’hésitez pas à le réserver pour votre prochain séjour à Avoriaz :)

Séjour au top ! Appartement conforme aux photos et vraiment bien fini ! Superbe situation avec très belle vue en prime . Idéal pour 7 personnes afin de ne pas devoir dormir dans le salon même si le canapé-lit semble très confortable ! Literie excellente et la tv dans les chambres est un plus indéniable !! À recommander.

Semaine du 3 au 10 mars , 9 pers : appart super : décoré avec goût, équipement récent et de qualité, très propre, fonctionnel, 2 salles de bain, literies très bien... que des compliments. Bravo au propriétaire Le petit bémol mais qui reste gerable : l’arrivée à ski qui reste pour des skieurs de bon niveau et le lieu de RDV pour cours ESF un peu loin. Mais qui franchement n’a nullement entaché notre séjour 😊 Félicitations au propriétaire

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . L'appartement est idéalement agencé pour 8 L'appartement est situé dans les hauteurs d'avoriaz juste à côté d'un ascenseur public qui vous amène au village enfant et sur la rue principale. A recommander !!!

Nous avons adoré cet appartement qui est parfait pour une semaine de ski. C'est un appartement moderne, très bien agencé. Il est idéalement situé dans la station. Monsieur Brun nous a très bien accueilli et a été à notre disposition pour l'heure de départ. De plus, Monsieur Brun nous a fait bénéficié d'une réduction sur nos locations de ski. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Une perle à Avoriaz !!!

Cet appartement est un pur bonheur. Il est refait à Neuf, avec des matériaux de qualités et un gout très raffiné. Il est très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant, cafetière ...). La vue est magnifique, pas de vis à vis, un petit balcon ... Autre point fort, l'insonorisation, nous avons très peu entendu durant la semaine les appartements du dessus ou d'à coté ... ce qui peut , au ski, se révéler fort désagréable. Le chauffage au sol sur tout l'appartement est aussi un vrai plus. Vous êtes à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville en passant soit par un ascenseur à 70 m de l'appartement, soit par un escalator qui se situe lui à 100 m. Le départ pied au ski est aussi un vrai plus, en revanche il vous faudra marcher env 100 m pour le retour ou prendre l’ascenseur public pour de nouveau se retrouver dans le sens de la descente jusqu'à l'appart. En résumé, que du bonheur pour des vacances en famille et cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont adorables et très arrangeants.
