Very nice resort on the beach ,bus collected you right outside the hotel for €2 to bring you into Kos town, pool was large and clean, majority of staff were kind especially one lady at reception but never got the name
Food was only ok,had a good variety but quality wasn’t great, everything else was good

lovely sea view room with view over pool to the beach. very spacious room. Great to be located a little way out of Kos town. we had a rental car which made getting around easy.
Food offering was generic. food was fresh and good quality but having eaten at lots of tavernas, more Greek food would have been nice. most guests seemed to be on package tours where meals were included.

Very clean, comfy room. We had a bungalow right next to the pool and 10m from the beach. Everything was spotless, very clean throughout, daily cleaning and the pool was just 5 steps from the back of the room.
Top tip,ask for a ground floor room, you will not regret it!
The food was very good, with many choices!
The reception staff were great. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and we had water, wine and food waiting for us in the room! We also had complimentary late check out and drinks! Will definitely stay here again!!!
We had an issue with the hot water (there was none) for 2 days. The issue was quickly fixed and we received complimentary late checkout plus a bottle of wine. No issues overall, staff very good and reception very attentive!
Great place to spend your holls!!!

Really disappointing stay for the money, not worth 2*
The dinner options were very limited and of bad quality, you can’t even see the food in the beach restaurant
The beach was not maintained, you get stinged walking on the unmai tainrd grass
230€ - too expensive for the offer
The pool had milky water, disgusting to swim in
The staff was not friendly
Pictures on booking.com are very misleading and too photo shopped
We caught the cleaner cleaning the bathroom with ohr used towela for the next guests …

We had a lovely stay at Aiolos Beach Hotel. The room was spacious with an extra couch. It seemed recently renovated and the bathroom was very modern. We found the food at the hotel very tasty with many options. In specific, in the dinner you could taste all sorts of Greek traditional meals which reminded me my Greek grandmother’s cooking. This is something very special and rare to find in Greek hotels. The hostesses were very friendly and did their best to make our stay memorable. All employees were professional and cared to support you. The swimming pool was huge and we had great time drinking coffee and beers while getting some sun. The lifeguard made you feel safe, especially those with kids playing inside the pool. The hotel’s wifi was decent and never faced any strong issues with it. Of course you have to keep in mind that you are visiting an island that cannot benefit from the high speed of mainland’s hubs.

Booked the premium bungalow and it was magical! The location was perfect, you open your door and you see the pool and beyond the pool the gorgeous beach and sea. Staff was very friendly. The premium bungalows seemed to be built recently, especially compared to the average greek rooms the furniture and interior design felt modern and new.
As other opinions reflected on it as well, the buffet style dinner was rather disappointing, as the food was tasteless and not seasoned at all and we had the impression that most of the dishes were made of canned tomato puree. It was edible, but to have an authentic greek experience, I would suggest to explore in the town nearby.

So clean, so quiet, nice view, kind staff what else we need?
Ouzo is not being served at the beach restaurant as free. Either we pay or need to go have from pool bar. Why? Ouzo your traditional drink you should serve it everywhere.

you get good value for your money- it is not very luxurious but it is good 4 star resort in Greek standards.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is typical hotel buffet food, but it is all around really tasty.
the location is very convenient and the area is so huge, even with the hotel totally booked - there must be at least 300 at once - but there is plenty of space for everybody and you still can have a quiet place near the beach.
We booked the all inclusive version- a better variety on cocktails would have been great. it doesn’t have to be high end, but just not all the same typical sweet taste.

the food was very tasteless

Location, facilities, cleanliness and ease of cycle hire. Very close to bus stop but 4 mile walk to centre of Kos town which is much more than advertised
Having to pay extra for a room safe. The poor lighting and lack of ambience in the canteen like restaurant. Good choice and quality of food but often Luke warm due to the nature of buffet style service. The pool bar was ridiculously understaffed, queues in the evening common place and served the worst gin and tonic I’ve ever tasted. It was absolutely disgusting. Beer only served in small glasses because no pint glasses available at any time. We avoided it after the first night.

Breakfast was good.

The Premium Bungalow Sea Front are very very very nice, internally and for the wonderful view of the sea and the premium swimming pool. I really recommend to spend some days in this hotel.
The food is ok and served as buffet. As possible improvement, the hotel could serve one first dish and one second dish, prepared/cooked like normal restaurant.
The half board solution was for me the best since I could enjoy excellent food at cheap price in outside restaurants for lunch and a lighter dinner in the hotel.
If it is windy, the hotel is going to get all the wind, but this is probably a common "issue" for any hotel on that side of the island.
3.5
Great rooms. Pool and beach location great. Staff very helpful. Wouldn’t do half board again as lots of great places around to eat not far away. Kos town is great for eating out . Rooms are best away from main hotel by pool as they are modern and nicely situated
Some parts are a bit in beed of some paint work

would have been nice for the piano bar to be open in the evenings.
3.5
Location is great, right on the beach. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Food was mediocre.
We went for all in because we wanted to enjoy some nice cocktails during our stay. Alcohol was very very limited. The staff didn’t know how to make a proper basic gin tonic. Every single alcohol or cocktail we order (except wine and beer) was so chemically tasting. All that alcohol came from a hose 🥴 Overall, the “all-in” experience was very disappointing.
