Easy check-in, staff member was really friendly and helpful. Only had a quick overnight stay so didn't utilize any other offerings.

Close to the metro
-too noisy, people walk on the corridor and talk there loudly, you can hear it very well cos the rooms are just in between.
-the doors of each rooms close super loud too. When someone come in and out of the room, you’d wake up in the middle of the night because of this aside from inconsiderate roommates.
-they advertise each rooms have air conditions but they don’t. Few rooms have it but most don’t. We asked one staff to fix it, he said it doesn’t work. We basically just sweat the whole time we stayed there. Very uncomfortable.
-some beds have plug ins to charge phones. Some don’t. Most of the plug ins don’t work though so what’s the point of that?

Clean room, staff were very helpful and kind.
A little far from termini and popular sightseeing

Nice staff at the reception, service minded all the way

The staff was very nice, the room and all the corridors nice and neat, quite spacious.
The location wasn't the best. It was quite far from the center and all the main atractions, as well as the train station (quite close to the bus station tho). ***Note that I'm talking about walking distances because I prefer going everywhere on feet, but it was very close to a well connected metro station which is quite affordable, so not so bad!***

Great lockers in the rooms, staff were excellent and super helpful!
The showers weren’t amazing, very very wet room with not many spots to hang or put dry clothing.

For the price I paid I wasn't expecting a wonderful place, but is really was though. The rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom. The reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The restaurant downstairs is simple but again with incredible friendly staff who make a great pasta.
As a solo traveller this place is not the easiest to meet other people, since there is not really a common area or another place guest can meet each other.

the staff were nice, plenty of toilets and showers.
big lockers to secure stuff; rooms nice and big, not too many beds - easy to walk to the Metro
the kitchen facility wasn’t good. only a frig and microwave, not even a dish towel to dry dishes. for the price should have had a lot more. no eating utensils, cups, plates etc. the bed and pillow were extremely hard and the top bunk ladders was unstable and in the middle of two beds making it harder and trickier, especially when tired in the night. wouldn’t stay here again.

Amenities are great. rooms are quite nice, lockers can fit a medium size luggage bag, reception is available for 22 hrs. elevators are also available.
there was no quite room to pray. there was a chapel which does not suit all faiths.
maybe allocate a small free space for a prayer room.

The resception stuff was really nice.
The cleaning wasn't good and the cleaning personal was too loud. Hearing the vacum cleaner almost any time of the day and people who were cleaning talking super loud while entering the room was just not so nice.

I enjoyed my stay in the place. The staff was exceptionally nice. Rooms and bathrooms were quite clean and the place is overall cosy and well located (close to the subway stop Bologna). 100% recommended.
I liked the breakfast menu although there were just sweet things and no fruits.

Noisy roommates

Very comfortable stay. The lockers inside the rooms were enough for luggage and more. Everything was great.
The air conditioner made the room so so warm, but for one short night it wasn't that bad.
2.5 / 5.0
The bathroom and the toilet were really clean. There was also a hair dryer which was useful for me.
What I didn't like was that the distance between my room and the toilet (and bathroom) was too much. There were absolutely no facilities for cooking, no toaster not even a microwave to warm up your pizza. The towels were not free which was surprising for me. The ladder to my bed was extremely inconvenient so I had hard time to climb up to my bed. There were no covers for the blankets and I wasn't really sure if they were clean or not. The pillow was also not comfy.

Good hostel, quite clean and with great wifi.
Not the best place to make friends. I didn’t find a common area to connect to other travelers.

Only Location.
Rest was bad. For more details see below.
All rooms have 4 beds. There were too many people in WC and bath all the time.
By breakfast, which cost 3.5 Euro, they have offered a small cup of tea or coffee. If you want drink more, you should pay more.
Internet was bad, haven't functioned in rooms. There was no kitchen, no fridge.
Price-performance ratio. The total score 8.8 doesn't correspond the reality.
