Compared to other hotels we stayed at this hotel was very dissappointing in all aspects

Felt like a corporate hotel not for tourists. Reception staff very Staid - dull, old fashioned and really did not go out of their way to assist. Rooms are small and old. Shower water leaked all over the batheroom floor. Refrigerator did not work. We arrived 7.30 am and could not check in to 12 noon. We offered to pay for a room early and were charged $270 for the room against $170 that we originally paid. … ripped off not good customer service.

Hotel Location is very good, Rooms are fine except this two things nothing is good anout the hotel.

The service very bad. We asked for a plate to have Dinner they said we need pay 519 Rupee for the plate. We called thrice in a day for the house keeping. They don’t have any extra bed providing facility for the guest even if you are willing to pay.

The room entrance cards were horrible. We stayed their for 5 nights and we had to go to reception minimum 8-10 times to fix the room card. They weren’t working properly. The service was horrible, they claim themselves a FOUR STAR hotel but based on their service if you judge them they are TWO star. Food is expensive but not at all tasty. In the breakfast i saw waiter taking fruits in a plate for a guest through his hand. I saw them giving the used cartlaries of one guest to another by just cleaning them with tissues they weren’t washed.

The Room had no bathroom scale, even at their Bell desk, and reception did not have any clue they advise me to go to kitchen section they have receiving scale!! Their system was down during checkout. Only good was their Breakfast selection and it Was always crowded

Team of reception are dump monkeys.

The hell part is reception seems like u came at Government ration depot for free ration. Reception team should learn from Bell boy about hospitality , specially Sardar ji at Locker room was the best n happy man .

Nothing good abt this hotel

The lady at reception with pathetic Hindi and English has a baton who will scold u, shout at u and humiliate u & make u feel u did d wrong thng by booking dis hotel. Each & every staff is out thr to punish u. This is d reason d hotel was closed for 2 yrs. Never ever try dis hotel at least wn u pay 10k for a night. This is a paharganj hotel worth not more than 1500-2000. I paid 1 lakh for 3 rooms for 3 days only to get humiliated by class 4th employees of d hotel whose monthly salary is less than 1 day tariff here.

Horrible! Do not Recommend this hotel to anyone. Will not stay in this Hotel again.

Only positive about this hotel is location.

1. Dusty rooom 2. AC vents not clean 3. Electric kettle not working and not replaced even after continuous request. 4. Staffs were arrogant. 5. Afraid of using Iron Box as wiring insulation was cut and wire exposed. 6.Bathroom amenities were provided after continious request and long waiting.
