اجمل بلكونه في بوكيت تستجم فيها وتشرب قهوتك من وقت الصباح والمساء🫰

المكان والموقع والفندق ممتاز وانا صارلي 9 سنوات في هالفندق دائما اسكن فيه مع الشباب ولكن هالمره الصراحه كان السعر جداً غالي ناااار ولكن لم نجد نفس هذا الخيار المقوع جداً ممتاز كل شي قريب منك واتمنى اسعارهم ترجع مثل قبل وشكراً

Very friendly staff. Great location.

WiFi is very weak, it takes ages. It’s not about the hotel but some people who stay in the hotel make noises. Also the hotel must improve dinner selections. I don’t understand but the chef added a lot of spicy to my tomato soup that I couldn’t drink.

احيانا تجد نفسك في غرفة غير مطلة ع المسبح ، وترغب ان تكون في مبنى رقم 2 وتتفاجأ انك بالمبنى الاخر ! اي ليس هناك توضيح اثناء الحجز بالفرص ليتم اختيار الافضل

location - room - pool everything is good.

we booked 2 standard room together with 2 single bed but was given deluxe room with single bed and rooms floor was separate too. one of the room given is connecting room which can hear sound easily of other side stranger and it is disturbing/noisy especially at night.... as some people sleep early and some late...

Not too bad for the money

Booked this last minute as we had to cancel another hotel. Overall the quality of 4 star hotels in Patong beach is not great and this was decent for what we paid but I would not rate it 4 star. Its a little dated but is going through an upgrade which many rooms being refrubished so I can imagine when that is done they will look lovely. Room I had was functional, clean and great space and nicely decorated. Mini bar was handy and room service was good. Typical pricing for the area too and was avaialbel 24 hours which was great. Overall hotel was clean and in great location so cant fault of any that. Would have prefererred higher floor rooms as per our request but it was a last minute booking so happy they could accomadate us. Pools were good and clean. Only had one meal and drink here, didnt have breakfast so cant say much about food but what we did eat was tasty and many options to choose from.

Room allocation on the bottom floor was too close to resturant and could hear everything, music in morning and guests coming and going. Second room was at end of hall and right beside kitchen/satff doorway which had constant traffic through it. Balconies/patios looked out to a wall which should be at least clean area and a paint could go a long way. Kept windowns closed. Sky pool area and bar needs a massive refurb, its old and tired and sparse. Not in anyway inviting to want to go for a drink up therE. Resturant was empthy every single time i passed it which does not entice me to want to go there either. Many staff lack basic english which made it hard to communciate. Many rooms being upgraded which is great to see.. Ground pool area is nice but do not like the fact that its right by main driveway. Not much they can do about that however. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and need some USB sockets.

very pleasant and had what we needed

lovely rooftop pool, especially around sun set. room was comfortable, large and clean. staff were very helpful and polite. laundry service was good, if slightly expensive. breakfast was pleasant and there was a good range.

there should be a shower rail in the bathroom and the gym could do with some more equipment eg barbells or leg workout machines.

Close to everything

There was a cracked glass so we threw it out so we don’t cut out lip on it and you charged us 100baht for it … it’s not the money it’s the principle…

Good Hotel next to all the main areas

Location was very good. 5 mins walk from all the main areas. Massage and shops around the corner and Bangla Rd nearby.

Great location close to Jungceylon and Bangla but still quiet. Nice room, kept very clean. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast has good selection but I found regularly many elements empty or cold.

Worthy of staying on behalf of room fare.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is good w.r.t. monetary value. Location is 10 min walk from the beach and 5 min from Bangla road. For shopping and restaurant availability, this hotel is in very good location.

Number of items might be more in breakfast.

Breakfast was very good! Great selection, fresh food topped up regularly. Great location, fabulous staff.

Were told we would be able to check in early. The reception was very busy and we were told a different time every time we went to the counter
