Location. Breakfast was not good enough... staff did not allow for refills in juice.
Staff during breakfast is not trained to be helpful... they just are "doing a job", not service oriented. They should be placed in another job in the hotel, no serving breakfast.

Had to change dates from Monday and Thursday, to Monday and Tuesday. Was able to do that and hold baggage from Tuesday to Friday
When I came back Friday to pick up my baggage, they thought I was going to stay the night and said that I had a reservation. This may have been because of my lack of Spanish, but all was taken care of.

staff is very helpful, as well the location good-close to all shops and 500 m from public reasonable beach
breakfast is awful-it is not a buffeet breakfast. just some potato, fried local not eatable cakes from maize, and coffee, juice. you are not allowed to serve yourself-clearly in order to minimize the consumption. also ther were during the breakfast time some construction workers, working at the floor, passing literally between eating tables with clothes covered in paint and concrete. room is OK for sleep, although no windows and very small beds. .internet reasonable speed.

Staff was helpful and kind !
Location and amount of noises around the hotel and room during my stay. Pool to small .
No other spaces to hang around - a part from breakfast. Extra lounge or rooms !

Very clean and modern
They would lock the main door so you needed to wait for someone to come open it. But a minor issue. I’m sure they have their reasons.

The facilities look old and lacking maintenance, cleanness could improve. No AC at the reception, check in process was very slow

Good location, pretty nice rooftop.
Weird room with a window that doesn't give you any view, but makes it imossible to sit up in your bed. No space to put things. Greasy breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcomed. Clean and comfortable room. The rooftop terrace is really nice and has a great pool. Good breakfast buffet served on the rooftop terrace. The check out time - 1pm.
5 to 10 minute walk to the Centro Histórico and the beach, which is not far at all but I don’t like walking at night. The area felt quite safe though.

location & clean
cold water, inadequate electrical sockets in room,no safe, very cramped, no elevator, no ice,no bar fridge, noisy, window useless. free breakfast mostly carbs, little meat, two fruits, tea & coffee unlabelled and no tea choices. unable to accommodate food allergies. old decor. exterminating was needed.

One of the top three accommodation we had in our trip thru Colombia.
Clean, nice staff (Christian is very nice and helpful!), cozy, few minutes walking from bars and restaurants.

The Rooftop arrangement, the staff, the king size bed, the ac were all really convenient and noteworthy. Location of this hotel is also quite central! And close to a tienda, an éxito and walking distance from the terminal (10min)
Our friends didn't have an upgraded room, and that one was quite stuffy. The hotel can be quite loud at night (due to street activity and wind of weakened windows), though that is to be expected in most central locations.

The location is good, it is near the centre and near to several restaurants (600m? Try Ouzo! Geeat pizza). The pool on the roof is perfect, we loved it. In the begining we were given wrong room, probably they just "tried it", but when I complained, I was immediately given the room I booked.
Staff didn’t speak English. The breakfast was not good. Strange variety of food, usually majority of it was gone and they didn’t bring more portions. Thumbs down.

Very quiet, nice, basic hotel near the center of Santa Marta. The room was big enough for me and the bed was comfortable. A/C worked like a charm, the breakfast was big and varied, and the rooftop in general was a nice place to sit. Bonus points for the very friendly staff.
The wi-fi was unfortunately very unreliable, so I had to find a coffee place with a wi-fi somewhere else to finish my work. Shower did not have hot water, but that is not a problem for me.

- Comfortable beds
- Spacious room
- Had its own bathroom
- Breakfast is free, it has a buffet of fruits, eggs, patacones, arepa, rice and cereals.
- Near Parque de los Novios, with delicious restaurants nearby.
- It has good WiFi and AC
- I got sick for 3 days because I am dairy intolerant, and the kitchen lady told me that the arepa did not have dairy. But after eating half of it, I realised it had cheese. It ruined my next 3 days of holiday. They should write down the ingredients of the food on the buffet if the kitchen ladies do not know the allergen information.
- They were many bugs inside the room, especially the bathroom
- They were people in the courtyard talking very loudly and smoking, but our room had its window next to the courtyard, and it wasn't a great window that lets all the noise through.

the breakfast was basic and the parking hard to park in

Airconditioning and very clean
They request you to use face mask only and exclusively to get food from the breakfast buffet and they tell you once you are there… of course this is a personal opinion but i consider it not so smart only for the buffet and more after such a long time out of the “pandemic times” the people who really cares and believe it is necessary will use it automatically. And mention it during the check in.

It is a good place to stay, good breakfast and the staff it is really kind
