Que me cobraron más de lo estipulado el día de la reserva y no me dieron ninguna explicación. Además no me expidieron factura, a pesar de haberla solicitado. Y la necesito detallada para mi contabilidad.

la ubicación excelente, al frente de la bahía, el hotel cuenta con muchos lugares turísticos a su alrededor, para mi fue una maravilla hospedarme en Park Hotel y claramente volvería

lo único que me incomodo un poco fue que el control del televisor estaba averiado y para poder cambiar de canal o subir el volumen, etc, tenia que llamar a algún encargado para que me pudiera ayudar, de resto todo perfecto

Solo su ubicación y la atención de la recepción

Habitación 2-40. Puertas con bisagras oxidadas, sanitarios manchados y no descargaban bien, papeleras de baño inadecuadas por no tener tapa, colchón dañado, la habituación solo tiene el toma corriente del tv, dejando sin posibilidad de conectar el celular. Pedimos 2 café con leche deslactosada y la mujer estaba tan concentrada en su celular que nos sirvió los cafés fríos y de sabor horrible

Me sentí engañado por qué al comprar no advertí que el hotel tiene abanicos y rentar habitación con aire cuesta el doble , además las habitaciones no tiene ventanas y el abanico hecha aire caliente

Está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y cómodo, además se nota que hay opciones para todos los precios y gustos

Hay algunas zonas del hotel donde no hay cobertura del wifi y pese a buscar ser un hotel sostenible los inodoros gastan bastante agua.

Las habitaciones muy antiguas, falta mantenimiento, parece como que este hotel se detuvo en el tiempo. Falta inversión y puede ser un gran hotel. Pero no invierten ni siquiera en sábanas. Se destaca decoración y mobiliario del Lobby, pero las habitaciones nada que ver, fue decepcionante. En la habitación de mi familia, hasta la llave de la ducha se caía, los interruptores con corto. Muy mal 👎

J ai changé d hôtel même s il est top a cause du veilleur de nuit

Emplacement top , très propre, personnel dans l ensemble aimable sauf le jeune qui travaille à la réception le soir .

Le jeune qui travaille à la réception le soir ma empêché de monter dans ma chambre avec une amie qui voulait juste aller aux toilettes , et sans concession . Il a dit que si elle met un pied dans la chambres je payerai un supplément , donc même les amis n'ont pas le droit de venir vous voir super....au tarif de cet hôtel ce n est pas normal . J ai donc changé d' hôte à côté il y en a des très bien moins cher et vous y recevez qui vous voulez surtout .

The check-in time was lengthy (1 person for a line of guests) which was disappointing when you've been waiting to get your stuff in a room for 3 hours.

The hotel waited until the day I checked out to tell me I owed $50.000 more because of some tax they did not tell me about when I initially paid. The shower also did not drain properly and I had to use a towel to keep the water from leaking into the room.

good location, basic accomodation

location was good right on the beach and easy to walk into the main streets of the town. Facilities match the price, quite basic but was clean. we only stayed one night so didn’t get to make use of the pool. the staff moved us to another room when our air conditioning wasn’t working in our original room.

the air conditioning didn’t work in our first room so we were moved to another, all good. however, we didn’t think to check the mini bar in the second room when we moved and the reception subsequently tried to charge us for food we hadn’t eaten from the bar when we checked out and would not take our word for this despite us already paying for the two beers we had had. not a very nice way to check out. the reception staff in general were quite unfriendly during the stay which was unfortunate. we were there on a public holiday so it was very loud with not much in the way of soundproofing.

The photos show a pool but when I asked the reception they said no. They tried to get us to pay more tax at the end of our stay even though I had already paid. Maybe a miscommunication but a little unsettling.

the hotel itself seemed very nice, the only problem was that I had opted for what was called the basic single which wasn’t that good. Hot, no air conditioning,very small, no hot water. if I had of gone for the higher rated, and more expensive rooms I’m sure it would have been a lot nicer. you get what you pay for.

Amazing location, very average hotel.

The epic location outweighs a lot of negatives. Overall I’d choose to stay here again… possibly not in the cheap rooms though.

Tiny airless single with grubby walls, mosquitoes and stunk of drains. Random alarms through the night. Arrived at 1.30 told check in at 3 with no invitation to stay in hotel and use facilities. When I checked in the receptionist (who was lovely and speaks excellent English) didn’t have change, I had to chase her twice for it.
