Schönes Hotel mit wunderbarer Lage, mit sehr guter Küche

Abendessen im gleichen Raum mit zwei grösseren Gesellschaften, man konnte sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen.

Magnifique séjour

Tout était parfait Chambre vue mer et balcon Spacieuse ! L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de salle Le repas délicieux ,bien présenté et pas plus cher qu’ailleurs.

Les rideaux pourraient être plus occultants sachant que le soleil ne se couche pas…

Poor service

The location was nice

No service on my last night Sunday I returned to the hotel at 11:00pm and the main door where lock and there was no one at the front desk. I had to call someone starting who came and let me in.

Just perfect from check in to check out

The staff and location of the hotel is just amazing. The preorder dinner was really good. The variety of wine and local beers was absolutely fantastic

Mixed feelings

Waitress was very nice and the restaurant food was great and nicely served. Portions are very big. Wide choice of a good wine. Hotel lays in a beautiful surrounding.

We think that room standard was rather low, armature in bathroom was old, there was only soap and no shampoo, simple furniture, small room and we couldn't find electrical outlets in the room (needed to charge a phone in the bathroom). We experienced that hotel staff doesn't have necessary information to give a service on expected level. While booking a room we received an offer with a special dinner price but it appeared in the restaurant that it's not possible to order a meal in that price. Waitress wasn't oriented about this offer and needed to check it with reception where she was informed that this price is not available for us. We had to show our booking with the information about the dinner offer for the reception to finally get the price given by the hotel via booking app. Explaining whole this misunderstanding took a lot of time. In the end our dinner took two hours. Even though we paid agreed price, and received an additional discount, we left the hotel beeing a bit soaked and we didn't feel comfortable there. We've been missing any facilities for kids. Hotel is not a family friendly place but perfect for adults.

Enjoy the golden route!

This is a great place and has amazing views over the fjord. You will have the chance to enjoy peaceful walks, cycle or drive around the golden route from here, do SUP... perfect spot!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Too many doors in corridor which are often closed and can not be opened by button (would be a good idea during pandemic). At least don't close them all.

Disappointing

The location was good, we got a room with a view on the fjord. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet.

The room was not as expected considering the price of the room. The furniture could use an upgrade. The toilet was very dirty when we arrived. Breakfast was very simple with just simple bread, yoghurt, some fruits and vegetables and drinks. Not as expected considering the price.

best facilities in the area, very recommended place

Sea view, breakfast, helpful stuff, bicycle renting, fast and friendly wifi connection, large parking area ...

there was no refrigerator or minibar in the room for 2700,- very few channels on TV a little privacy on balcony (common open area) there is own pier but no boats for renting
