New in 2019, a 1500 sq ft studio nestled between the ocean and village of Kennebunkport. Within 5 minutes in either direction you could be walking along the sandy beaches or strolling the streets of downtown. This brand new construction lends itself to a wonderful escape for couples and small families alike as it sleeps up to 4. Full fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster and coffee pot. A full shower/tub combo fresh towels and linens. A king and full size bed with room darkening shades throughout. Flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, wifi and plenty of workspace. Situated on 8.5 acres of pristine woodland for complete privacy. Outdoor fire pit, Webber grill and new in 2020 an outdoor shower for the ultimate “be one with nature” experience. A RING home security system protects this property.

The property is light and bright with beautiful decor! You have everything you need and a lush outdoor space too. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach (very pretty, calm water beach), Dock Square (great shopping) and many great restaurants. The Lost Fire (steakhouse) had the best filet mignon ever but the waiter made the meal the number one experience of our visit. Looking forward to booking again!

The overall process and experience was great. Tracy was extremely communicative and accommodating. The property suited us perfectly. It was spacious but cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is great. I only hope it will be available for us the next time we want to visit Maine!

This was a great spacious, comfortable, clean loft space near Kennebunkport. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was great. It was totally as described in the listing. Check in and communication was really easy. Would definitely stay there again!

There are two flights of stairs to get into the property, which is difficult if you are not used to that number of stairs. I liked that it was nearby to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk, as well as near to biking trails. Very open floor plan, and helpful owners.

We had such an amazing time at this property, everything is clean and in good order. The shower and tub are GREAT and was safe for my 10 month old. My 3 year old had a great time learning to play Twister and we made campfires every night. It's a quick drive to all points of interest in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Please read the guide Tracy provides and heed her warnings on checking for ticks carefully. My sons and I used bug spray, but my husband did not and he suffered daily ticks when I checked him.

The pictures truly don't do this amazing retreat justice. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed every second. The studio is extremely spacious, incredibly clean and Tracy was a wonderful hostess, who was quick to respond when needed. We are very much looking forward to staying here again soon!!

Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful retreat! My family and I had a wonderful time and greatly appreciated the welcome gifts (wine and chocolate) upon arrival. The studio was immaculate! Check-in was super easy and communication was excellent. Tracy also went above and beyond to provide some essentials that we needed for our toddler. Very convenient location as well. It was the perfect first trip to Kennebunkport and we hope to return again! Highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks so much for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kennebunkport. Short drive to Goose Rocks beach but off the beaten path making it a great spot to come home to and take an outdoor shower, toast marshmallows, and sip some wine after enjoying what the area has to offer. Goose Rocks Retreat is, without question, the most immaculate, peaceful, well-appointed vacation rental I have ever experienced. The location is private, yet close to everything. The layout of the loft apartment was expertly planned to maximize space, function, and beautiful, natural light. And the owners thought of every detail down to the bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Do not pass up this property…you’ll love it!

Very clean; new appliances; furnished very nicely. Had everything we needed. Great place to come back to after a day of hanging out at the beach and sampling all the lobster shacks in the area! We would definitely come back.

My family and I loved our stay at this cool loft with all the amenities. The decor was vibrant and fun and the hosts were very welcoming! We arrived to the loft and found a welcome note, chilled bottle of wine and chocolates which our daughter greatly appreciate! We love the outdoors fire pit and enjoyed playing corn hole in the yard and would have used the outdoor shower if the weather was better. The nearby Goose Rock beach is my favorite beach to go to and that is saying a lot because my parents have a house in the Cape! A great stay despite the weather! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great time at Goose Rocks Retreat. The pictures do not do the place justice...and the pictures are great. Tracy was an amazing host and she responded to questions immediately. The location is out of the way enough to make it a private retreat but close enough to everything to make it a great home base. There is not one bad thing I can say about the entire experience. Everything about this experience was ideal - the location is beautiful and remote, but close to town, the apartment is pristine and adorably decorated, the linens are hotel quality, bed was comfy, and Tracy was lovely and quick to respond (gave me great recommendations too). 11/10 will absolutely return.
