Beautiful hotel and amazing holiday, we will be back!

Just got home from spending a week at The View. The hotel looked lovely from the pictures but in real life is even more beautiful. Everything is modern with a traditional twist, clean, light and spacious. Our room was big with a huge comfy bed, excellent shower and very clean. Housekeeping came twice a day if needed. :) The breakfast we had every morning was so delicious, with so much choice. Omelettes to order, fresh fruit juice, fruit, veg, a thousand types of Moroccan honey and peanut butter, yoghurt, cheese, meats, pastries and delicious breads to choose from. The pool is huge and beautiful, with comfy sun loungers and umbrellas the staff would sort out for us as soon as they spotted us. Such a relaxing atmosphere with birds tweeting and palm trees everywhere. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, but with fencing around the resort making it feel like an enclosed paradise! :) We ate a few lunches at the pool bar and one evening meal at the Italian restaurant which was all great. We were so blown away by all of the staff at the hotel. Every single person we spoke to was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, it genuinely felt like they cared. A special mention for Fouad and Yassine who took their time to teach us helpful Moroccan phrases and always had the biggest smiles. Reda who often served us at the pool bar was also super friendly and made the experience great. Any time we needed a taxi or information about where to go sight seeing, the staff on reception were also brilliant. Could not recommend The View enough!

Pricing for restaurants are too high; hotel could do much better volumes with a 20pct cut.

El desayuno espectacular!!!! El hotel súper tranquilo. En la zona de las hamacas, Rasid súper amable.

Que todavía no estaba del todo terminado,pero ya estábamos avisados. Y lo único que el lavabo se atascaba y no pudieron arreglarlo.

New clean and fancy building, Moroccan style rooms and, beach access. Fantastic outdoors breakfast area

Building was empty but I got a room with no backyard view however the hotel is called The View

Dejligt luksus hotel med god service og høfligt personale, og helt fantastisk poolområde.

Personalet og servicen var perfekt. Udendørs faciliteterne, især poolområdet, var helt fantastisk. Morgenmaden var også perfekt med stort udvalg. Beliggenhed lige ned til stranden.

Sengen er lidt hård, det samme er puderne. Dynen er meget tung og varm, så man sover ikke optimalt. Man kan ikke veksle penge på hotellet. Priserne på hotellets restauranter, minibar på værelset, poolbar mm., er meget høje.

Für 4 Tage OK, da noch Nebensaison und wenig Gäste da waren.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Da im Hotel noch Bauarbeiten stattfinden mussten wir wegen den Lärm das Zimmer wechseln. Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage am Strand ist ok.

Das Hotel ist noch in der Eröffnungsphase, was man besonders beim Personal bemerkt. Erst nach unserer, nicht erstattbaren Buchung, haben wir erfahren das einige bei Booking angegebene Nutzungen (Spa Bereich) nicht geöffnet sind. Auch die Zimmer Angaben bei Booking stimmen mit der jeweiligen Buchung nicht überein...

Rien à dire sur la propreté, le sourire du personnel, le confort dans la chambre et le calme. Il vaut mieux revoir les prix un peu à la baisse pour la famille surtout. Des fois les prix booking sont mieux que sur place, chose qui nuit à l'image. bien à vous

les prix sont un peu plus haut de 25%. merci de faire des prix membres surtout pour les familles et encourager le tourisme local surtout hors haute saison.

Hôtel 5 étoiles doté de belles infrastructures et personnel attentionné

Il s'agit d'un hôtel tout neuf, dont la construction n'était pas encore terminée au jour de notre visite (fin février 2024) le SPA n'était pas encore ouvert, mais cela n'enlève rien au fait que notre séjour était fabuleux (les chambres sont très grandes et confortables, l'espace piscine très agréable, le service au bord de la piscine parfait, les restaurants ne sont pas exceptionnels mais la nourriture reste correcte, le petit déjeuner est d'une rare richesse avec des produits locaux de qualité et sous forme "d'ateliers", le bar au bord de la promenade très agréable avec un cocktail offert tous les soirs au coucher de soleil) j'y reviendrais sans nul doute! Le plus de cet hôtel est qu'il est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, bien plus proche que les autres hôtels de la même gamme situés à l'autre bout de la plage.

Lovely View

Staff were very hospitable and attentive. Excellent service always with a smile. High standards of cleanliness. Some facilities were open yet but will love to go back when the Spa and heated pool are ready. Rajah, one of the managers was very helpful. Other staff names I could remember were Hamza, Halima and Birok, plus many others. All round excellent experience

Sorry, but not a 5 star hotel

Wide buffet offer for breakfast and nice pool area. Nice concierge for excursions and nice position. Comfortable beds.

Room not clean, with mold, and you could smell the dust-terrible if you have allergies. I changed room and it was a bit better. Only part of the shower worked. We waited1 hr for the pool towels because they were still in the cleaner and one was still dirty when they arrived. There was no remote control for the TV in the room, I called and waited 20 min to receive it. No one at reception explained any service, I had to ask for all information. We wanted to play ping pong at 6 Pm but paddles had just been locked away...The yoga session that was in the activities was inexistent. Staff at the pool does not speak english well. We did not have a good time. A 5 star hotel should be clean and have clear services.

Balconies need work and some parts of the hotel have not been painted in a long time. Music outside late at night was way too loud, every night. Not a real 5 star, but well above average for Agadir.

The hotel needs renovations. rooms are quite worn out. it would benefit from better decoration and design. Food was average and service was. Whenever we ordered they brought the wrong order or forgot what we ordered. They don’t have enough pool towels. we were surprised that we got our towels, put them on the chairs in the swimming pool area, and later on we went to get something to eat and when we came back they had taken them. we later realized they were doing this to everyone who was not aware, then towels were folded again and given to other guests. As a five stars hotel it would benefit from better training of their staff. Staff are not equipped to respond to questions, attend to your needs or be attentive. When we checked in we didn’t get any information about the facilities, restaurants, activities. When we asked we were told to ask someone else.

Nothing, very rude staff especially Noura

Misleading information the description and confirmation says sea view, when arrived to the hotel they said it is nor despite it is written black on white. The cherry on the cake was the rudeness and the abusive and fool language from the person called Noora. Food and Beverage: - Average quality of food and service. Daily over 90 minutes waiting to get a simple snack, Billing wrong all the way and most of the time, it does not work so the staff prefer saying it is ok you are our guest it's on us while in fact the over charges hit the room charges. - Housekeeping, if you dot ask you do not get, priority is given to suites, the quality of the cleaning is poor, do not pay attention. - Guest relation name Noora is the rudest and abusive language user you would ever find the hotels and any industry. Her attitude is just unbelievable. - Front office, the receptionist on the check out is the only suitable staff for hospitality. - The General manager, absent, can not get hold of him and do not reply to any message or call. When you experience a problem good luck. - Last but not least check your bill carefully before leaving you may have extra charges
