4 nights with family

Beautiful hotel, very clean with lovely pool view,and lovely facilities in the room. Even gave you shower caps. Breakfast was nice and they kept topping up with plenty of food. Very nice people with lovely manners. Taxis available outside to take you where you want, minimum will charge 50MAD. Cleaners do a wonderful job, keep the place lovely and clean. A little away from the hustle and bustle but let's you have a good nights sleep. Definitely would stay here again. Book well in advance to get a good price

A/C was not working in one of the rooms but was ok because the room was overall manageable temperature. One of the bathrooms had a drainage smell

Superbe hotel très confortable

L’hôtel est très accueillant, le personnel très souriant, la propreté irréprochable, la chambre vraiment spacieuse, et le balcon avec vue mer est au top!

L’hôtel est éloigné du centre, avec peu de magasins et restaurants autour. Le bruit d'autres établissements aux alentours jusque tard dans la nuit

Buena ubicación si estás en auto. Personal muy amable, desayuno correcto linda piscina, cuartos luminosos y amplios. Todo muy limpio

Le falta mantenimiento, pileta se tapaba, ducha salpica mucho, sábanas muy usadas, ya deberían cambiarlas. Es un tres estrellas, no 4

Une valeur sûre à Agadir

Nous fréquentons cet hôtel depuis quelques années et nous n’avons jamais été déçus. L’équipe d’accueil est formidable car compétente et efficace. Tout est mis en œuvre pour vous satisfaire. Vous retrouverez ces qualités également chez le personnel de restauration et d’entretien qui est à saluer car l’établissement est impeccablement tenu. Cela sent bon de partout. Je vous recommande aussi le SPA qui est très propre, sans compter que les soins y sont très professionnels et agréables. Cet hôtel coche toutes les cases. Il est un peu éloigné du centre d’Agadir et n’est pas en front de mer mais ce n’est pas forcément gênant car il est très calme, avec un bon rapport qualité /prix.

Great hotel

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in reception. There are taxis outside the door. Omelette Station at breakfast was great.Easy short walk to the beach.

Would have liked chopped fruit at breakfast. A little distance to the busier areas, but taxis outside if needed..

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer darauf bedacht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Anlässlich eines Geburtstages wurde für einen kleinen Beitrag ein Kuchen serviert und das Zimmer sehr schön geschmückt. Danke Laila. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und es wurde sehr viel Wert auf Reinigung und Instandhaltung gelegt. Das Personal im Spa ist ebenfalls freundlich und die Hamam Behandlung und die Massagen waren sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Es wurde a la carte und Buffet angeboten. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Aufenthalt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas versteckt und abseits von Bars und Restaurants. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Leider gab es am diesem Strandabschnitt keine öffentlichen Restaurants Bars oder Strand Pavilion. Daher war man daran gebunden mit dem Taxi zu fahren oder ca 20-25 Minuten zu laufen.

Short break

Comfortable, clean,very friendly professional staff in all areas. The location is good,about a 10 minute walk from the promenade and beach. We had an issue with the bathroom. It was resolved within a few minutes of reporting.

The bathroom was a wet room with facilities for disabled users, which was fine. However, after using the shower,the floor remained wet for hours,leaving it very slippery.

Lovely Hotel with Great service and friendly staff

We were upgraded on arrival to a suite it was fantastic 2 bathrooms, large sitting area, balcony overlooking pool, a lovely turndown service and on Christmas eve Roses and Choclates on bed, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Spa and Hamman service is excellent.

A perfect stay

Our stay at Timoulay was truly amazing! The staff was incredibly professional, our room very spacious and clean, and there was great variety during tasty breakfast with fresh fruit and produce each morning. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, and we also want to thank the cleaners, especially Aziza and Boushra for doing an amazing job as our room was super neat every day and with different arrangements on our bed. Also, the waiters in the restaurant were fantastic, as well as porters Soufiane and Yasinne who were also really great handling our luggage and always happy to have a chat. We couldn't ask for more!

Superb

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach but they have a lovely pool area and plenty of beds and comfy areas. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We were given a disabled room ?? ?? With a wet room which was very slippery when wet . But big so.... I would recommend this place if you like a smaller more personalised stay. We did enjoy that.

Overall excellent value for money and would thoroughly recommend it

The breakfast was good and substantial. The pool area and pool were very well looked after. Yassin, who was in charge of this did an excellent job and was very helpful. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job each day.

The pool was slightly cold, although towards end of our stay (5thMarch) it was beginning to warm up a bit.

Very clean, nice breakfast, nice pool area

Doors on the rooms slam very loudly, woken up early and late when people were coming and going. No music by the pool, just a bit too quite. some chopped fruit selection at breakfast would be good.

Really nothing, but Agadir is not so exciting for a longer stay. We stayed three days at our hotel, and that was fine.

Fab breakfast and decent location - easy to walk to the beach (not the main area). Had an amazing massage too for a decent price! The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The "double" bed was two twin beds put together so it wasn't very comfortable, and neither were the mattresses. Walls / ceilings were thin. We could hear every footstep from above us and it sounded like they were moving furniture often. We had a "sea" view - you could see it a bit but mostly our view was a huge roundabout and cars everywhere, so being on the balcony wasn't particularly relaxing.

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly, welcoming staff

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, we were offered Moroccan tea on arrival. The suite is a great size with a very comfy super king bed and lovely large balcony. Food by the pool was reasonably priced and mostly tasty and the hotel is very clean.

Breakfast was pretty basic and missing some chopped fruit for the yoghurt, although the fresh juice selection was nice and you could ask for eggs to be cooked to your liking. The traditional decor and style in the room is nice and we liked it, however, the room could be updated with new items and some artwork maybe to give it a pop of colour as it’s very white and brown. More could be done to enhance the lovely Berber style. Some people were playing their own music by the pool out of a speaker, we found this bizarre as it’s not for them to expect that everyone will enjoy their music! I would always listen to my music on headphones, as everyone has different taste and some people are looking for quiet. Maybe a policy of no music speakers by the pool would be good 👍🏼

A lovely hotel.

Fantastic hotel, super clean, and the staff were superb. A really nice hotel with nice facilities.

The WiFi in the room was poor and wasn't great. The meals weren't always the best, but I find this is across Morocco and not unique to this hotel. Also, there are no shops anywhere close as there's a fair bit of building work happening (you can't hear any noise nor does it cause any disturbance).
