Perfect stay in Alghero! Just a few minutes walk from the center, the beach and the bus stop

The apartment and the room exceeded my expectations! ^_^ Nice, comfortable and super clean: the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the bedroom . The host, Marcelo is really pleasant and tries to make your stay as nice as possible (makes sure there is always bottled water and breakfast stuff).

Good

The localization is very good, between the city center and the beach. Shops were also very close. The room was spacious, tidy, and with AC. The check-in was quick and the host was replying fast on WhatsApp. There was bottled water, tea and coffee available.

The main disadvantage was breakfast - actually lack of it. I wasn't looking for a place with breakfast but if the offer says there is a breakfast included it should be served. The only option was store bought sweet bars and old, opened package of tosts. Honestly I would rather not have breakfast included because I wouldn't expect it and just go to the nearby bakery to buy a fresh croissant for 1 euro. Also I had an issue with towels, they had a musty smell, maybe it's some detergent that I am not used to it but I would recommend taking your own towel.

Nice decision to stay in this city and accommodation.

Very nice accommodating. Kind and friendly host. Near to the center city. Big clean room with balcony, you can use a kitchen. We have a good breakfast included in the price.

Exceptional

Good location close to the old center, busses and the port. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. The communal spaces were clean and kept at a nice temperature during the day. Good wifi. Close to several supermarkets

An Excellent stay.

Mairizio was an excellent host. Helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. The apartment was near the town centre with close access to two supermarkets. It is possible to cook in the apartment and all pots and pans and every utensil was available for use. The room was quiet plus it had a balcony.

Not much, maybe the size of the room

The owner- sorry, but a liar. First day I came earlier, as I mentioned time of arriving. Early plane, big but heavy backpack, when I arrived, the owner was not there. When I got the keys, first thing to do is paying. He took the money and kindly ask what I want for breakfast. I said maybe some cheese, not italian sweet breakfast. He left, and NO BREAKFAST though I payed him. Then he wrote me on WhatsApp, he forget it. But he did not forget to take the money. No problem, but never ask if U are not doing what the tourist wants !!!! So, dear travellers: if you take the room, do not pay on the first day. Or better: do not take the room here. P.S. Anti slippery carpet in the bathroom very dirty. Just turn it...

You will easily get a feel for the local Sardinian way of life.

You will easily get a feel for the local Sardinian way of life. The house has 3 spacious rooms, a hall and a kitchen with everything you need for breakfast or dinner. The location is great! Near the house you will find good restaurants, as well as supermarkets and other small shops. I highly recommend trying the local wine store and one of the best pizzerias next to the house. The host of the house, Maurizio, is a wonderful person. He will help you with any questions, such as finding a rental car or suggesting where to spend your time.

Building a house next door creates a lot of noise on working day mornings. The furniture is not new, but functional. If you don't know how to cook coffee by yourself, it is better to wait for Maurizzio.

Simple clean apartment in a Heaven

The host Mauritzio was super kind, the apartement was very clean and tidy, he did everything for the guests. The beach is closeby, I could use the bike also, and he helped me to take me to the Grotto Nettuno. If you are travelling alone or with your partner, this is the best option to have this. Aircondi and unlimited breakfast in the price. Absolutely recommended! :)
