El hotel en toda su estructura es hermoso , pero...
La cantidad de gente !!!!!!!!! no volvería ! colas para todo , la piscina colapsada , nunca conseguías una reposera en la piscina libre , los pobres empleados en bares ,restaurantes, bufet etc. hacen lo que pueden , es obvio que de esa manera no puede haber una buena atención , sin embargo le ponen buena cara... en este hotel se puede pagar para pasar el dia ,como si fuera un club de playa , yo creo que ahí esta el problema... En si el hotel en toda su estructura es hermoso , no tengo dudas que con la cantidad de huéspedes adecuados ,hubiese tenido una estancia perfecta ! Espero mi critica sea constructiva , sin mas , les dejo mis saludos!

HAY DISCRIMINACIÓN PARA EL USO DE LOS RESTAURANTES, DEBERÍAN DE PONER TARIFAS MÁS ALTAS O DARTE LA OPCIÓN DE UN UPGRADE PARA SABER SI LO QUIERES, PERO SOLO LOS DE BRAZALETE NEGRO TIENEN ACCESO A TODO...AUNQUE NADIE TE DICE QUE TIPO DE BRAZALETE ADQUIERES CUANDO RESERVAS. HAY QUE HACER FILAS DE 25 MINUTOS PARA UNA COCA COLA, NO HAY NI TOTOPOS EN LOS DESAYUNOS, LA ALBERCA PARECE TEPETONGO. SI NO SE TIENE LA CAPACIDAD PARA ATENDER UNA OCUPACIÓN ALTA NO DEBERÍAN DE PROPORCIONARLA. TE COBRAN EL IMPUESTO ESTATAL PARA EL SARGAZO Y DURANTE TODA MI ESTANCIA NUNCA LO QUITARON, LA PLAYA TIENE HASTA PIEDRAS...EN REALIDAD NO VOLVERÍA A ESTE HOTEL. EN CANCÚN EXISTEN OPCIONES POCO MÁS CARAS PERO CON UN MUCHO MEJOR SERVICIO E INSTLACIONES

Man bezahlt zusätzlich wenn man ein Schloss für den Safe will. Wir hatten über 12 Stunden kein fliessendes Wasser im gesamten Zimmer. Das Hotel ist dermassen schlecht isoliert dass man jeden Schritt im Gang hört (kommt durch die Spalte zwischen Türe und Rahmen). Die Getränke waren stets warm und in Plastikbecher serviert. Das Bier hatte keinen Alkohol drin. Der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte nicht und wir mussten 48h warten bis jemand vorbei kam. Schimmelige Matratzen. Hygiene in den Restaurants ist ein Fremdwort.

All inclusive?? No room service with standard all inclusive which was never mentioned.
Bookings to restaurants impossible even after days and days of enquiring and utilising the msg section on the app.
And a lot of restaurants and areas only for the upgraded stayers.
Food selections at breakfast seemed to always be empty.
Food options when can’t get into restaurants are cold pizza or chips and mini chicken pieces which were stale most of the time. And would not allow to have multiple??
Noise from drunk people screaming and fighting in hotels at all hours of night and morning and no security stopping it.

Some of the staff was helpful and the beach was great
From the very beginning, we realized that this place is not really handicap friendly. It took two of us to carry my son and all his belongings up the first floor to get to an elevator and to get to the beach, family members had to help bring my son down multiple flights of stairs. Also, our room had no washcloths and when asked if we could get some, they said they did not have any. Our room was never cleaned throughout our whole stay while some of my other family members rooms were. We also called maintenance to fix our air in our room and they said they were on their way, but never showed up. Food was okay but could not get a reservation and multiple restaurants would not let us eat there. I been to Mexico a few times and this was the worse place I have stayed.

Just the location in Cancun
The beds are horrible, the A/C is not properly working, the staff is rude. The long lines to check in, the towels are old, torn and dirty. The food is nasty, long walk to room. The staff does not care for customer service or attention.

The location was nice
Everything was dirty. My first room was extremely filthy it looked like it hasn’t been fully cleaned in years. The tables and beds were filthy. Walls had mold the doors and tubs were thick with dirt and grime. Hairs from previous guests were in tub and makeup was in sheets- the house keepers do not change sheets after every guest. I had to change rooms because the first one had yellow water coming out of the showers and the second room was cleaner but still filthy. Being an inclusive hotel, the refrigerator was empty, I kept calling for some to fill it up with water and no one ever came. The house keepers made my bed messy and never replaced towels. I poured conditioner on my hand a found someone else’s hair in it. The food is horrible unless you upgrade to VIP. This place is a horrible place I will for now on only stay at the RIU. They have a sign that says the room is fully cleaned and disinfected but it’s the truth is their rooms are filthy unlivable conditions. I’m still waiting for their manager to contact me and still no contact. I spent more time calling and trying to get accommodations I never received than actually having a restful relaxing trip

The beach, location and majority of the staff were great.
Mini bar was never restock with water, got the room with water that were already open. Food was not good.

The place is enormous and beautiful, nice spaces for relaxing and conveniently close to the beach. The food was abundant and with a high variety. As you can expect is not gourmet but really good. The placita and night shows were a great option. The pools were amazing and distributed along the property. The views to the beach and the lake were amazing too.
There is room for improvement for the check in/check out - it took more than an hour to get the room key and long lines for the check out, and it was super messy due to the large number of people. Probably there is a high personal rotation rate and there were people who did not know basic information such as a luggage store room for the ones who arrived early o depart late. The schedule times for restaurants in the app did not match the times people in the restaurant attend. Wifi is not high-speed even for use the hotel's app. Beverage offer was good but could be better.

the hospitality was nice, but the overall place was not as I expected it to be.

There were plenty of restaurants, things were updated, and the resort overall had plenty of things to do and relax.
I have never in my life waited in like a 30 foot line over an hour and a half to check into a hotel/resort.
