It was nice to have a double bed, en-suite and kitchen area. Location was ok, 5-10 minute walk to town centre but on a steep hill.
Shower was not very clean. Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. Right next to laundry room and car park so you’re constantly disturbed. Housekeeping just replaced towels, not bedding or the sachets of coffee/hot chocolate etc.

We stayed in a very well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfy self-contained unit at the Four Seasons block, next to Caples Court. The views from bedroom and lounge were formidable! Location also was perfect, only a 5 min walk to the hear of Queenstown's lakefront. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing, all was great.

Close to the city centre. Nice view from the balcony. Good heating. Good kitchen facilities.
Mould in the shower & on window frames. If we had stayed longer I would have mentioned it to the management
The steep hill should be advertised - it wouldn't be suitable for a lot of people
TV - glitching and limited channels

The location was great

Great location, close to town.
Shower had lots of mould and bathroom didn’t look clean, no hair dryer available, and shower heater was not working.

What i love with this place are the people.. Kudos to cornelius.. Got the chance to chat with him.. He is so considerate..and kind! We got 3 rooms, stayed there last 10th of april until on the 16th. He even allowed me to stay there late on our last day. My wedding in queenstown really made so special because my family stayed in a nice accomodation. THANKS caples!

Maybe they forgot to clean the room every 2 days. Need to remind them to change the linen, pick up the rubbish and replenish the coffee and stuff.. But the rest is ok.

I booked a ground floor apartment so I didn't have to go up and down steps, due to mobility issues, but the ground floor apartment was at the bottom of 3 flights of steps.

The location was good - walking distance to the waterfront, park, and shops.
Nice view from our balcony.
Fairly noisy being on the main road into town.
A multitude of little critters on the sunny side of the building trying to get inside via the window meant we had to close windows when it was unbearably hot. There was no air-con.

Location was great and was decent value for your money - liked the free upgrade with the little balcony view. Booking process and checking in/out was simple and easy as.
The cleanliness could've been better. The walls had lots of marks and were a bit dirty. Also wasn't sure why room service couldn't clean our bathroom - something about staff not being allowed to touch any personal belongings? But we were there for a week, so I ended up cleaning the bathroom and walls myself so I'd feel more comfortable.

No TV for my stay for three days which was awful. I explained to them they promised a $200 on my credit card. They have not delivered and from my point of view this is very bad. I travel often. So disappointing and very bad they did not deliver on a promise. Regards Annie

Location
Four nights. no one cleaned our room, removed rubbish or replaced towels. The book in our studio said rooms serviced daily. 2nd day We asked reception if they could replace our towels but when we got back end off day no one had been in the unit and they said they would.
we took used towels to office and we took our rubbish to their skip after the 3rd day.
there was staff on site plus not all rooms were being used. it was not a large property. The room slept 3 but cutlery/crockery was basically for 2. one metal fork and one bamboo takeaway fork?? Not a good look.
2 comfy seats ,2 small wooden table chairs and very small table. we could only get 4 TV channels

The view was good.
Bathroom not cleaned well around the edges of the shower, the "kitchenette" was a side table, and a microwave and just on top of a fridge, no airconditioning.

Not noticing we had an extra visitor for the first night. View and location good.
Finding out we had mouse sharing the accommodation, although the chase was entertaining the droppings weren't .cracked basin and cleaning wasn't to standard .

Location, location, location.
The property had only a superficial clean with grime visible in the bathroom. Two sachets of conditioning hair was does not constitute soap. No shelf in the shower for products. We ran out of toilet paper 1 day into a 3 days stay.
The sheets barely covered the bed, flashing lights from the aircon that we couldn't turn off.
Unable to open our windows due to downstairs occupant smoking constantly. Not their fault just another downside to the property.

good location
no air conditioning, TV did not work for the 3 nights we stayed

Very easy to walk into Queenstown. Lily, who worked there, was very helpful ( via text)
Reception was unmanned for most of our stay, although it was supposed to be open. we tried to check in several times but couldn’t. TV didn’t work and the wifi was terrible - very patchy, cutting in and out

Basement studio is great for a solo traveller to rest and recharge. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very quiet, dark and cool (weather was hot in QT). Parking was easy for a small car. Great value this time of year.

tv doesn’t have a signal do nothing to watch on an evening.

Location
Bathroom substandard.
Not clean enough for my standard.
Place felt unkempt, needs a complete makeover. Very expensive for what I got
3.5
it had a great location with great staff. It also had beautiful views
the reception is in a different building. the car parking is very tight. In particular, I didn’t like that our room wasn’t serviced. I know that Covid was around but feel that coffees milk should be restocked daily.
