Para quem quer tranquilidade, excelente atendimento e comida de primeira.

Excelente atendimento, quartos simples, porém confortáveis e limpos, restaurante muito bom. Vale muito a pena almoçar e jantar, se o objetivo for qualidade. Além da opção das bicicletas, inclusive com cadeira de criança, para passear.

Dessa vez uma experiência regular, mas que pode melhorar

Bom café da manhã

Chegamos numa quarta e ficamos até a sexta. A piscina esteve indisponível para uso por fins de limpeza. Diga-se de passagem uma confusão de informação que nos fora prestada. Relevante se falar que quando se opta por uma reserva em determinado local o preço é estimado considerando os equipamentos que são disponibilizados, no nosso caso pagamos por algo que que não nos fora ofertado. O quarto tinha uma prateleira de vidro solta de eu avisei na recepção, mas também ninguém se dispôs a consertar. O terraço que dava acesso à porta ao quarto também estava sujo. E um ponto em particular que me deixou um tanto frustrado foi a falta de comunicação prévia do staff para com o hóspede, pois chegamos próximo do horário do almoço, mas a pousada não estava preparada pra oferecer almoço em suas instalações. Essa situação poderia ser facilmente resolvida consultando o hóspede na data que precedia a chegada e indagando se gostaria de reserva almoço (mediante pagamento claro); até porque a pousada tem essa política prévia de contatar o hóspede para outros fins, que é o caso do pagamento do sinal da reserva. Essa foi minha terceira vez me hospedando na pousada e foi a experiência que me deixou um tanto decepcionado, até porque levei umas pessoas pra conhecer o Marajo e quando a gente referenda um local que já ficou antes as pessoas criam expectativas. No caso dessa estadia em particular no Canto do Francês a estada deixou a desejar, mas nada que o pessoal não possa corrigir. Faço essas críticas com muito respeito, até porque sou um apaixonado pelo Pará e pelo Marajo e sempre que possível gostarei de retornar.

Friendly staff and good location. Jean was very helpful in giving tips about the island, where to eat, what to see, how to get around etc. As our ferry back to Belem was at 5.30 in the morning, they served a small breakfast at 4.30, which was very kind from them.

Rooms are a bit small, but ok for a short 2 day stay.

Very good hotel

Very comfortable pousadal. Everything is clean and beautiful. Michelle helped arrange a trip to the buffalo farm and buy bus and ship tickets to Belem. Everything was wonderful.

Staff are very friendly. Simple room but with all you need: tv, minifrigo, a/c, hangers. Varanda with hammock to chill. Nice restaurant with delicious dishes. Bike loan for up 1 hour or you can rent for the entire day and go to the beach. Laundry services

Cozy, friendly and stylish.

Nice and simple, yet cozy and refined. Good breakfast! Very nice and helpful staff. Property is expanding and improving. Jean and Rosi were exceptional in making our stay the best possible. We felt at home. The Pousada also displayed some very nice samples of local art craft, which we appreciated very much. The people involved in the tours that were advertised were exceptional too.

Room could be improved with some small details like a place to hang clothes.
