Breakfast was bad. Last day they asked me to go to the hotel accross street to have breakfast without previous notice. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The facilities were clean, the staff availability and service were great.
Breakfast buffet meal options could be better. TV cable didn’t work at all

Me cobraron una taza de 8 dólares y algo más cuando en mi reservación estaba un precio total a pagar. Hice la respectiva queja pero nunca me reembolsaron nada. Son unos estafadores!!!

The staff was so kind and helpful, always willing to help and guide you through any needs.Breakfast Buffet is good👍🏻 Perfect location, two blocks from the World Trade Center San Salvador. Plenty of parking spaces. Security guard all night🌙
Couple observation...
Place more towels in the room, two are not enough. bathroom faucets need to be changed.

I had a special request and you guys were able to accomodate me and gave me what i needed . BIG THANK YOU
The only suggestion will be to have someone available on the Villa Terra side at the front desk cause i had to cross over the other hotel to get some info i needed and it was raining that wasnt convenience at all.

The area and the venue are really nice and clean
I got moved to another room because my room was flooded and it damaged my luggage.

Breakfast was full but was missing some vegetables and more decent coffee. Other than that, it was plentiful.
no internet in the rooms, only in the main areas. also, water in the shower was only 10% of the power so you have to take the shower with some little drops of water.

The beds were really nice and the room has individual AC.
The shower does not work correctly. And the cleaning service is only available every 2 days. And the reception is across the road in an another hotel called hotel mirador.
The difference of price is just like $15 between these 2 hotels so I recommend the mirador.

The bed is a little harder than I prefer but it was OK

+Nicely decorated interior.
+I enjoyed breakfast. Fried plantains with cheese or something inside were delicious!
+Friendly staff.
-On both mornings at about 5:30 am, two or three people (staff I think?) were talking in normal to loud voices in lobby. The doors to the rooms are hollow and do not block much sound, so all that conversation came into my room. I used ear plugs but I shouldn't have to for the price I paid.
-Information for tourists was not readily available. What to do, where to eat, how to get around, what areas to explore, recommendations, etc.
