Súper chévere👍

La comida muy sabrosa muy limpio me gusta mucho ese hotel

Lo que no me gustó fue que pedí que me cambiaran de cuarto quería una cama nada más pero igual todo muy bonito muy limpio y las personas de la limpieza muy amables y ya con ella estoy muy agradecida que la señora fue muy amable conmigo y el joven que me atendió en la recepción

location was great, staff were friendly and wanted to help with any need. The concierge Santiago was incredibly knowledgeable. There was a plaza future right next to the hotel which was a large food court. Brorders hands down the Best!

Large and comfortable at a very reasonable price

The facilities were newer than many others, and they are still improving them. Restaurant had GREAT food. Staff were super helpful. Great view of the volcano. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Our friend's room and ours both had some plumbing leaks. Besides some great restaurants, nothing much is in walking distance.

Una tomadura de pelo!!!!

Este Hotel no es 4*, cuando llegas te indican Hotel3*. La Recepcion es la del Hilton, pero las habitaciones son FATALES!!!! El Hotel no se merece ni 1* Es una tomadura de pelo. BOOKING en esta ocasion nos ha informado muy mal. Un Precio abusivo !!!!

Que estaba dentro del mismo complejo que el Hilton

Que no hay nadie del personal en el hotel plaza, a ninguna hora, no contestan el O, que el aire acondicionado jamás enfrió y si se sintió calor dentro de la habitación, que el proceso del check in y check out se hace en el Hilton y no es donde estamos hospedados. Que nos cuestionaron mucho lo del parqueo. Las vistas desde la habitación era un techo de lámina, los pasillos muy oscuros sin iluminación y olor a viejo

Great place to stay!

Great place, basically an older part of the Hilton Hotel so use all the same facilities as the Hilton. Great coffee place and restaurant, breakfast was delightful, staff were friendly, room extremely spacious, gym was well equipped, the bed was HUGE! Would highly recommend!

Room a bit dated but was super spacious and comfortable so that made up for it.

OK stay for the bill. Dated furniture.

The lobby was gorgeous, and the staff was super friendly. The ambient is relaxed, and it has the services listed on the page. Something I thanked was that staff, even security guards or personnel, is not over you, only one check at the entrance. I liked the courtesy coffee and water!

No breakfast is included, even for the expensive bill. The furniture is a little bit dated, and the bathtub didn't have the bath plug/cork, so it's impossible to have a bath in the bathtub. In the dorm room, the lights were hard to light/turn off due to the switch being far from the door and far from the bed. Also, the coffee maker was broken. Worse of all, it required a lot of walking from the lobby to be in the room.

Convenience and friendly service. Art exhibition in lobby, artwork by many Salvadoran artists among them; Miguel Angel Ramirez, Milton Pocasangre and Marcela Carranza just to mention a few . This was a plus !

The hotel was located in a great area and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly.

Overall I guess the rooms were a bit outdated and need some renovations done, nevertheless it was comfortable and all the amenities worked ok. The room smelled a bit like something coming up from the drainage in the bathroom. The bathroom could've been a little cleaner in my opinion and the rug in the room was coming off making it easy to trip over.
