The hotel was absolutely fabulous!..Nic was the nicest guy you meet...location was great too.
Would definitely recommend!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The only thing I would maybe suggest is a sign at end of road/alley to say where it was...but that is only a minor thing...

Everything was perfect. It was really the owner John who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He gave us perfect advice on where to eat and even woke
up at 5am to help us with our bags and get us to our cab in time to make our very early flight. The place was beautiful and the location was ideal. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful property with a quiet courtyard, comfortable rooms with lots of extra touches like dressing gowns in rooms. the breakfast was lovely the next day with options for gluten free and had non dairy milk alternatives. John very kindly helped us to get us and our luggage from the gate. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Zacosta hotel for one week and were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is located in an excellent place: A very short walk to the main shopping street of the old town (less than 5 minutes), but in a very calm side alley (but no problem with security). The manager is most friendly and very helpful: He picked us up at the limit of the
old town (since no taxi can enter that zone) and also brought us to the bus station when we left. Our room was spotless and quite large. Bedding was very comfortable and linen/towels were changed every day. Continental breakfast was good and plentiful.
All was fine.

The room was lovely and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the shower nice and hot. The courtyard was the perfect place for breakfast.

We liked the small, friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. John is a great host. The location is wonderful of course, in the midst of the old town.
We have no complaints or suggestions for improvement.

Loved the location. The hospitality of John and staff was fantastic and much appreciated. Great to have breakfast on site so we were ready to go first thing in the morning. John was very obliging in offering to take us to the ferry terminal very early in the morning with all of our luggage. Suggestions for eating places nearby was something we welcomed as we arrived after sundown.

Amazing place in the historical center of Rhodes. Not very big, but very cozy place. Room is not so spacious, but every detail is carefully thought out. Everything is very clean. Coffee machine and sweets in the room were a nice surprise.
Owners of the hotel are very cordial and welcoming. They met me and give a ride to the hotel, as no public transport or taxi can`t get anything closer than a kilometer. Breakfast is very tasty, consists of home-made jams, pastries, fruits etc. Also I was able to leave my luggage after check out for few hours, which was extremely helpful.
John provided me with some useful information about the city and a map.
Nothing to mention, except maybe soundproofing, as I was able to hear other guests, but not very clearly

Zacosta Villa is an absolute gem. Everything was exceptional - from the warm welcome by John (the owner) who made our stay feel like we were at home, to the cleanliness, decor, delicious breakfast and helpful tips. We will be back!

Lovely property in the centre of Rhodes Old Town. Run by John and his wife , nothing is too much trouble . Beautiful courtyard where we had breakfast before exploring the old town and surrounding areas . Lovely to be in the centre and walk everywhere. John gave us some excellent recommendations for lunch/dinner and ideas of where to go. Our room was lovely with balcony and lounge area with views across the old town in the bedroom. Would highly recommend.

John, our host, was kind enough to pick us up from our ferry by the hotel's golf cart (saving us a journey by foot with luggage across the charming but bumpy cobbled streets and lanes!). The hotel's location just off the main visitor routes meant it was very quiet, with a lovely enclosed courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. The room itself was very nice, with a fantastic two-person rain shower, air-con if needed, and a super-comfortable bed.
John pointed us in the direction of the most charming areas of the old town and the best restaurants to try (we highly recommend Nireus by the way). The next morning he took us (again by golf cart) to meet our taxi to the airport, making our short stay in Rhodes a joy from beginning to end. I have no hesitation in recommending Zacosta Villa Hotel for a future stay in Rhodes old town.
There was nothing we didn't like!

Everything brilliant !

Everything was comfortable and cozy. The hotel room is close to everywhere in the old town if it's quiet from the hustle and bustle of the shops ... John is an exemplary host and helps with everything. The rooms were kept clean throughout the stay. Just great.

John was such a wonderful host. Coordination for pickup with him was easy as breeze and his recommendations for restaurants and activities were all great. The hotel was like a small vila located inside the old town with delicious breakfast, gorgeous courtyard, and quiet night. We passed by a few other boutique hotels nearby and thought Zacosta is the true low key hidden gem which we prefer. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we come to Rhodes next time. Thank you John for the great hospitality!

We stayed for one night in this wonderful villa in historic Rhodes Old Town. An oasis of calm, our room was excellentl in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The owner John is an exceptional host who collects guests from the taxi drop off which is so kind. A delicious breakfast is served in the relaxing courtyard. We will be back and for a little longer!

The villa is perfectly located in the old town, but just off the touristy louder streets. It has a lovely large garden where breakfast is served. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated, but the best feature of this property is John who excelled as a host. We would highly recommend this place.
Nothing that would put me off booking this place again. I thought the room was a bit dark, but this is likely an issue everywhere in the old town with building requirements.

The hotel is very interesting. The hotel is located in the old town with many taverns, but in a quiet location. Special thanks to the host - Janis and Irina, they were very helpful.

John was the best host ever. Picked us up just outside the old town so we didn't have to find our luggage. Lovely breakfast and cold water in the fridges. Rooms were clean and very old town feel. Very homely. 10/10

Last minute booking following that cancellation of our holiday to Crete due to COVID and from the initial contact immediately after our booking to the shuttle to collect our hire car when we left we could not fault the experience. In between we had a shuttle collection from the outside of old town from our taxi drop off, a room that lived up to the pictures, excellent breakfasts and a very welcoming host. Thank you John we will be sure to book again if we are back in Rhodes.
