Un peu déçue

Le personnel est très sympathique, la décoration très jolie également

La plage est minuscule et artificielle, pas de possibilité de se baigner et profiter vraiment de la mer. Pas assez de transat pour tous!!! 95 chambres mais une cinquantaine de transat uniquement…

Un superbe hôtel cosy

Très bel hôtel cosy. Une superbe piscine vue mer avec des sièges à l interieur. Et un très bon acceuil du personnel. Tout prêt à pied du centre ville de Grand Baie.

Le bruit du bar discothèque le samedi soir tout prêt de l hôtel.

nice place but expected more

the location is great, in the heart of grand baie but still a bit far from the main road noise. it is cosy and chill. near the cuvette beach which we loved. this resort has an aesthetic design

the room had issues that are not expected in a 4 star resort. ants, water leaking from shower, room finishing needs renovation. around the pool there are very few sunbeds and parasol, we also booked there for the "private" beach but it is extremely small.

Sehr schickes und schönes Hotel

Sehr zuvorkommendes und gastfreundliches Hotel. Wir wurden gleich als wir angekommen sind am Eingang empfangen und in die sehr schicke Bar gebracht, wo wir einen Willkommenscocktail bekommen haben während die sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang uns eingecheckt hat. Wir haben dann eine Hoteltour bekommen und sie hat uns auf unser Zimmer gebracht, in dem unsere Koffer schon auf uns gewartet haben. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte einen großen Balkon und war sehr schick eingerichtet. Nach dem wir leider eine Flugverspätung von zwei Tagen hatten wurde uns auch angeboten länger zu bleiben, da wir aber noch in ein anderes Hotel gefahren sind, haben wir nur das Angebot angenommen am Tag an dem wir auschecken mussten zu Mittag auszuchecken, aber noch bis am Nachmittag am Pool zu bleiben. Es gibt zwei Restaurants, davon eines direkt am Strand. Es gab eine Feuershow und der Strand wird tagsüber auch von einer Security überwacht. Zur Lage kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel waren. Ingesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, wenn viel los ist könnte der Pool und der Strand aber sehr schnell überfüllt sein. Wir waren im August dort, wenn es in Mauritius Winter ist.

Bon séjour passé en famille (3 pers). Hôtel très bien située, proche de toutes commoditées.

Le personnel est sympatique et à l'écoute. Le repas était correct et le petit déjeuner bien servi.

La chambre était un peu viellotte mais confortable et bien équipée.

Séjour hyper agréable

J'ai aimé la déco de l'hôtel, particulièrement jolie et soignée, sa situation idéale sur la plage, la longueur de sa piscine, le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. La literie est excellente, la chambre spacieuse et la nourriture très correcte. J'y reviendrai++

posizione silenzione e organizzazione e pulizia della struttura. Camere molto grandi. Sala da baogno enorme. molto verde

Toilette con WC molto piccola e posizione periferica. La spiaggia è molto piccola ma si sta benissimo anche in piscina

Beautiful resort and nice people at the reception and the breakfast and the cleaners.

Beautiful gardens, restaurant by the sea, good breakfast with plenty of choices. Good cleaning every morning, Aishta was so nice and did a very good job cleaning the room.

We did not have a mattress on the bed so we woke up with pain the back, but they gave us one after we complained.

Lovely hotel, great staff, but noisy club next door

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, including all the shared areas. The location on the beach was great, with access straight into the water. The spa was lovely where I had a good massage.

There was a very noisy bar/club next door which played music until 12:30am, which prevented us from sleeping. If you’re at the other end of the hotel complex or if you’re up until that time anyway perhaps it wouldn’t matter, but it did get annoying having to hear 00s dance tunes even through earplugs when trying to fall sleep!

Relaxing, warm, welcoming.

Fantastic and genuinely warm welcome from every member of the team. Location is best in Grand Baie. Great food.

Small issues around service in restaurant. But this really nit picking rather than a complaint.

I expected far better from what I had heard and from what I was paying.

The hotel has a good location.

Hotel has become old and service standards are low. Breakfast is very bad by French standards. Staff is distrusting and doubting all the guests for small petty things. They charge guests for water and they also charged on of my guests for a louzy breakfast. Merville Beach construction is going on.
