Excellent hotel if you don't mind not swimming in the sea.

The rooms were very clean, there were 2 pools, you can have breakfast in an air-conditioned room or outside depending on your preference, the service in the hotel and in the restaurant is excellent. Pop at the reception was amazing - she gave us useful tips, arranged a trip to Koh Tao and was very kind all the time, thank you!

You have to cross a busy street (there are people helping with the crossing) to go to the beach or the beach pool and restaurant, but we knew about that from the description of the hotel. The beach isn't great and the sunbeds are at the pool only, but the pool is nice, although very crowded at times, because the sea is not that good for swimming. The hotel is close to Fisherman's Village. There is a shuttle fro 50 THB per person or at the reception a taxi can be arranged for 200 THB. In the village are excellent options for dining.

We stayed in a Beachfront suite and absolutely loved it, So close to the pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection to suit all tastes.

Prana offers everything you need in a excellent way

The resort is very good in any way and offers everything what is important for us. The rooms are spotless, the staff is very service minded and all are friendly. The breakfast is offering everything you can want, the whole resort gives a luxury and natural atmosphere. For me Prana is the best hotel on the Island Samui and I will come back every time I want to stay on Samui.

I liked everything. Maybe it would be good to have a shuttle to Central Festival or Chaweng more times per day.

A lovely place, with the most friendly staff.

The staff was so friendly and really made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s a small resort, which also made it more personal. The rooms were spacious, with good beds and babycots. The swimming pool(s) are nice. Our kids loved the indoor kidsroom and there is a seriously good Thais (“Noi Friendly”) and Italian restaurant on walking distance if you don’t want to go to Fisherman’s village every time. We stayed there for ten days, but could have easily stayed longer.

Although our rooms were cleaned properly every day, I’m sorry to stay that there was still room for improvement when it comes to cleaning.

We liked everything about our stay here. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble for them. Great customer service. Great breakfast too. Great beach location. We'd stay again.

in one whole sentence I would say it’s worth every single penny!

The property was just breathtaking! I can’t explain how perfect it was, the view was just exceptional. I cannot fault the staff they was so friendly and helpful.

I wish there was another mirror in the property rather than the one in the bathroom and in wardrobe so us girls can do our hair sitting down haha. The problem is the other people staying on the other side of prana was able to use our pool which caused an issue when trying to use the sunbeds.

The room and property were nice and clean. It was calm too, we were able to get sunbeds everyday without that usual competition :D

It was a bit pricy to get around from the hotel (to Fishermans village around 200tbh and to Chaweng around 300-400tbh). But it was nice that hotel arranges ride to Chaweng every morning at 10.30am for 50tbh and every friday to Fishermans village for free. Also the breakfast could be better. There could bre fresh squeezed juices and the bread section could be better.

Great hotel with amazing pool-access rooms

The pool was amazing and very well-thought! We had a pool access room and we would 1000% recommend it (room 1010 is the best I think). And the breakfast was awesome, many choices and everything was very tasty ! The location was great as well, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. And the pool bar wasn’t open.

Amazing experience!

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. As the staff at Prana always says, "they have not forgotten how to do Hospitality after the pandemic". Stayed in the room by the infinity pool/ocean and it was absolutely great. It is a huge room with a huge bathroom, both with enough place to leave your belogings. There were amenities, and the room had complimentary coffee and bottles replaced water everyday. Views were stunning. Hotel is close to the Fisherman's Village, which is a great place to visit for food and shopping (A 7 minute taxi that costs 200 bahts. It is not a walking distance, though). There are also other options to eat near the hotel on a walking distance. The food in the hotel was good, specially at the Tropikana Beach Club - menu had a lot of options of Thai and Western food. The staff was extremely helpful. One night I spilled a beverage on the room sofa and when I called to ask for some cleaning products and a rag to clean it up, the staff showed up at the door with ANOTHER SOFA to replace it in less than 15 minutes. Specifically wanted to mention the attention of Lak, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I was interested in having dinner by the beach one night (which is one of the services provided by the hotel), and he and his team took care of all the details. Koh Samui had some tough rains on the previous days, so the beach was not the cleanest. Lak and the hotel staff went to the point of cleaning up the beach around the hotel to make sure the dinner was possible.

No problems at all. Maybe the only point that could be improved is breakfast. Felt that there could have been more options.

Hardest bed I've ever slept on, repeatedly woke up with "pins & needles" in my arms (I am used to a very soft bed).
