Vieilli très mal

L’emplacement je dirais mais bon pas woaah

L’établissement a très mal vieilli, des problèmes d’humidité, les chambres ne sont pas isolés, le petit déjeuner est médiocre, les restaurant n’est pas terrible non plus, je déconseille fortement cet établissement, il y a beaucoup mieux pour moins cher.

Luxurious break right on the beach.

Amazing location if you want to be near the fun on the beaches- our teens loved the fireshows and we loved the tranquility of the resort. Easy to catch taxis to beach hop and lots of lovely restaurants on the doorstep.

Férias muito agradáveis

Hotel muito agradável, quartos impecáveis e limpeza excelente. O ambiente é muito tranquilo, mesmo com famílias e crianças. A piscina é excelente mas para podermos usufruir da praia, temos de andar um bocadinho pois o hotel encontra-se numa zona de baía da praia

Não é possível fazer praia junto ao hotel porque de encontra numa zona de baía. É necessário andar uns 500mt para poder entrar na água, nao sendo possível usufruir das comodidades de praia do hotel (que existem, mas apenas para quem quer ficar na areia)

Great family holiday.

Family room was really beautiful and huge. Staff at front desk, breakfast and restaurant and pool were amazing Pools and gardens are beautiful and spacious. We loved the breakfast

The aeroplanes are directly above, but it’s not that bad. Just about 5-6 planes a day when we stayed.

Can’t go wrong with Regent

The grounds transport you into a natural jungle vibe, which flows from the lobby to the rooms and common areas. The coy fish and tropical plants make you forget that it’s in the heart of all the action.

Though it’s a beach front property, it had no beach. The low tide and raised rock bed made the beach shallow at best. The lack of actual beach front is probably why they didn’t have many beach chairs and umbrellas.

Good Property but Service not upto the mark.

Breakfast View is exceptional

The Sea-Facing Swimming Pool was under construction. But no prior information was provided at time of booking. This is very unethical. Although We arrive much later than official Check-in time. We were made to wait another 1-2 hours for rooms to be clean.

Felt like our money aint worth

The location is good and the swimming pool is nice, have a jaccuzi in the room and a cute balcony

The welcoming wasn't warm at all, it felt like robots were taking care of you while you were waiting for the room. The 1st room we had, had an odor smell and the aircon didn't really work, the jaccuzi was full of dirt the moment we used the jets, the aircon filter cover was half open and almost fell on my head, the top shower head was leaking all the time while you use the bottom head, the light at the room was pretty dark and together with the red floor it became nearly as night, the bottle of the body lotion was broke before we even touched it and for some unkown reason they have at the rooms way too many switch for light without anything written on, it feels like a guessing game each time you try to turn on the light. After they moved us to another room, the conditions were a bit better but however the floor was completely dusty and sandy even we entered the room right after the room service cleaned it from the previous guest, the beach bag was missing from the first place at the room and when we checked out they asked us where did it go. I would like to point on the "amazing" attitude of the lady which changed our room, after we checked with her the 2nd room and confirmed that its better than the one before, all she had to say was "you happy now?" Which dosent seems to care about the guests (we are hoping its just because of language barrier).

Is a walkable location to food, massage, and even the CENTRAL MALL. 2 swimming pools with one overlooking the sea. Breakfast variety is huge.

המיקום מצויין השירות היה מעולה. הם אדיבים מאוד יש 2 בריכות מעולות מועדון ילדים נחמג היינו שבוע שלם ושדרגו אותנו לחדר מפנק בלילה האחרון

אולי קצת יותר לגוון את הארוחת בוקר. הארוחת בוקר עד 10:30 שזה בסדר גמור, אבל בדיוק ב 10:30 מתחילים להרים את כל האוכל וזה פחות נחמד כי יש אנשים שהגיעו לארוחת בוקר כמה דקות לפניי אז כדאי לחכות עם האיסוף

Un séjour idyllique en famille et amis

L’hôtel est très bien situé sur la rue principale de Chaweng avec restaurants, bars, salons de massages et petits commerces à proximité à pied. Les 2 piscines sont très agréables et la plage de sable blanc attenante est sublime avec selon les marées un banc de sable plus ou moins grand. Le restaurant principal est top avec un large choix pour le petit déjeuner notamment. Le personnel a été vraiment au petit soin pendant tout notre séjour.

L’hôtel est sur l’axe de décollage et d’atterrissage des avions donc à défaut d’être réveillés par le chant des oiseaux vous serez réveillés très tôt par les avions qui défilent toute la journée. Vous avez la possibilité d’acheter une carte créditée de baths pour vos dépenses personnelles il serait intéressant d’avoir en temps réel sur les tickets de bar et restaurant le solde de la carte.

Bel hotel, un havre de paix au centre de Chaweng. Belle piscine. jardins très agréables .

La marée était haute début janvier donc pas de plage au pied de l'hôtel. Il vaut mieux partir un peu plus tard dans l'année....

Bis auf die Unannehmlichkeiten war der Aufenthalt so ganz gut.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das thailändische!!

Ab ca. 9 Uhr waren fast alle liegen am unteren Pool und am Strand belegt, obwohl es verboten war. Keiner hat etwas dagegen unternommen. Es wurde auch überall (wenn teilweise auch heimlich) geraucht, auch beim Frühstück. Keine „no Smoking „ Zonen. Die Saufgelage von machen Deutschen und Österreicher am oberen Pool sowie am unteren von 10 am - 8 pm waren unüberhörbar.

Ik raad dit resort niet aan!

Het strandje is fijn, je kan lekker zwemmen in een afgesloten baai zonder kwallen! Ligt in centrum van Chaweng, het is een erg luidruchtige en toeristische plaats, meer voor jeugd en nachtleven!

Beetje luidruchtig publiek. Kamer viel tegen, kleiner dan op de foto. Te duur voor wat je krijgt!!!

Wir werden dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen.

Ich finde das Hotel sehr schön. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette im ersten Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, ist sehr alt und mussten dringend ersetzt werden. Nachdem ich mein Wünsche gestellt hatte, wechselten sie umgehend unsere Zimmer. Naem, die Dame an der Rezeption, hat alles sehr zufriedenstellend erledigt.

Das Restaurantteam war anfangs übermäßig freundlich. Nach einer Meinungsverschiedenheit mit dem Restaurantleiter wurde man in den nächsten Tagen vom gesamten Team ignoriert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr unheimlich. Beschweren Sie sich nichts, essen Sie einfach, und gehen.

Must be one of the best value 4/5star resorts in Chaweng

The resort lives up to its’ description. Unlike many other hotels that promise much, but deliver little, the Chaweng Regent fulfils - mightily. (Point to note, we’d booked another ‘4 star’ resort, 10 nights - looked great on the net, but was abominable - closer to 1 star: we checked out pronto, refundable or not) The Chaweng Regent is brilliant, central to Chaweng, expansive, yet peaceful inside, with multiple huge garden and ocean view pools, a nice gym, proper spa, etc, the resort is one of those places you’d actually be happy to spend your entire trip in - without ever venturing outside. It has a huge koi carp garden, the fish flocking whenever you pause to look. Huge smorgasbord breakfasts, it’s all good. All in all, great value. We’ll go back next time.

Definitely not a 5-star-hotel

Location on the busy street with many restaurants and cafes and 10 min walk to samui central

I would not call it 5 stars at all it barely reaches 4-star-hotel level. We booked for 4 nights but we checked out after 2 and moved to another hotel even though our reservation was non refundable but it was not worth wasting our vacation there First of all we booked the family room that is featured in the pictures with a jacuzzi overlooking the pool and with ocean view but we were checked in a gloomy dark room with no windows, far away from the beach and with absolutely no sunlight. When we complained they said that the rooms are slightly different!! I understand that you may find differences but not to this extent, you cannot make me pay for a room like that in the picture and then give me that horrible room. Next day they moved us to another room that is similar to the one in the picture, and they were treating us as if they are doing us a favor and not giving us our right! The facilities and amenities need renovations and maintenance the curtains were old and worn out. The towels at the pool were dirty and torn. Definitely not coming again and definitely not recommending this place to anyone. My recommendations to the management: 1- they need to take better care of their staff so the staff can take better care of the customers. It is clear that the staff are not happy and it is reflected on the way they serve the guests. They are understaffed especially in the breakfast area. There is not enough staff to attend to the guests needs. 2- the dark gloomy rooms shouldn’t have the same price listing as the ones overlooking the ocean that’s unfair and disappoints customers and breaks the trust between them and you 3- the management should consider renovating the hotel rooms and facilities.

We have stayed a number of times over the years and always loved our stay here but needs a little refresh and update.

Location. Staff always friendly, helpful, polite and happy to assist with anything asked of them.

Beds too hard . Pillows too few. Bed light fittings need repair. Wooden decking in some area of hotel needs a lot of repair.

Nice hotel - beach not like the photos

The pool in the middle of the hotel was really nice and peacful and exuded luxury. The hotel itself is quite nice and looks how you imagine a hotel in thailand to look. It was very clean and the staff were always very nice. The breakfasts were good. The staff in the bar nice. It is in a good location to restaurants and markets and a 7/11 accross the road.

We were asked for 4000 baht on arrival to the hotel which is not document on booking.com as a requirement and after 10 hours of travelling to get there i was tired and not happy and i told them no and that was accepted and told i couldnt “charge to the room” which was fine with me. The pool by the beach was quite noisy. With unpleasant music constantly playing. I requested a double bed when booking the room and we were given a room with twin beds and they just pushed them together which killed the romance a bit by sleeping in separate beds for our last few nights in Thailand. The rooms are also quite dark. The rooms are outdated and could do with redecorating. The beach is not like the photos at all, it is very rocky and full of agae. (Photos attached) We actually spent our beach days at a hotel further down the beach called Baan Samui and paid 200 baht to use the sunloungers there. The water was crystal clear with white soft sand there. I will stay there the next time i visit Samui. I would rate this as a 4 star and not a 5 star. I have stayed in various 5 star hotels that are significantly better than this hotel.

We really loved our stay at your hotel, and would love to come back again❤️

The room with wiew over the Garden pool was the best for us. The garden with all the flowers and fishes and the seating areas was so lovely. All the staf was so friendly and helpful. We give five star to Noom in the reception and also to the guy in the garden pool🌟❤️ The breakfast was great with a lot of food for everyone.
