Great family holiday lovely location with great view

We had all the facilities we needed for a pleasant stay in a lovely city.

We were very impressed with the facilities in our unit. All the places we wanted to visit in Brisbane (Southbank, the Wheel, Roma Street gardens etc) were within walking distance. The view from our apartment was stunning at night.

The lifts were slow. Traffic noise was intrusive.

A very enjoyable stay - we will definitely be back.

Location was excellent. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with Riverview and the view of the Brisbane river was incredible! Spacious apartments and comfy beds 🙂

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

Very happy with the property and would be likely to stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable, and well located in relation to the mall, Southbank and the Roma Street train station. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.

Having to exit the elevator and walk through the car park in order to get to our room.

All in all a good stay.

View was mostly of other buildings but had a bit of the river. The apt was very clean, the fit out was a little dated. I feel like the lobby was newer than the apts.

Needs a fresh fit out, it's a bit dated.

Good location near Roma St railway station.

Staff at Evolution are very friendly and helpful and the location of the property to transport is also very good. The room was pretty basic but comfortable for our 5 day stay.

Our room was very close to the lift shaft so that was a bit noisy during the night. We also had a party on the balcony above us on our first night that woke us up around 4am!!

Amazing views

Amazing views over the river. Great location for the CBD, South bank and train station Clean, nicely presented apartment, well equipped, comfy beds. Pool, spa and gym good.

Blinds not heavy enough and room way too light at night. Dividing glass screens not able to be moved so that you could watch TV from bed.

The location, the view was amazing, had the bridge outside the door to walk to southbank

Needed some maintenance for example the shower had rust on the fixtures, the sky lounge is outdated had a pool table but could not use it

Great 6 night Stay

Location was outstanding with fantastic river views. We were in 16th floor 2bed room, river view apartment. It was roomy, clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Easy walk to Queens Mall, Southbank, Roma St Station.

Comfortable apartment with great location,views and will be better still when renovations complete.

Property was in good location, clean and comfortable room with a great view. Staff were friendly and obliging and kitchen well equipped. Pool and fitness area clean and great to use.

Renovations to foyer meant hike up stairs with luggage wasn't great but couldn't be avoided. Room servicing across a 4 day stay would have been nice.

the lifts weren’t working while reception is being upgraded so we had to use stairs which was inconvenient

Good location, poor renovation management

Location is good, in the city. Walking distance to South Bank, Cultural Centre and other top sites. Parking was also handy

Zero communication on the renovations until post booking. Also upon arrival, zero communication on how to get to access lifts, and rooms when travelling with a pram.

everything was good except the lobby smelt very damp, sorta like clothes that have been in the washing machine to long.
