The PERFECT stay in Florianopolis and Praia Mole

Very nice area, green and full of flowers Large comfortable rooms with balcony and view Super friendly staff Great food and friendly cook Right next to the beach

Great location, mediocre room.

Breakfast was lovely (although not included). Freshly made, and the chef was really sweet. The location of the apartments was amazing, so close to the beach and the lake. The property is huge, and really beautiful. You feel like you’re in the jungle! The daily housekeeping was really good.

The property has cabanas and a building with hotel rooms, which we stayed in. The room had its issues. Bathroom was really ugly, so out of date. The grooves of the shower were not clean, it was really difficult to get the temperature right and the drain smelled really bad. The whole room was extremely humid. Nothing dried at all and all our clothes were constantly damp. There were gaps around the balcony doors and windows meaning that they were not sound proof at all. There’s a dog that barks all night and a rooster that starts at 3am. Not ideal.

You will never know peace

It had a bed and a functional shower

The air conditioner was a very old fan, that didn’t work well and was very noisy. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms next door to you. There’s no water to drink on the property so bring your own

Amazing view / hermosa vista panorámica Spacious and comfortable apartment with balcony, well equiped kitchen / cabaña espaciosa y muy cómoda, cocina bien equipada Personnel is very nice and efficient and helpful with any request / Personal muy amable y con mucha disposición para resolver qualquier solicitud. Absolutely recommended! Muy recomendable!

Good location and friendly staff

very old and full of insect. They clean every day but the cabins are too old, doesn’t even have mosquito net and only have one air condition in the all cabin. At night time, you can open the windows and feel full of mosquito or be hot. The wifi didn’t work properly and I had to ask two times to fix it. The pool is old and dirty. For the price we paid, doesn’t worth it. I won’t go back.

The location is good, very near to the beach. The pool is nice and the house very good renovated an clean.

Almost no equipment in the kitchen, it was almost impossible to cook. No furniture on the terrasse.

The most picturesque location

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk to Praia Mole and to the lake. There was also a really nice swimming pool close to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was some confusion around our booking - the booking.com description did not match the accommodation we got, one of the managers sorted this out for us without any problem and we were moved to a beautiful cabana with a gorgeous view of the lake. The facilities in the cabana were perfect.

The website advertised laundry service which they in fact do not provide. Kayak renting is also mentioned on the website but this was not the case - it was only available through a third party company.

Great location! The very friendly staff is always willing to help. Very good communications with the admins.

They should only be more careful about making sure all the devices within the room are working properly or are in their place. Also, we didn't know they had a small restaurant till the last few days.

Half try

The location is wonderful but the property has fallen into disrepair and every year the entire property gets worse and worse. The location for surf and kite is great and the cabins are in a nice spot.

Stayed there 3 times this year to surf and the cabins hot water stopped functioning twice. And this last time the electric stop functioning for a whole day and a night and the Wi-Fi worked half the time then stopped. They used to have a nice breakfast when it was all one with the hotel. But now it’s a mess the hotel is a hostel with busses of young party goers , instead of families in cars. So the pool area is always trashed and dirty. For some bizarre reasons they seem to try to bandage the concert / show / wedding area down by the lake but they do half repairs and it’s never been even safe to walk on the wood deck there. Is dangerous and has turned into a worse eye sore every year. Hoping the owners sell it so some one will love this property and bring it back to its former prestige

Renovation needed

Location and concept.

The administration is way down the hill. Once you have to go there with all the heavy suitcases. They expect you to carry them up again. Luckily a nice staff member offer to use his car to help us bring them up the hill again. Once we got inside the cabana. The smell of mildew and mold was so strong that it attacked my allergies right way. In these COVID-19 times. This is not a good allergy to have with the sneezing and coughing. We opened all the windows and some windows were difficult to keep open since the metal part was rusty and hard. The in couch in the living room needed some cleaning as the fabric seemed dirty. The towels given had a white stain. So I would not stay there again.
