Uncaring night manager.
The pillow and bed were comfortable.
The noise and dust produced from the dirt bike on the next property paddocks. Called the night duty manager and he said that it is an ongoing issue and suggested me to call and make a complaint to the police because they are already tired of complaining to the police themselves. This kind of customer service (or lack there of) makes it a place that does not want a repeat business with their customers.

Potential to be outstanding.
The place as a whole is lovely. We felt we had a quiet, private corner of the earth. The suite was a lovely size. Proximity to shops and things to do was great. For somewhat of a staycaytion, we felt away from it all. Lovely.
Some people truly understand customer service and some just dont quite have it. The spirit of this place is of the latter. The bloke answering the phone doesnt speak like someone from the service industy. The blind in our bathroom was destroyed and looked awful. the hot tap in the spa fell off. The shared back veranda had a very broken chair outside the place next to us. The flywire was filthy. The aircon had spackfill next to it but no paint job. The window opposite us (our sightline from the back veranda) was filthy. When we first walked in we flopped onto the bed and nearl choked on the dust we blew into the air. Now heres the humdinger... There had clearly be a wedding or celebration the day before at the lakeside rotunda. The confetti in the grass was no issue but if you go in the rotunda and look up, there was a mummified bird right in the middle. Did someone get married under that? This place has the potential to really knock the socks off its guests for all the right reasons. I feel the attention to detail is all that is missing. And it all started with the way the blokey guy on the phone came across. He sounded like the place looked. Like something about customer service is not quite understood. That being said, i have recommended the place to friends, family and work collegues. I told them about the rotunda. I will stay here again should the opportunity present.

Privacy, roomy, grand
The rooms were separate villas and good car parking out front of room.
Not long enough time there wanted to book again 2 weeks later but all booked out for a wedding Would be nice to have more food items in room, mini bar, biscuits & hot chocolate.

It was okay but not for us.
Unfortunately the only thing we liked was the jetted tub and the fact that we were in a private apartment with no one next door. The location was okay close too many sight seeing areas. That’s about it.
The room was a bit dirty eg, wardrobe mirror had big grease streak on it (very obvious), carpet in lounge room was not clean had lots of stains, the surfaces of certain tables including side tables were greasy had many hand prints, the couch was dirty needed a good disinfectant and clean and some of the pillows were so used the stuffing felt grainy. Made the stay a bit uncomfortable for the price we paid. Which was a lot. Plus we didn’t like how we randomly had to pay $300 bond fee when we got there! Way too expensive for what we got in return. There are much more affordable cleaner places to stay in the area.

For the price they charge and then ask for a $300-i was expecting something much better
Location was good- close to everything. Staff were friendly, it was affordable
Ants in the bed, pubic hair in shower and bath, bodily fluids stains on every piece of furniture, couch was very uncomfortable, just overall not very clean

Disappointed, quality seasons' quality is questionable. Shame lovely venue but lacking the finesse.
Layout of the flat, queen bed, spa bath and bathroom size, plenty of storage, TV options
General cleanliness of the flat, the smell when walking into the flat (each time) was odd and not welcoming, the front room carpet had marks on it, so did the sofa bed couch. The bathroom toilet seat, had marks, toilet brush holder had brown liquid, kitchen fridge was a little dirty, coffee and tea supplies were very minimal e.g. despite having booked for two adults there was 1 hot chocolate pack, coffee and tea sachets again were so limited there was only one brand for both, a range of selection would have been good, microwave was a little dirty. On booking.com it stated breakfast was available at $15, lunch and dinner at $40. This was disputed by the staff on arrival, stating that it was incorrect there was never a lunch option but breakfast and dinner we had to choose off the menus. Breakfast could only be provided on pre-order. Tried to order sat morning, at first order was taken by reception staff only to receive a call 20mins later that there was no chef to make it. I stayed with a friend and hence couldn't share the bed that's why we opted for a sofa bed furnished flat, unfortunately there was no free spare or extra bedding to make up the sofa bed. Bedding for the sofa bed cost $35. It appears that they make the assumption that people will share the bed just because it's a couple, so again they provide just the minimal supplies. Oh yes, I checked in on Friday and was told that my $300.01 bond would be returned about 2 days after checking out. It's the 5th day exactly a week after the stay and nothing has been returned to my account, there were damages when we checked out. So not sure why there is a delay...
