Personal Súper Amable

Hemos estado 1 semana mi pareja y yo en este hotel y nos ha encantado el trato recibido, la limpieza y la comida una pasada. Era todo a la carta y todo estaba buenísimo, un 10 para el cocinero. El desayuno era tipo buffet, también estaba bastante bien. Nos gustó mucho que la zona donde se comía era en una terraza al aire libre con vistas al mar en la que se estaba de maravilla. La habitación estaba súper limpia, es un hotel muy familiar con una piscina enorme. Al lado, a 5 min andando está Cala Llenya, es una cala bastante chula si no quieres moverte de la zona. El último día pudimos ducharnos en los vestuarios del gimnasio y aprovechar el día en la pisci. Destacamos el buen trato recibido por todo el personal, nos trataron súper bien tanto el personal del bar de la piscina, como recepción y todos los trabajadores que había por el recinto, seguid así porque es lo que marca la diferencia 😊

Como sugerencia, creo que falta algo de animación por las noches en el hotel porque está muy apagado. Daría un toque muy chulo que la piscina estuviera iluminada por las noches ya que el entorno es muy bonito.

Exceptional

The rooms, restaurant and pool overlook the sea with lovely gardens and pine trees. Loved outside dining with table service, friendly staff and excellent food. When we went (early June) hotel very quiet with few guests dining.

There is a limited bus service so really need to hire a car if one wants to see rest of Ibiza...which we did.

OK value for money. Not sure I'll go back.

remote location, good for calm. few kids at the pool. architecture is reminiscent of the ibiza white fincas. rather clean.

almost nowhere to park, so had to find a spot on the streets nearby every night. breakfast was simple and OK. I had to ask for a blanket for the bed. Too bad the compound is fenced so you can't walk to the sea from my room (135): there was only one entrance to the cliff near the restaurant. No water in the minibar. Wifi didn't work in the room. Pretty remote on the island.

If you don’t want to put on staff and services to guests in September, you shouldn’t be open in Sept

The location was good, which is why we chose that hotel. That’s it really.

If you’re going to accept people to your hotel in September, you’ve got to commit to having things open and accessible. Each morning we were served a continental breakfast that got smaller each day and by the end the fruit salad was just pieces of fruit to cut ourselves. The swimming pool stopped getting cleaned and was dirty. No outside bar staff were available most of the time. And on the last night, the power went out on the site and no staff were on hand to help or offer assistance. So we just had to sit in the dark with no AC (with our one year old baby) until it came back on in the early hours.

Lovely stay would definitely recommend, remember it is a 3 start hotel so it won’t be luxurious.

The staff are friendly, the pool loungers were comfortable and there were plenty, they also came with parasols. The hotel as a whole was very clean indeed.

The room is a bit basic and doesn’t feel homely, the wifi is pointless and it was hard to get drinks or snacks outside of core hours.

Seems like Italians are treated a lot better then all the other guest from different nationalities. Talking on ur back in Italian like you don’t understand a word they say! Extremely aggravating.

Perfect family stay in a quiet place

Perfect stay for a family trip of 10 days. Resort is very calm and clean, with a great sea view. Swimming pool is very large and good for kids. Very nice beach just 10 min walk away. No problem to park the car in the streets nearby. Half board is also a good deal with menu changing on a daily basis and nice quality. Staff is very friendly and discreet. Excellent place that we warmly recommend.

Excellent choice to relax and enjoy the island

The place is so beautiful! And the staff is super helpful, they make everything easy for the guests (we arrived late for dinner a few times and they saved us our food and served it later). Also, the food is amazing, tasty and healthy. The surroundings are breathtaking. No matter if you go with family or friends, you will have a great experience.

Club Cala Azul stay.

Very nice resort, with super outdoor dining experience. Beautiful views of the bay and excellent staff. Air conditioned room. Beautiful pool with daily aqua-aerobics and pool side yoga. 10 minute easy walk to local beach.

Breakfast was great and unlimited, staff was very friendly, special thanks to animator Javi for taking care about my kids. Location is really isolated from everything, total deconnection. Swimming-pool was great. The view to the sea was very nice.

Dinner had very limited options, sometimes it was difficult to feed a child. Short access to the beach is via a long staircase, not suitable for a buggy. Or by car.

Very good

Adults swimming pool very quiet. The apartment is very spacious and counts with all you could need to prepare a meal.

Difficult to get to the hotel, the taxis don’t transit this area frequently so you need a lot of time to get one. Hiring a car is a must.

Good for families with young kids

Spacious room, effective blackout blinds to sleep, mini-fridge, A/C and fan, great sea view from all over the hotel, big swimming pool with resting chairs, beautiful surroundings, walking distance to sandy beaches, free on street parking, super friendly staff (Javi is the liveliest one!!)

No socket adaptors for international travellers, no coffee and tea bags accompanying the kettle in the room, no complimentary water bottle, evenings entertainment for kids by the pool/ restaurant is too loud, restaurant food quality could be better.

It’s walking distance to the most beautiful beaches! Cala Nova and Cala Llenya are amazing. Also close by a little supermarket where you can buy anything.

Great during the day around the swimming pool totally ruined by lack of anything in the evening.

Breakfast was fine. Swimming pool was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff on arrival were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Evening menu was very repetitive and limited. Location was very poor, walk to the beach precarious to say the least and not practical. No off site facilities at all apart from one shop. Had to get a bus at nights and taxi back to escape the awful attempt at "entertainment" Kids club singing and dancing from 10.00pm is not what we had in mind. Why have a beautiful bar and only about 6 stools. 10.00am checkout is ridiculous and not helped by total lack of empathy for my ill partner. Not much to ask if cleaners can do our room last allowing my partner an extra couple of hours sleep, but apparently 10.00am is set in stone.

Basic but comfortable. It did what we needed it to do

The food was ok, the evening menu on the half board was quite repetitive. The room we had to pay extra for air con, not sure if I was made aware of that on site. But it was quiet and a pleasant stay.
