Exceptional

I liked the size of the hotel plenty of room everywhere from the lobby to the pool area . Also the rooms were plenty big enough and everything super clean.The staff and cleaners were all happy and smiley and always said hello and ready to help you .There were plenty of sunbeds and again nicely spaced out not sitting on top of each other.The pool was again was superb with clean and clear water.Food was a little limited but you always found enough for a meal and nicely cooked.

Nice hotel, with free parking. Position was good for us, but I think that there is no big beach. They have nice pool, and also pool for the children's. Meals in hotel was very good, anyone can find something.

perfect for families with kids and ederly

The staff was … EXCELLENT. The hotel is not really that spectacular, but the people working there made our vacation. They were always smiling, nice, attentive, always making you feel welcome. I loved it. And the food was extremely delicious. there were entertaining shows almost every night (we did not care for that in particular but maybe someone else does).

Our room was left open by the cleaning lady while we were at the beach (you have to pull harder for it to be closed), and she did not replace the shampoo/shower gel for 2 days… so we had to ask the receptonist to give us some. also, I know it is not an Adult only hotel, but 90% of the guests were families with small kids. For us that was a bit annoying, but doable. The center of Ibiza is pretty far (40-50 min by bus), and the reception was not up to date with the changes of taxis and buses. The day we had to leave, most Taxis and buses were not circulating anymore so we had to hitchhike.

Really lovely hotel ideal for families, but surrounding area disappointing

The hotel was perfect for our family group. Clean, tidy, modern facilities with excellent swimming pool for children (and adults). The Seaview was stunning, and the public areas and rooms were really well decorated. We booked a junior suite and there was plenty of space and a balcony. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The air conditioning seemed a little temperamental and the surrounding location was a bit disappointing - run down, closed up, grotty pubs/bars, with the nicer areas a taxi/driving distance away.

don’t stay for the food

spacious rooms

an ant infestation in our bathroom two out of three nights we were there and we were on the third floor the location was too far away from centre for us and that meant it was impossible to get a taxi. we had to walk an hour into San Antonio and missed our reservation the food was awful

We liked it and would come back

The pool was amazing and clean. Great for the kids and adults too. Plenty of space. The rooms were always clean as was the entire hotel All of the time which was fab. The entertainment was good Nice quality drinks and cocktails made to a great standard. Good selection of fruit juices for the kids. Fabulous location too! In a bustling street to explore, We really did like our stay there mostly

Breakfast was a little bit on the rubbish side cooked food wise. Also, the doors banging shut was constant at all hours. One door opposite us just kept going on and out whacking Shut so loudly. Maybe something to stop them slamming as it reverberated around a lot and it woke us up Also, the fridge makes an anntoing noise every few hours

lovely time , very nice and clean hotel

nice breakfast , beautiful pool area - friendly for kids , and amazing but really amazing staff . especialy Jill on the reception and Ana brought our experience to next level . i never saw more kind people . Big Thank you ladies for taking care of us .
