Great stay - would definitely reccomend

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and great location for local bars and restaurants. Buses and tourist train close by which can take you to the beach and around the local area. Good communication with owner. Recommend eating at Porko Rosso and steak house - delicious and very reasonable.

La piscine était exceptionnellement fermée pour travaux mais cela ne nous a pas gêné à cette saison, de plus le propriétaire nous en avait informé à l'avance.

I won't stay again because of that airconditioner is in first floor.

It was very clean. We were able to check in later than we should. Owner gave us manu information about the place. Wifi was great, about 300mbps. There was a grocery store nearby.

Airconditioner is on first floor, bedrooms have only fans. Because of this dining room was cold while bedrooms too hot to sleep/sit. There was not enough toilet paper and ony one dishwasher tablet, when we said that to the owner they said they worked in family and didn't offer hotel services.

Can't wait to go back

The property is secure, clean, extremely well equipped and well located. We are already planning our return. Extremely good value for money. Communication between the owner was warm and informative. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. We took the public bus to Santa Pola (from right outside the door) for 2.50 return and then the ferry out to Tabarca Island. We also walked to the beach from the apartment, 15 minutes walk down a steep hill, getting back up is more challenging but we managed and had a lovely day. There is a community bus but we opted to walk and it is doable. All in all we had a wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend this property.

Quiet sunny fortnight in a secure, gated complex with awesome hosts.

To clarify: We never stayed in La Morada. We had booked Casa Ilda and La Morada separately - starting with a bigger apartment and then downsizing later in the week as some of the group left after 1 week. However, the hosts contacted us and, as they fortuitously owned both properties, offered for us to stay in Casa Ilda for the full duration rather than swap between accomodations. This, for us, was far more convenient and we promptly agreed. La Morada looked great though, a bijou apartment with a funky vibe nestled in the same complex as Casa Ilda. As it stands, though, we never got the chance to stay there. Next time we visit Alicante we will endeavour to book it though, as we will not have as many people in the group. Reference the reviews of Casa Ilda to get some idea of the pros and cons of the area. The hosts were splendid people; multilingual, super accommodating.

Great location to explore

Perfect base to explore the area, great transport links. The apartment was great value for money and is exactly as described. The host Leticia was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent host

The house was spotless when we arrived. The host was excellent and had thought of a lot of details to make our stay perfect. We asked if they have htmi cable and sharp knife and the host the next day surprised us by dropping them when we were away.

The bedrooms upstairs were sooo hot. They were truly unbearable at times. Specially the back bedroom. They could do with extra fans Beach is not walking distance. You need a car.

Beautiful relaxing home & ideal location

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated & presented like a 5* hotel. We had everything we needed to cook with on a rainy day and very spacious dining & lounging area inside & out in the sunny spacious front garden where we ate breakfast. Bright spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom double french doors opened onto the sunny balcony. A spacious shower room upstairs and a smaller one downstairs with everything you need, lovely fluffy towels! The location is perfect, restaurants, grocery store and bus stop less than 5 minutes walk! Jose’ & Leticia are great hosts they’re in contact before you arrive and whilst you’re there for any questions or assistance you may need, making sure you have a good time and we did!

Overall, the price matches the accomodation.

It was very nice and not far from the beach, clean, landlady was very friendly. We liked that we had the terrace and the possibility to make BBQ and eat outside.
