vermoedelijk mooie locatie als éénmaal al de werken in de straat en aan de overzijde klaar zijn

vriendelijk personeel, behalve in de ontbijtruimte. Mooie kamer. Als het strand éénmaal is aangelegd mooi uitzicht vanuit de rooftopbar.

Het ontbijt kan een stuk beter. Koffie staat er in een grote glazen pot: niet te drinken en bijna koud. We hadden de pech dat men een strand aan het aanleggen is aan de overzijde. De hele straat is ook één grote bouwwerf door de voorbije storm.

Gran ubicación y buenas instalaciones

Buena ubicación, en la calle principal y frente a la bahía,por lo tanto tenía buena vista del lugar. Buenas instalaciones y personal amable. En el mismo hotel se ofrecían excursiones y paseos, además fueron muy amables para coordinar nuestro traslado de Hanoi hasta Cat Ba, considerando,además, que fuimos para la fiesta del Tet,dónde se cierran muchos establecimientos.

Las sábanas se sentían un tanto húmedas. Si bien el desayuno tiene varias alternativas, se podría incorporar opciones de pan, dulces propios del país u otros, yogurth y otros tipos de leche, jugos de fruta.

The staff were exceptionally rude, helpful, and cheated us on an included breakfast. Not enough water or toilet paper, had to wait hours for it. Staff were very unhelpful organising tours, just handed pamphlet out.

International anerkanntes 4-Sterne-Hotel - zentrale Lage, großartige Erholung

Normalerweise verlassen wir uns nicht auf Bewertungen von Plattformen, aber ich habe mich aufgrund negativer Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden, und ich bin mit meiner Wahl zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet einen vernünftigen Preis in seiner Kategorie. Während des Buchungsvorgangs setzte sich das Hotelpersonal mit mir in Verbindung und gab Anweisungen, wie man nach Cat Ba gelangt, sowie Informationen zum örtlichen Wetter. My, die wie eine Expertin für Cat Ba wirkt, führte uns zu einer einzigartigen Erfahrung und zeigte uns den authentischen Weg zu reisen. Vielen Dank. Mir wurde kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gewährt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, und der Blick auf den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang trug zum Charme bei. Ich kann diesen Ort sehr empfehlen.

Leuke plek op rustige stuk van de boulevard

Aan de overkant van het water met uitzicht op de haven net buiten de drukte van het drukke stuk. Terwijl de eetgelegenheden wel op loopafstand waren (5-15 minuten lopen afhankelijk waar je heen wilde). Zwembad op het dak was heel mooi. Had mooi uitzicht. Skybar was niet open, dus moest je het zonder drankje doen. Voor een hotel dat het in zijn naam heeft staan wel beetje domper en vreemd…

Kleinigheidje: de koffie en thee in het restaurant bij het ontbijt waren niet vers en stonden erg lang te pruttelen. Als je thee in schonk, lag er looizuur op. Onder het hotel zit een bar waar ze lekkere americano’s en cappuccino’s maken. Dus daar maar vaak een kop koffie gekocht.

Great location, lovely large room.. staff upgraded us to a bigger room and let us check in early and we extended our stay. Guide at the hotel recommend tours etc. 10/10

Solides Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht

Gemütliches Hotel mit einem tollen Pool auf dem Dach. Zimmer sind ordentlich, und alle vor Ort sind nett. Im Foyer gibt es direkt eine Touristeninformation, über die man Bootsrundfahrten buchen kann. Tipp: Es wird einem auch eine Wanderung durch den Nationalpark empfohlen, hierbei wird allerdings teilweise recht steil über Felsen geklettert. Nur machen, wenn man gut in Form ist. Die "Wanderung" selbst ist wunderschön.

Es gibt leider wenige vegetarische Optionen beim Frühstück. Der Aufzug plingt auch nachts hörbar, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte Ohrstecker mitbringen.

Second time staying at the hotel, when revisiting this beautiful island.

Very surprised, that Quynh the hotel receptionist still remembered me, and then she gave me a free upgrade of the room, and free for me a massage ticket. The food was great. Lovely hotel! Thank

Very centric location, beautiful view, good breakfest, comfy beds.

The location super good and the view from our room and the pool was worth a million. Very nice breakfest. Good coctails.

I didnt like SPA. It was expensive, not the highest quality. They charged extra for water and were answering phone calls during the massage.

Clean facilities. The room size is good and a very friendly considerate staff. Number one for location, from the hotel easy to go to the beaches just 5 minute's walk. There is a lot of friendliness and warmth here. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Relaxed by the pool with stunning view & sipped on various delicious drinks. There’s a covered open bar area you can sit or banana lounge by pool. Breakfast was great! Is central location & staff friendly.Thank you.

Amazing hotel, we got a big room with lovely see view.

The room is beautiful and fully equipped. And the location is perfect, in the central and from the hotel to the beach just 5 minutes walk. Another thing i would to say is Duong, who is very helpful, he help me to book all of thing i want to do in the island like Boat Tour, Trekking and transportation... everything is most perfect. I really enjoy when stay in the hotel. Thank you so much!

The location.

My room had cockroaches and ants both in the bathroom and the room. The cleanliness is below subpar, something I would expect at a 1 or 2 star. They also give you only one room key which is a huge inconvenience if there’s 1+ in a room. The breakfast was very average as well.

the sky bar is sorta non-existent. nobody was there to operate it but I guess it was because there were so few guests

Nice place but felt scammed from spa package

Clean and nice place to stay.

My partner and I wanted to use the spa and relax after a long trip, they had a "sauna- jacuzzi - massage" packet which sounded really good, but it wasn't. The "sauna" was literally a tiny bathroom shower with steam, the jacuzzi was a 1 person small bath with "jacuzzi" that we shared in 2, massage was good. The experience itself was everything but relaxing.
