Très propre, localisation et personnel au petit soin

The staff are friendly
The space in room a bit small but overall okay

Very central, comfortable & great value
The air con was a bit loud

Strategic location. Very near to jonker street. It also has elevator which is convenient to senior citizen or disability person.
The room and toilet not clean enough. Limited parking space and overpriced.

The room was clean. Bedsheets, pillows and toilet especially, was super clean.
The hotel interiors were a great place to take pictures. Very old school vibe yet charming.
The WiFi was good.
Staffs were friendly. Provided me with info & recommendations about the nearby places. Jonker Walk was just right behind the building. Managed to soak in the night market atmosphere. Walking distances to places like The Clock Tower, Hard Rock Cafe, the famous Chendol stall just beside the river and also the ticket booth for the river cruise ride. And if you able to still walk more, you can also visit the replica ship and the marinetime museums. And just around the corner, you can ride the Taming Sari Tower. And maybe take the rickshaw ride back to the hotel.
The room smelt a little musky when we 1st entered. Took a while for the smell to go away.
The aircon took a while, cooling up the room. But since the room is not that big, once it sets into its temperature, you're good to have a good cool sleep.
The tv channels are very basic. There's no Astro. However, thanks to their WiFi, my 5yrs old gets to watch his cartoon shows on Netflix using our personal ipad/hp
As I'm muslim, it was difficult to find Halal eatery around. However, we stumbled into one restaurant just behind our hotel, along Jonker Walk - Memang Meow Kopitiam.
The food was delish!

Near Jonker Walk. Room is big and venue is convenient.
The multi-plug is ot suitable for 2 pin plug. Should have smart TV.

这是我第二次入住了。依然没让我失望。地点太好。太方便,下去就是鸡场街。特别方便老人家,因为有电梯。我父母住得很开心。

Close to old town Malacca and historic sites.
The bathroom does not have a ventilator so on arrival the room smelt and felt damp.

This hotel is always my first choice when I go to melaka...the location is so strategic...and the staffs are very helpful..

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is very strategic, just next to Jonker Street. Worth of value.

i love the location and the ambiance of the hotel

Firstly, we went in a group of 7 - Swiss Hotel Heritage gave us a double storey suite that could house all of us and was spacious. There were 2 bathrooms/toilets so we did not have to harass each other for the use of it!
What we loved the most about the hotel was its location - in Jonker Street itself! Once we reached the hotel, we did not have to drive at all (and the hotel provided parking as well). We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we could scurry around Jonker's - we were able to go to Stolen Cup as well as Daily Fix.
I would definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Melaka.
Nothing

the showers were fabulous, especially the bathtub, big and comfy.
they can improve on the aircon, it took really long to get it cold. but the staff were nice to ask us to leave our card to keep the aircon cooling

Amazing hotel and location for the price! Only a few minutes walk to Jonker Street and another few more minutes to the old town (Dutch Square, St Paul's Hill). Plenty of eating places around (albeit at slightly more expensive prices than non-touristic eateries). Room is spacious, clean, quiet and with air-conditioning and TV. Bathroom is clean and comes with toiletries and hair-dryer. Staff members are friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

+Location, 5 mins walking to Jonker Street, 20 mins walking to Stadthuys
+Comfy bed
+Lift
+Water dispenser , design of the hotel
+Staff was very helpful and attentive, thumb up to Amanda for helping us and few foreign workers who assist for parking.
- There is a small slope with staircase before heading to our room, which make it extremely difficult for my grandma who is on wheel chair to move to our room.
- upper floor of the suite room was extremely warm, aircond not functioning well
- no air ventilator in the bathroom
- no sound proof, everytime flush toilet, the noise is so loud
- limited and narrow car park
- no toothpaste and tooth brush provided as mentioned by the staff
- staff informed medan selera tengkera is on 5 mins walking distance but it's actually not walking distance.

The location is amazing and walking distance to this quaint town. What a little gem of a hotel. The staff were incredible and we had such personalized service from Ivy, the Manager (Owner?) and her team. She went out of her way to assist us in a time of need that was above and beyond and she truly cares for her guests and their experience. The hotel itself is cute and very clean. Thank you for making our trip to Melaka a wonderful one!
My only feedback to improve would be to offer different sizes of pillows. Ours happened to be a bit high and full, and a few lower ones would be ideal (especially for smaller heads -children).

location and parking
fouled smells in room.. toilet wall not scrubbed.
3.8
Within walking distance from Jonker St. & other fascinating places near Bandar Melaka.
Narrow parking space. Need to be very careful to park. Lubang air tersekat dekat shower, lambat buang. Tersumbat maybe. Others, all are okay.

location very good
everything were good but room got smell, feel a bit disappointed.

Requested a note to wish my partner happy birthday when checking in. They prepared a very swans with towels on the bed and a sweet birthday note! That made my partner very happy. The location of the hotel is the main selling point, right beside Jonker Street. Parking provided is a plus point but it is first come first serve. If you are not planning to drive around Melaka, then this place is perfect as you can just park your car and walk around Jonker.
The parking space is super tight so your driving/parking skills need to be on point. They alley to the parking is made for 1 car to pass so can be stressful.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. And my room is very spacious
U have to use whatsapp and send message to the hotel when you have an enquiry. There is no way to call the reception on the land phone. That is very weird and inconvenient
