Cool designs of the hotel. Great breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Pretty good internet considering the remote location of the Galapagos.

We loved being there, we were not much and were really taking into account ! pancakes breakfast was made just for us, the breakfast is delicious and the personnel is really nice (book taxi, laundry etc)

Tatyana was simply amazing, nothing was too much. Very friendly and approachable. Made the stay very special. Good location. Good communal area with everything you may need.

The hotel was located on the main road which goes down to the waterfront where you can join boat trips to most islands. We loved the quirky arty design of the hotel courtyards. The design of the breakfast/dining room on the first floor is amazing. The kitchen bar is designed in the shape of a ship and is called the Beagle! Within the courtyard there are tables to sit at and have a drink.
Our room was clean and welcoming with two large single beds. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was delightful. Just the right thing for a couple of nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with easy walking to the downtown area and pier. Breakfast was good. Staff was outstanding! Super friendly and helpful.
Pool wasn’t usable- not heated. But none of the places we stayed at in the Galapagos had heated pools so that may not be a thing. It was not a big deal to us.

Tatyana was so helpful and genuine. Large comfortable rooms.
Lack of a lift

The staff was very friendly and helped us find a very nice tour to one of the uninhabited islands right for the next day, when we couldn't find anything with several of the agencies around. Everything went smoothly. On arrival and departure we could store our luggage without problem until ferry departure. The room was basic but clean. The hotel had some very cool decoration.
Only one person speaks English. We struggled a bit during checkin and checkout with our limited spanish.

The staff were great especially the receptionist Dayanna who was amazing- she helped us book a last minute ferry and kindly allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel until we returned. Breakfast was nice and a good hot shower.

They were very nice and helpful! the location is great for walking around puerto ayora. We appreciated that we were able to get early breakfast before our ferry to isabela island, and the room was comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel in the middle of Puerto Ayora. The staff was very friendly and happy and spoke with us every day to make sure we were doing well. The artwork of the Hotel is very beautiful, representing the Galapagos Islands and the animals that live there. They have a beautiful courtyard where we could sit and work and we invited friends to visit us as the courtyard was so comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and changed daily. It was also very quiet with no problems with barking dogs or roosters that is so prevalent in many places.

Fantastic hospitality, help with whatever you need from reservations for dinner to tour booking. Loved the common areas and self service for drinks. Rooms were super clean, cleaned daily and plenty of towels, etc. It was a very comfortable place to stay and enjoyed the layout of the place.
Wifi only in common areas, not in room, at least not ours. Breakfast was super early 0630-0830 and options limited although the service was amazing and they really wanted to please! I thought it was a little expensive per night for the room, however we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel Coloma Galapagos was very conveniently located to the main street in Puerto Ayora. The staff who ran the hotel were extremely attentive, friendly, and caring. The cleaning person was exceptionally diligent and the woman who served the breakfast was delightful, even packing up a breakfast for us to go on the day we left for an early flight. My two adult children and i stayed in one room which was plenty large for our needs. The room even had AC which was needed during our stay there.
Nothing negative to say.

The service was incredible. Ximena, Erica and the lovely breakfast chef could not have been kinder or more helpful! Erica helped us arrange everything we needed from renting bikes, arranging local tours and even booking us dinner reservations! she has great connections and made everything so easy! Enjoyed the common spaces for WiFi and the ease of getting drinks as you need. also when we requested different pillows they did make the change with no problem!
noisy early in the morning as breakfast is only from 0630-0830. no good WiFi in the room.

Loved the décor and overall ambiance of this hotel. Staff was so friendly, everything was super clean, breakfast was great, and it was in the perfect location. The creativity and originality of the place exceeded my expectations.
Nothing I can think of at this time.

-Ximena the hostess was very kind and helpful, makes feel like home.
-Internet on the upper floor is not very strong.
-Due to its central location the place might not be very quite some nights.

We liked everything about this hotel. The owner and staff went out of their way to help out and were extremely friendly. The hotel had all kinds of nice artwork and sculptures throughout the building. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was rather large. The breakfast was always delicious and was something different everyday. The location was only 750 meters on a main street from the main pier so it made it easy to walk the hotel even with luggage in less than 10 minutes.
The WiFi was average for the Galapagos, but extremely slow when compared to mainland standards. All of the Galapagos islands must receive all data through a satellite connection, so that is the reason for the slow speed.

Staff, i believe owner, was extremely welcoming, giving us teriffic information about sights, restaurant… also good breakfast, free towels to borrow
The rooms are a bit dated, and beds a bit hard, but our biggest problem was the noise and paper thin walls - on one side of the room courtyard and on the other a street …

The owner made me feel like home. I lived the hotel only one night, but they helped me multiple times after I checked out. Their help reduced a lot of my stress in Galapagos. I will come back to galapagos and stay at Coloma for sure.

Good location. Walking distance from pier at Puerto Ayora and Charles Binford street, where most of restaurants are. The room was clean. Has good AC, tv, lighting and electrical outlets. The bathroom is clean. WiFi has good speed (unlike some reviews I read about the island in general). We were suggested by other reviews to ask for room away from breakfast area because of noise. I don't think that would have been a problem though. On the contrary, due to our room being right on main street, the street noise was obnoxious. It wasn't just traffic. There were people (mostly taxi drivers) just standing out on street and talking/laughing loud all night long. Did not have a good sleep due to the street noises. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially front desk lady - Gina. Excellent communication via email. In person, even better. Always smiling and accommodating to all our needs. Wonderful resource for suggestions or just about anything.
Couple of things that can be improved - water pressure (my goodness it is soooo slow, it's not an island thing... Other restaurants around had good water pressure) breakfast and please provide a hook in the bathroom to hang clothes. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not good either. Average at best. The coffee was good. But the bread, fruit and juice- meh. Unsure how hygienic the preparation is. But that could be my OCD thing. Others sitting around us seemed to be enjoying their meal. We decided to forego the next days free breakfast and instead went to Galapagos Deli ( highly recommended).
