Come and enjoy our tropical beach condo located in Hutchinson Island, Florida. We are situated in South Hutchinson Island, close to Jensen Beach, Stuart, and the #1 ranked city in Florida....Port St. Lucie. Our beaches offer a serene atmosphere including the unspoiled feeling of a tropical paradise. Come and be part of all that Hutchinson Island has to offer! Downtown Jensen beach, with its 'Jammin Jensen', on Thursday evenings, quaint, artsy shops, museums, art displays and wonderful music and restaurants must not be missed! Many of our local jewelry makers and crafters come and display many of their 'one of a kind' creations. Let's not forget the dolphin watching right from the beach, fishing, strolling in the sand, shelling, and let's get ready with the camera for the stunning sunsets that you will enjoy!
Our condo offers two sunset view balconies, fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, newly remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathroom with a step in shower, two queen size beds, one is a "sleep number" bed; large dresser, flat screen televisions in living and bedroom. Free wifi, dvd player, cable, beach gear and linens are also included. Heated pool with Picnic areas and BBQ Grills are also part of our amenities... Oh...let's not forget we are right next to Shuckers Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Live entertainment is featured on Friday and Saturday. You will definitely have to take time out of your sun tanning schedule in order to fit everything in! We have worked hard to make this bungalow "extra homey" in order to make our guests feel "extra special"!
Many attractions are close to the condo. The Manatee Observation Station, Elliot Museum, Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge Museum, St. Lucie Historical Museum, FPL Energy Encounter, Stuart Court House Cultural Museum, Dolphin Watch and Wildlife Eco Tours, Tours on Horseback, Stuart Lyrics Theater, Downtown Stuart, with many shops and restaurants, Mets Stadium, located in PSL., Treasure Coast Mall, with many shops, including Macy's! (For us ladies), and we even have hot air balloon rides. As you can see, there will be many activities you can do while visiting our condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the place was perfect for the two of us.

Emilio met us upon check-in and showed us around the unit and the property. It’s in a great location and attached to a great restaurant that is on the beach. The unit is on the street side, but there wasn’t much road noise. We walked on the beach most mornings walked across the street and through that neighborhood on another.
Here are our only improvements suggestions:
provide dishes and cups to use in microwave
make sure there is soap, shampoo, and conditioner in shower
There was only one trash bag, so we went out to get some. Emilio offered to pay for it, but someone gave us a couple for free.
We would definitely rent here again!

As always the condo was perfect! Very well stocked with everything you need for the perfect get away. Emilio and Lilly are wonderful hosts and truly go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We love that the beach is steps away and Shuckers is right there also. Looking forward to another visit!

Loved Emilio & Lily’s condo. Comfortable and clean! Our time there was very relaxing. Just what we wanted. Everyone we saw at the pool or in the hallways were very friendly. The only negative and it’s a little thing. Put a rug with a nonslip backing in the bathroom. Both of us slipped getting out of the shower. Otherwise, perfect!

We had an amazing vacation, this place was perfect for 2 adults and a 2 year old, easy checkin and checkout, owners were responsive with any questions we had prior and during our trip . Had beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and cooler, everything you need for days at the beach! Place is in a good location, easy drive to nearby spots and groceries. We did end up going yo Disney for a day, was a easy 2 hour drive each way. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Our stay was lovely! Emilio and Lily go out of their way to accommodate any special requests and make you feel at ease. This was my first personal check-in experience, and it was very helpful! The condo was clean, and decorated beautifully. They had everything we needed to whip up some quick breakfasts, prepare late night snacks, and blend some cocktails. We didn’t plan on cooking much, but it seems you’d be able to prepare a full meal easily if you chose to. Location was perfect, so close to the pool and beach, shopping, food, and Shuckers (the restaurant attached) is a local hot spot for a reason! Definitely stop in. We were eaten alive by the local bug, no-see-ums, our last night on the balcony. We forgot to reapply our spray, and this is of course not the fault of the owners, just throwing it out there because bug spray (which was also provided by the owners) is a MUST. We are already planning our next stay, thanks Emilio and Lili!

Booking was very straightforward and accommodation was all as advertised.
Our stay was complicated by the hurricane that arrived the day we were to check in. However we talked with the owners who suggested we wait a couple of days but kindly added two days to the end of our week to compensate.
Obviously the pool and outdoor areas were being cleaned up but our apartment was fine and the beach was accessible and the restaurant and right in the property was open as usual.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Couldn’t beat the location
Steps away from the pool and beach, minutes away from shopping.
Upon checking in we were greeted by the owners who gave us a quick rundown of the property. The unit was recently updated and clean, only criticism is that we cook and while there was pots/pans it did lack a great variety. I ended up purchasing aluminum pans and Gladwear for larger type bowls, but most people could make due with what was available. All necessary small appliances were there, plenty of linens for bathroom/kitchen use as well as all the beach gear you would need! Had a small cooler, chairs, umbrella and wagon along with noodles too!! We hung out at the beach one day, and pool another, both were great! The neighboring restaurant was nice however we never ate there but only went for a drink or two. The beach was not overcrowded and easy to find a great spot.

Condo on the beach
My daughter and I loved staying at the condo. It was very cozy and clean. The condo was right on the beach and the hosts provided all the beach supplies. We were also in the same complex as Shucker's, a great restaurant that we dined at several times. Enjoyed our time here. Emilio and Lili were wonderful hosts and communication with them was super easy.

My mom and I really enjoyed Emilio and lilis place, it was also easy to find.
It was very clean, spotless.
They even waited for us to check in bc we ran into rental car problems and didn’t arrive till later than expected.

Last minute vaca.
My husband and I were able to get away for a short vacation and found this little gem. It’s in our favorite area, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping.
The one bedroom/one bath was just right for us. The balconies were nice to sit out in for morning coffee and evening people watching.
The owners met us and gave all the details and also tips for places to go.
They even dug out a coffee maker for my husband! Those little extras make a difference.

Two weeks in paradise
Emelio and Lili's condo was lovely. It was decorated in a contemporary Florida style. Great use of color!!!! The condo was well appointed with what we needed for the two weeks we stayed. The pool and beach were wonderful. The convenience to Shuckers to dine in or take out if we did not want to cook, was great. Emelio and Lili were great to work with in the process of renting their condo as well as meeting us when we arrived. Great place and memories. Thank you Emilio and Lili.

Beautiful property. The only thing I'd note is that it is not beachside. This was somewhat clarified by owners upon booking, but was worded as "island view." Not having been to the island prior, I assumed it was still waterfront. The condo is beautiful with everything needed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Beachy Vibe
There is a lot packed into a small space. The hosts have done a nice job at the beachy feel, and have graciously provided things you would not fly with. Coolers, chairs, ice packs, beach towels and a Sun umbrella. Hosts were very communicative an easy to get any needed answers from. Clean comfortable condo. Note it is not on the beach side, but you got late afternoon sun on the decks to enjoy or if the beach was too windy. So that worked out fine too. Great place to walk on the beach or the nice sidewalks. Pleasant stay!

We absolutely loved staying at ‘It’s 5:00 Somewhere’. The owners were very nice to work with. They met us at checkin and showed us around the property. R&R at it's best!
My husband and I visited the area for a week for R&R. The property was accurately described and the owners were very responsive. The condo was well stocked, stores were a short drive away for necessities (grocery and CVS). Shuckers was good as well. The only downside ...... we had to leave!

Made full use of nice pool, and lovely beach. Everything we needed was supplied to us, met Emilio on first night ( even tho we were nearly 2 hrs late ) he was waiting for us 👍�😊�.
