good location but aircon is poor.

location was good, walking distance to legoland. though signage could be clearer

aircon was restricted to 23 degree for the lowest temperature. sweating for 6 hours in the room while we wait for the room to be cold.

Perfect place for Legoland

The location is ideal for families visiting Legoland. It was very convenient to access, and Medini Mall was also a great addition.

The restaurant was undergoing maintenance, so I didn't expect the bento to be provided. It would have been more helpful if the notice was given at the time of booking.

Superb location to go to legoland with Medini Mall nearby.

The cleaning services. The dish washing sponge got hair on it. We threw it away but the cleaner put it back in the same place after.

This is my second time here after about 8 years and it still hasn’t improve.

Front desk personnel was pleasant, carpark was always available eventhough it’s kind of dark and creepy even during the day (there was a guard at the entrance and exit of the carpark at all times), building was in walking distance to gleneagles medini hospital, mall of medini and legoland (other places i would recommend other places of stay), balcony needs to sign waiver to open up and room+bathroom is spacious enough for family usage.

Master bathroom showerhead is at a very weird height kinda feels like it is only meant for kids to shower there, microwave was not working + washing machine was not washing our clothes (clothes giving the wet cloth smell) and when the technician came, he gave a very rude remark “masih boleh pakai” which is funny since i explained to him what the issue is and it’s a bit awkward since both of us speak english and malay which makes misunderstanding each other the more difficult. Lobby to check in was really warm, doesn’t help that for the whole 4 days it feels like the lobby doesn’t have aircon so that guest would feel comfortable (funny since that’s the first place guest would see n feel if the place is worthy, if the place is clean and spotless plus sofas are nice, it would be pointless if u switch off the aircon cause your staff could not stand the cold or u probably are saving on electricity, i would provide them jackets and inner layers.

Nice to stay

Bed sheet, comforters & pillow sheet need to change to others whom stay at the apartment. To avoid Covid..

The staff are friendly, quiet place even in the city. Near the legoland & retails.

Best for family with kids.

Love the fact that it was just a walking distance to Legoland. We love our room. Very accommodating for our small family. I booked a king studio room that has a small sofa bed. Just nice for my daughter to sleep on. We’ve requested for extra blankets and pillows and was promptly provided. Love how the kitchen amenities was fully equipped. Easy for us to prepare quick and easy meal for ourselves. Iron was provided inside the room too. Very convenient. We would definitely come back.

The breakfast was just too simple and no croissants.😆 but actually it was ok.

Great location, walking distance to legoland, decent sized rooms, great for families

Room size, location, and reception staff was very good.

Breakfast was dismal. The frozen / cold food was stale and had a weird smell. Even the egg kiosk didn't offer any great egg options.

Receptionist team are excellent.fast and easy check in.great room.good house keeping.excellent location.breakfast was okay.we get as a complimentary.we add on 1 pax for our kids for rm 25.not that worth.i think if rm 15 then okay. overall,we did enjoy our stay definitely we will come again.keep your good hospitality somerset team!

convenient location, poor breakfast, and unless you nook it to be close to Legoland I would not recommend this place.

once we managed to upgrade to a family room the size of the apartment was much comfortable

hidden costs, staff wanting to charge extra for everything, rooms needing upgrading with paint, elevators broken

I had great time whit my son. And hotel it was fantastic.

Breakfast OK, but no hot drinks for kids except maiilo. Eggs ok , quality of the meat a bit avarage...No hot milk exept order a la carrte ,include a food coffee. But we been happy and suddenly anyway. Great location.

Parking for who stays more than 2 days and coffee.

Spacious, clean, they even changed the sponge to wash dishes, provided enough hangers, kitchen stuff, fridge is even full size and you can make your own food

Breakfast at Awesome, is not really awesome. I believe i saw unwashed eggs to make the scrambled eggs. And the rest of the food was just ok

Pleasant

We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment so it was spacious. The room has a washing machine-dryer combo so it is very helpful to us since we are travelling with a kindergartner and a baby. We had a room with a decent view facing a lake on the left side and a hospital on the right side. There is a convenient store and 7-11 on the ground floor around the corner. It's also less than 5-minutes walk to Legoland. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The place is quite dated and moderately clean. The carpet looks old and needs a thorough wash. The grout along the bath tub has turned yellow. The cups needs a good cleaning too. Likewise the floor in the apartment and the balcony. It will be better if the TV has a better channels and more variety. Anyway this place needs a good revamp and remodelling.
